Eine großartige Lage in einer kleinen Stadt, nur wenige Minuten vom Sardis See und eine halbe Stunde von Ole Miss. Magnolienhain Kloster ist nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Lokale Lebensmittelgeschäfte und Restaurants direkt an der Main Street mit mehr Möglichkeiten nur 4 Meilen entfernt in Como.

Unser gemütlich renovierter 1930er Bungalow ist ein komfortables neues Zuhause für Sie während Ihres Aufenthaltes.

Das Haus bietet Platz für 8 Personen mit 2 Schlafzimmern und 2. 5 Bädern.
Queen-Bett und eigenem Bad, 2 volle Betten in anderen Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad. Ein Cabrio Queen-Sofa im Wohnzimmer mit 1/2 Bad. Jedes Zimmer verfügt über Kommoden sowie Fernseher mit Kabel-TV und WLAN
Ihr heißes Wasser kommt von einer On-Demand-Heizung und Ihre Küche hat einen Gasherd und Backofen, Mikrowelle und Keurig-Maschine und Toaster.
In den Schubladen finden Sie einige Keurig Kaffee, Creamer und Zucker und Mikrowelle Popcorn.
Wasser in Flaschen ist im Kühlschrank und flache Ware ist auf der rechten Seite der Spüle.
Geschirrtücher und ein Feuerzeug sind ebenfalls in der Schublade unter dem Kaffee.
Ihr Zuhause ist mit Teller, Tassen, Tassen und einer Vielzahl von Töpfen und Pfannen und Papierservietten bestückt. Zusätzliche Handtücher und Bettwäsche liegen im ½ Bad neben der Küche. Wenn Sie durch die Küche gehen, treffen Sie auf dem Waschtisch oben auf den Waschtrockner mit Reinigungsmitteln.
Durch die Tür gelangen Sie zu einer gemütlichen abgeschirmten Veranda, die am Nachmittag am besten genossen wird, wenn die Sonne untergeht. Die Veranda ist mit einem Grill ausgestattet viel Schatten.
Sardis ist eine kleine Stadt mit knapp 2000 Einwohnern und dieses charmante Haus liegt direkt neben den Besitzern und hat keinen Nachbarn
auf der einen Seite und einem großen Vorgarten. Über dieser ruhigen Straße befindet sich ein kleiner Park.

Relaxing Stay

We came to the house quite late, but the owner still answered the phone when we needed help. She also didn’t make us clean anything or take out the trash. There were coffee cups, an adjustable temperature, seasonings, etc. It was one of the most relaxing rental home experiences I have had.

This is a wonderful place in a nice, quiet spot. The house is warm, inviting and extremely comfortable !!!! All of the amenities are perfect. Rebecca and Dutch are the best. They are warm, extremely accommodating and fun people who also have a wood fired pizza place is town that is EXCELLENT - I am from Brooklyn and trust me this pizza is great!!! We will definitely stay here again and HIGHLY recommend this location and owners - a truly wonderful experience !!!

Hogans House for our Daughters Wedding at Chapel in the Pines

We were so pleased with our stay. Our hosts were amazing. We were greeted with delicious homemade muffins that Becca made. Also a fruit bowl, that was great for a snack on the go Dutch also came and checked to make sure electronic were working properly, Such a pleasant home. Very quaint and comfortable. All the essentials we needed were there. Convenient to our destinations Would definitely stay again!😊

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It had everything we needed and was very clean. Rebecca was available to answer any questions we had. The location was convenient as well, as we had activities planned in Oxford and Memphis.

Quiet get away

What a cute place to stay while visiting Oxford. Totally wish we could stay longer. Came in to visit our son and go to a game. The house fit us perfectly and is in a beautiful quiet neighborhood. Hopefully next time we can stay longer and go fishing and eat at TriBecca! The menu looks fantastic! Thank you Dutch and Rebecca!

Cute and clean home, perfect for us, owners were the Best!

We were in town for a wedding and were fortunate enough to be able to stay at Rebecca and Dutch's vacation home. Stylish, clean and comfortable. Met Rebecca upon check in and found out they run the wood fire pizza restaurant in downtown Sardis. Downtown was only 3 blocks away and pizza dinner was so authentic Italian, made in the dome style brick oven, loved it! The weekend weather was rainy but the house was cozy. If you want a little town history, Rebecca will fill you in.

Great venue for an Ole Miss football weekend.

This is the perfect place to stay for a visit to Ole Miss. Two couples, two teens and a dog enjoyed this cozy cottage with room to spare with a sleeper sofa that we did not use. The owners had muffins and coffee available for us and the neighborhood was quite and very safe. The only drawback limited lighting in the one of the bathrooms, but the girls could put on there makeup in the 1/2 bath that had better lighting. Overall it was a pleasant experience and I would highly recommend this property. Give the opportunity we would definitely stay here again

A Home Away From Home

This is not a rental house. It is a home. It is beautiful, cozy and inviting. The décor is simple, but elegant. It is very comfortable and welcoming. You can't help but fall in love with it. It is stocked with all the goodies you'd like. The owners are very kind and considerate of their tenants and it is obvious that they took a lot time thinking through the convenience of others. Excellent Rental Home

We rented this home for a college football weekend! The owners have thought of everything. Upon check-in, we had fresh muffins, bottled water, and a fruit bowl. The house has full laundry, pots, pans, etc. and plenty of sleeping areas. There were extra blankets, plenty of towels, and all the amenities of home! It is located in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to the interstate.

Fabulous Property and wonderful hosts!!

Becca was absolutely amazing and the house was just incredible. From the muffins and fresh fruit to the waters for our adventures, Becca made our weekend away perfect. We had a number of special needs and Becca came through for us without hesitation. This home was perfect for our family with the spacious living room/kitchen area to the fully appointed bedrooms. We can not say enough about both the house and the peaceful neighborhood. What a gem.

Outstanding!!

This house was perfect for the three of us. Plenty of sleeping space and all very comfortable. The home is well maintained, decorated nicely, and in a quiet neighborhood. The owners are next door and go out of their way to make sure you are happy. Plus they run a wood fire pizza restaurant a few blocks away that was out of this world. We hope it's available for all of our return trips!

Super clean and great owners.

Really enjoyed our stay. 3 nights fishing local lakes and the house was very clean and comfortable. Owners are extremely prepared and hospitable. They also own a local restaurant that is fantastic. Highly recommended.

Recent stay for the Ole Miss game!!!

The place was OK. Nothing to great. Could of been cleaner (cob webs), newer sheets and towels. It also had window AC units. Not a fan of those..

A great property! Perfect for our family. Two bedrooms with private bathrooms!

Becca and Dutch are awesome people! Gracious kind and thoughtful! We were traveling to NC when Mathews hit. Traveling with my mom who was celebrating her 80th! Becca made her a birthday cake! So nice. Bonus was the great pizza restaurant Becca and Dutch own Tribecca Allie! A beautiful town, gorgeous lake, close to Memphis and UM! Highly recommend this house!

Amazing

Absolutely love this charmingly welcoming home. It is beautifully maintained, clean and comfortable. It's perfect for anyone visiting Ole Miss, enjoying Sardis Lake or Mississippi's hill country. It's our favorite place for out-of-town guests. We will definitely continue to book this great vacation home.

Originally from New York Becca and Dutch have lived in Sardis almost 20 years. We are active in our community and work to improve our town and surroundings. We live next door to Hogan's house with the backyard devoted to our dogs. The peaceful quaintness is a great attraction for us. We started our own business here in Sardis so we are usually within shouting distance if you need anything.

Dutch and I bought this House when our neighbor moved it is a beautiful corner lot ,but the house needed tender loving care. over the course of 5 years we have redesigned and renovated the house ourselves with intent to share with others as a guest house. Our neighborhood is quiet and convenient. We are local business owners and love our little town and this darling house.
We hope our guest do as well. Check out Huckies House as well its on the other side of us and available for getaways as well

Panola playhouse : Community theater ,most active in MS and puts on about 8-10 productions per year, check the Maquee , right next to Tribecca
