Diese Luxusimmobilie befindet sich in einem zweistöckigen Stadthaus in Mountain Village an der Stelle, an der 3 Skipisten zusammengeführt werden. Es ist hell und geräumig und hat Fensterwände mit Blick auf Misty Maiden und Lower Boomerang.
Skifahren Sie zum Mittagessen ein und schnell wieder aus, wenn Sie bereit sind, die Pisten wieder zu betreten. Greifen Sie einfach auf alle Geschäfte und Restaurants in Mountain Village zu. Dieser Ort ist unschlagbar! Die kostenlose Gondelbahn, die Mountain Village und Telluride verbindet, ist nur wenige Schritte entfernt.
Telemark J bietet Platz für 8 Gäste. Es gibt zwei Kingsize-Betten und zwei Sofas, die in Betten umgewandelt werden können. Ein zusätzlicher Stuhl und eine Hälfte verwandelt sich in ein kleines Bett im Hauptschlafzimmer. Dieses Gerät verfügt über einen Kamin, einen Skiraum, eine Garage, eine Fußbodenheizung und alles, was Sie in der gut ausgestatteten Küche benötigen.
Dieses Gerät wurde im Frühjahr 2016 umgebaut. Zu den Updates gehören neue Innentüren, Treppengeländer, Fensterrahmen, neue Möbel, Matratzen, Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Kochgeschirr und Gedecke. Beide Schlafzimmer verfügen über neue 32-Zoll-Smart-TVs mit Blu-Ray-Playern. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über einen neuen 55-Zoll-Smart-TV und Blu-Ray-Player sowie ein SONOS-Soundsystem, auf das Sie über die kostenlose Smartphone-App zugreifen können, um Ihre eigene Musiksammlung abzuspielen. Es gibt eine kleine Videothek mit Titeln für Erwachsene und Kinder. Reisen Sie mit kleinen Kindern? Might be the best ski in ski out property I've ever stayed in. 100 ft from the door to the snow couldn't be more convenient. Hot tub on the patio after skiing was great. Amazing property and location. Can’t say enough about the place. It’s literally 50 yards away from where you put your skis on and start downhill to the chairlift. Well equipped and very cozy we all loved it. Very comfortable decorations and well stocked kitchen. They very kindly leave other guests leftover non perishables like detergents and oils and spices so don’t buy a lot of that ahead before checking. Great hot tub overlooking slopes. Skiers so close you can hear the snow under their skis. Very comfortable beds. Michael was v responsive with problems questions and we had to have someone check on the property once or twice There is a ski locker outside closet with a key garage inside heated. Nice fireplace. Beautiful comfortable bathrooms. Highly recommend we’ve stayed in a lot of places and this was absolutely tops by comparison. Thank you Mike.

Picture this: You are booking this property not fully knowing what you are in for. The reviews surrounding it are good which is what sold me, however, still have reservations. You arrive in Telluride and take a wonderful drive up the mountain toward your vacation property. You pull your car into the drive that takes you back to the rental, the drive literally Dead Ends into one of the best ski runs on the entire mountain! You pull your car into your HEATED garage. Then you unpack your belongings, take them up the stairs and enter your personal, on slope ski condo. The condo itself is perfect for 2 families and sleeps 8 people without any issues due to upstairs and downstairs bedrooms, 2 pullout couches and a neat little pullout love seat in the master upstairs perfect for a little one. So, now that you are moved in and have chosen your room you get a chance to look over the property. What you will notice, Comfy beds, big closets, great furniture throughout, Amazing bathrooms with steam showers, lots of power behind the shower heads, lots of space in the bathrooms. A nice entry area to keep your boots, shoes, coats, a great kitchen and dining area, an amazing little loft area up top for kids to relax, a really nice living area with gas fireplace to dry your ski gloves or just warm up. The deck is amazing with hot tub and the best views on the mountain. Location could not be more perfect as well. true ski in ski out and right next to everything in Village. PERFECT!!

The location is perfect. True ski-in/ski-out. Mountain Village and gondola are a short and easy walk from the condo. Mike was awesome with communication both before and during the stay. Our Favorite So Far

This was our fourth trip to Telluride and this was our favorite place yet! The location is so perfect—right off of Lower Boomerang run for an easy ski in/ski out! The condo was gorgeous and very well appointed. Everything was high end. The beds were so comfortable, we all slept like babies! My kids loved all the games and puzzles they keep stocked in unit and had something different to play with each day. Mike was so easy to communicate with and really responsive/helpful. We had a great time, thank you for sharing your lovely home with us!

Amazing!

This property is perfect! Ski in-ski out to/from a variety of terrain including a double green, which is perfect for the littles or beginner skiers. Also a very easy walk to Mountain Village (ski rental, restaurants and bars, shopping, outdoor skating, etc.) and the Gondola into Telluride. The condo had all the supplies we needed and is beautifully decorated, the hot tub was easy to use (and we used it a lot!), everything was clean, the owner answered all my questions and was so helpful! Seriously 10/10 and if we ever get a chance to ski Telluride again, we will stay here!!!!

We have been coming to Telluride for many years, after skiing and hiking most of the areas in Colorado and Utah. We fell in love with Telluride from the beginning, and started looking for a place to spend our summers away from the Texas heat. We also try to spend several weeks here in the winter, as school schedules permit. We are thrilled to be able to share this place we love with newcomers and experienced Telluride visitors alike.

We purchased Telemark J in 2016 after looking in Telluride and Mountain Village for years. We were searching for that perfect place; one that combined livability, proximity to restaurants and shops, comfort, views, a great patio, and most importantly, amazing ski access. We have always loved skiing, but didn't like the process of carrying gear, walking long distances to slopes (especially at 9,500 feet!), and having to do it all in reverse at the end of the day. It is actually easier (and less expensive!) and takes less time to pop in for lunch than it does to enjoy a meal at one of the very good lodges, restaurants, and snack bars on the mountain.
In the morning, you can leave the house at 8:55, put on your skis and ski a short distance to the Village Express lift, and still be early for the first 9:00 ride up the mountain. First tracks are always a possibility.
In the summer, ride your mountain bike to the free gondola and take it to the St. Sophia station. From there, you can either go uphill to See Forever and some very challenging, spectacular trails (maybe give yourself a couple of days to acclimate), or let gravity take over and head down the Bike Park trails, or the Village Trail, and connect via Jurassic and Meadows Trail down to the Valley Floor. From there, head to Telluride and back up the gondola and do it again! Total time around 90 minutes.
You will also enjoy the close proximity to the shops and restaurants of Mountain Village. Ski rentals are quick and easy, coffee shops and restaurants are nearby.
Enjoy some Thai fusion at Talay, or small plates and sophisticated entrees and deserts at Bijou, stop in for craft beers and a meal at Tomboy Tavern, tapas at Village Table, ice cream and sandwiches at Tracks, Taco Tuesday and tasty meals at Black Iron - plus many more. For additional variety, 13 minutes on the free Gondola takes you to Telluride, with even more amazing dining and shopping opportunities.

Some of the best ski access in Telluride, easy in and easy out. Also one of the largest patios in Mountain Village, with a hot tub and gas grill. Sunny and bright, with beautiful views of the ski area, and spectacular yellow aspens in the fall. Right in town, but feels secluded due to it's location and position on the ski run.
