Diese neu auf dem Markt gelegene, kürzlich renovierte Villa mit 3 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern befindet sich in einer ruhigen Wohngegend von Montana Roja in Playa Blanca.
Nach einem 20-minütigen Spaziergang erreichen Sie die Stadt, in der Sie eine hervorragende Auswahl an Bars und Restaurants finden. Ein kleiner Supermarkt liegt nur 2 Gehminuten von der Villa entfernt.
Villa Sara ist ideal für Familien, die den fantastischen Außenbereich genießen möchten, oder für Paare, die einen ruhigen, ruhigen Urlaub suchen.
Die Villa erstreckt sich über 2 Etagen. Im Erdgeschoss werden Sie in den großen hellen Wohn- / Essbereich begrüßt. Die Terrassentüren führen in den großen Garten, wo sich ein Esstisch für acht Personen befindet, und ein geräumiges Outdoor-Ecksofa, das beide unter einer großen Pergola sitzt. Es gibt auch bequeme Sonnenliegen, einen kanarischen Grill, einen Billardtisch und einen 8 x 4 beheizten Pool mit römischer Treppe. Abends verwandelt sich der Garten durch die Außenbeleuchtung. Um die Villa herum gibt es hohe Mauern, die es privat und sicher machen.

In der Villa gibt es einen geräumigen Wohn- / Essbereich mit 2 Sofas, die bequem Platz für 6 Personen bieten, sowie einem zusätzlichen Esstisch und Stühlen. Es gibt einen großen LCD-Fernseher mit kostenfreiem WLAN und ein komplettes TV-Paket mit allen englischen Kanälen, einschließlich Sport und Filme. Es gibt auch einen DVD-Player und einen Bluetooth-Lautsprecher.
Die Lounge führt zu einer neuen, voll ausgestatteten modernen Küche und einem Hauswirtschaftsraum mit Waschmaschine und Geschirrspüler.
Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und ein separates Duschbad mit begehbarer Dusche, Waschbecken und WC.
Im Obergeschoss befinden sich ein helles Zweibettzimmer, ein zweites Badezimmer mit Badewanne / Dusche, WC, Bidet und Waschbecken sowie das Hauptschlafzimmer mit Doppelbett. Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über einen großen begehbaren Kleiderschrank und Terrassentüren, die auf einen Balkon mit Bistrotisch und Stühlen mit herrlichem Blick auf Montana Roja führen.
Alle Schlafzimmer verfügen über Einbauschränke und alle Zimmer haben brandneue ferngesteuerte Deckenventilatoren. Es gibt auch einen Safe für alle Ihre Wertsachen.
Strandtücher sind inklusive.
Der Preis für die Villa basiert auf einer Belegung mit 4 Personen, für zusätzliche Gäste werden £ 70 pro Person und Woche berechnet.

Sehr schönes Haus für einen entspannten Urlaub

Das Haus ist sehr schön, modern eingerichtet, gut ausgestattet, gepflegt und sauber. Der große Garten hat überdachte Sitzecken und einen angenehm beheizten Pool. Der Kontakt zu Sara und ihrem Management Jodie und Brett war schnell, unkompliziert und hilfreich. In der Nähe des Hauses befindet sich fußläufig ein kleiner, recht gut sortierter Supermarkt und das Lokal El Tonel mit leckeren und günstigen Tapas, Burgern, Pizzen und Pasta. Ein Auto oder Fahrräder sind dennoch von Vorteil, da Hafen, Strand und Einkaufspromenade ein paar Kilometer entfernt sind. Wir haben uns in der Villa Sara sehr wohl gefühlt, danke für die tollen Urlaubstage, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Sunny delight

Was here with daughter and son in law. Property was fabulous. Plenty of everything you needed. Garden was great as was heated pool. Made full use of Barbie and pool table. Plenty of seating options outside with 8 sunbeds. Lovely balcony from main bedroom. Twin room small but adequate., we didnt need it. Was in a quiet area as described but a wee shop 2 mins away turning left as you come out villa and cross the path behind recycling bins. Shop across rd to the left, with Lidl a 4 min drive. Walk to the beach and all the busyness was 20mins if you turn left then right at bottom of street where you will see petrol station in distance ahead. Just follow cycle lane behind and your there. Then 4 taxi of which were plentiful back to villa. We all had a great time and agreed we would definetly book this lovely villa again. Tip: if you are travelling back on Easyjet on the sunday flight at noon. Allow yourself plenty of time as we queued for over an hour due to there being 5 EJ flights all leaving within the hour in the same queue!

Villa Sara - wonderful stay!

We had a fabulous stay at Villa Sara, the gardens especially were absolutely beautiful, a lovely warm pool and plenty of space to run around and for our boys to play football. Location wise it was perfect, walking distance (5 mins) to a mini supermarket and cash and carry. We didn’t walk into town as it was a bit far for our 5 year old but taxis were easy to get so we used them almost daily. The only tiny thing I would say is that the twin beds were a little bit hard, I’m sure they would be fine for children but as we have a child who won’t sleep unless he is with his dad, I ended up on the twin beds! This is minor and we would still definitely return to this beautiful villa. Thank you Sara for having us.

Perfect for a relaxing holiday

Had everything we needed, the pool was great, some of the sunbeds were on their last legs but didn’t stop us enjoying our time around the pool. We loved hanging out outside, which was hidden from the wind. The pool table was a great bonus! Great time.

Fabulous villa, great outdoor space and pool. Villa spotlessly clean and has everything you would need. Air conditioning and fans in all rooms. Pleasant 20-25 minute walk into playa Blanca were there are plenty of shops, bars and restaurants in beautiful surroundings only complaint we have is we didn't stay long enough. We will definitely be back in the future. Top tip there is a great cash & carry just across the road were you can buy things individually at great prices.

Disappointed

The villa was ok not a great area too far from bars and shops , luckily taxis on the island are very efficient and inexpensive. Very disappointed with pool big garden with a tiny pool. Towels provided were not good the bath towels were ok if you are about 4 feet 10 . Beach towels provided very cheap and not effective at drying. We had ants in the lounge and kitchen work surfaces. Bed sheet in main bedroom was not big enough and came off every night

Beautiful villa

Beautiful villa with a massive garden area & lovely pool. The kids enjoyed playing in the pool for hours & the pool table was an added bonus. The villa had everything we needed. It was a very short 2 minute walk to the corner shop and a pleasant 20 min stroll into Playa Blanca centre. We absolutely loved our week there and would definitely book again if in the area. Highly recommend.

Great villa, just as described on website. Wi-if Bit poor at times and tv extremely frustrating to try and watch anything, as picture kept freezing. Grounds secluded and well kept, pool heating amazing a must for this time of year. Overall great stay

Great stay

Well kept house - nice and clean. Pool and pool table were great as was the view from the balcony and easy walk into town. A couple of extra blankets would have been nice for when sitting on the couch late evening/early morning. The WiFi was really poor - kept cutting out every couple of minutes and so weak that you couldn't even watch the news. We had to resort to hot-spotting with our phones when wanting to email. Thank you for sharing your house!

Had a lovely time for mum’s birthday!

Sara was very helpful during these current Covid restrictions. The villa has everything you need, however it was a little dusty and had to give it a good clean when we arrived. Extra charge for pool as well which would have been nice to be included in cost of villa. Overall though happy with villa and area.

Beautiful Villa

Considering the circumstances of travel during this time, Sara was very helpful when booking the villa and answered all our questions we had before travel. Arriving at the villa we soon realised that we had made a great choice and the villa is simply stunning. We opted for the heated pool for the kids and Brett the property manager made sure this was set before we arrived. The kids never wanted to get out!! The villa was very clean and has all the basics you require including a washing machine and dishwasher. Its deceptively big, which was great considering we had two children with us, we didn't feel like we were all on top of each other. The garden is massive with artificial grass for the kids to run around on with the extra touch of night time lighting which made for lovely evenings sitting on the out door furniture enjoying a glass of wine. The BBQ was used regularly. A convenience shop is literally 2 mins walk away which was very useful. We did find that with young children, a walk to the beach front or Playa Flamingo was just a bit too far, around 25mins or so. There are plenty of great beaches nearby but our favourite was Papagayo beach which was as short drive away. All in all a great villa, great experience and awesome holiday had by the family. We will definitely be heading back to Villa Sara in future. All the best

Perfect for a relaxing week away

The villa was just lovely and well equipped with everything we could possibly need. The kitchen had all essentials and enough dishes etc for at least 6 people. All equipment was in good working order and easy to use. Outdoor seating areas and private pool were a big plus !!!! The corner sofa outdoors was our favourite place to sit early evening or on our return from a night out. Just perfect for an extremely relaxing week away. The walk to main shops and bars took around 20 minutes which was maybe a bit too far out for our liking but, we knew this before booking so wasn't unexpected. A taxi back in the evening was never difficult to get and very reasonably priced. The local shop was perfect for picking up bits and pieces. The villa itself was ideal, well maintained and well furnished, very spacious, just a bit big for just the two of us, but again we knew this when we booked. The owner was easy to contact and gave a lot of good advice before we traveled. We would definitely book this property again in the future if we go with a larger group.

Fab villa and Fab location

As our family covered three generations, this villa had everything to cater for all our needs. The pool table ensured lots of friendly family competition! The villa's location was perfect, it allowed us a gentle walk into the village with the restaurants and a quick very reasonable trip back in a taxi. The whole area of Playa Blanca is so family friendly and pretty, we absolutely loved our stay.

Beautiful modern property in a peaceful location but close enough to centre and beach.

Villa Sara really is a lovely modern spacious property with an amazing outdoor area that isn’t overlooked. We opted for pool heating which was well worth it as on previous trips in Easter we have been unable to be in the pools much...I can rarely get in a pool unless I am about to melt but this time we were all in there everyday the temperature was lovely! The area itself is quiet and residential but using the shortcut it only took us 20 minutes to be in Playa Blanca centre which has lovely shops, restaurants and bars. Marina Rubicon is particularly nice and well worth a visit. We were well looked after during our stay with a linen/towel change mid week and Brett was able to give us info about the local area and a useful taxi number. The only (very minor) things that could have been improved were the large wardrobes in the master bedroom could do with having some shelving lower down, and the tv, whilst having every single channel we struggled to get a good signal on live streaming channels. Overall we would definitely recommend this property and location, perfect for families or people who want to have a more peaceful kind of holiday.

Loving life

Perfect in everyway

We stayed at Villa Sara at the end of March. The Villa was outstanding and the garden was spectacular. The swimming pool was warm and the garden looked beautiful in the night as well as in the day. The area is peaceful but only a 20 min walk( or a 3 min drive) to the Marina which stretches for several miles.The inside of the villa was extremely spacious bright and modern. It has a big kitchen and a large TV in the lounge with all the regular channels inc sports films and box sets.The bedrooms are large with loads of wardrobe space. I would highly recommend the Villa and we will be going back.

Comfortable villa

Nice villa in a quiet part of Playa Blanca. The pool is a good size and the pool table is a definite plus. We enjoyed lounging in the outside seating area too. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of wardrobe space. Our only criticism was that the kitchen was a bit minimal - we could have done with a tray and a jug and some more cutlery.

A first class property in a perfect location

A perfect and contemporary property, finished to a very high standard in a terrific location away from the centre of the resort, but still in easy reach of everything you would need. This property has been completely refurbished and contains everything you need for a perfect visit to the beautiful island of Lanzarote. Inside all furnishings are new, there's masses of storage space for all of your holiday clothes and the property is very light and airy. Three bedrooms are made up of two doubles and a twin, one of the doubles being downstairs so would be great for anyone with mobility problems. The Kitchen is well equipped with lots of crockery, glasses and pots and pans, hob, oven & fridge freezer. Two large sofas and a dining table inside make it ideal if you want a night in or if its a cooler evening. The TV has lots of channels including sports and movies, including access to many new films. There's even a washing machine and dishwasher. Outside there's plenty of space, with room for 8 at the dining table and a sheltered corner sofa as well as plenty (8) of loungers around the pool for the sun worshippers. The pool itself can be heated (recommended in cooler months) and has both shallow and deeper ends and is a lovely addition for keeping cool when it's hot. There's also a pool table, barbecue and a large artificial grass area. There's plenty of room to park outside too either on the drive or the road, if you choose to hire a car, which we would recommend, for getting around the island. There's a small supermarket on the road just behind the villa which sells just about everything you would need and is very reasonably priced and there's a good and very friendly tapas bar at the end of the road about 5 minutes walk and near to the commercial area. We had a couple of minor problems with a water leak whilst we were there but Brett and Jody from the management company were on hand to quickly resolve these and nothing was too much trouble for them. Overall we had a lovely stay and we highly recommend this property for couples or families alike, it's in a quieter residential area but not too far to walk into the resort of Playa Blanca. We look forward to staying again on our next visit.

Sensational Luxury Villa

What a sensational villa to stay in. Villa Sara had all the mod cons, it was exceptionally clean on arrival and was impeccably furnished to a high standard. The villa is large and bright with ample room for our family. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of storage. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, crockery and all the necessary utensils (if you want to cook). The pool is a great size and the kids spent most of the week splashing around. The pool table was a great touch to keep us all entertained during the late afternoon in the sunshine. The garden area is quite large, and all the furniture (inside and out) is of good quality and looks new. The BBQ was fantastic. There was a shop opposite, so we could grab anything we needed, and the restaurants are approximately a 10-minute walk to the front. The booking process was extremely quick and efficient. Villa Sara had everything we needed for our holiday it was like home from home and extremely relaxing, we cannot wait to stay again next year! I would recommend Villa Sara to anyone who enjoys the Villa experience, it is spacious, modern and great value for money. Thank you for letting us stay 😊
