Die Villa erstreckt sich über 2 Etagen. Das Obergeschoss besteht aus einer Eingangshalle, einer Toilette, einem großen Wohn- / Esszimmer und einer Küche mit Geschirrspüler, Gasherd, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Waschmaschine, Kühlschrank und Gefrierschrank. Es gibt zwei Schlafzimmer (1 Zweibettzimmer, 1 Doppelbett), ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne, Waschbecken, Dusche und Toilette und einen großen Balkon mit herrlichem Blick auf die Berge und das Meer.
Satellitenfernsehen, DVD und WiFi / Internet.
Treppe zur unteren Etage: Hauptschlafzimmer (Doppelbett) mit en-suite Duschbad.
Eingang zu einer großen überdachten Terrasse (im Freien) mit Grill, Sitzecke und großem Esstisch (2,60 m - 10 Sitzplätze). Diese Terrasse bietet Zugang über eine Treppe zum großen Pool.
Von der Terrasse führt eine Tür zu einer Wohnung mit Wohnzimmer und Kochnische, zwei Schlafzimmern (zwei Einzelbetten) und einem Badezimmer mit Waschbecken, Massagedusche und Toilette.
Alle Schlafzimmer haben Deckenventilatoren.
Das Haus ist an vier Seiten von einem Garten umgeben.
Der Zugang zum Pool ist von beiden Seiten eingezäunt, so dass Kinder keinen Zugang haben, ohne dass ein Erwachsener das Tor öffnet. Der überdachte Terrassenbereich hat auch ein Tor für zusätzlichen Schutz, so dass Kinder nicht herauskommen können.

just beautiful

We really enjoyed our stay! The house has a lot of charm, is in a quiet location and you have a wonderful view of the sea and the mountains. Mayte and Fran are super nice and very helpful. The house was decorated with a lot of love and exudes a very homely atmosphere. Everything is very clean and the beds are great. The whole outdoor area is also great. The large pool in particular is ideal in summer. There are plenty of places to lie down and enough shade. We loved being guests here and would love to come back another time.

Très belle villa , cadre magnifique dans un quartier très jolie , une vue splendide proche des commerces et des plages . Nous avons passé un très beau séjour et les hôtes toujours disponibles ! Heerlijk huis!

Heel fijn huis waar we met twee gezinnen (met bijna volwassen kinderen) verbleven. Mooie kamers, heerlijke terrassen om samen te eten of even een boek te lezen, fijn zwembad en bovenal een prachtig uitzicht over bergen en zee! Contact met eigenaren Mayte en Francis was goed en zeer vriendelijk!

Lovely comfortable house for large family holidayday

Petit paradis à Santa Cristina d Aro.

Très sympathique maison atypique à Santa Cristina d Aro avec de nombreux atouts… Une belle piscine toujours propre, 2 belles terrasses pour le confort de chacun, un hamac à l ombre, dés canapé extérieurs, une belle vue sur les montagnes, une belle vue sur la Costa brava et j en oublie sûrement. Tranquillité , bien être et calme émanent de cette maison . Vraiment une excellente adresse, un petit paradis à quelques minutes du centre-ville de Santa Cristina et à quelques minutes des belles plages.Une très belle découverte. Un grand remerciement aux très sympathiques et adorables propriétaires Mayté, Fran et leurs enfants pour leur accueil et leur gentillesse. Vraiment super sympas…ça fait plaisir. Fantástica experiencia

La casa se ajusta exactamente al anuncio, con unas habitaciones amplias que dan cabida hasta a 10 huéspedes. Baños modernos y en general una casa muy cómoda y con una decoración que la hace muy acogedora. Está arriba de una colina, por lo que tiene unas vistas fantásticas y una piscina que te permite darte un buen baño. Los dueños son encantadores y te facilitan mucho todo. Unas vacaciones muy agradables, para repetir.

Descanso en un lugar precioso

Lovely villa

We stayed for a week in this lovely villa. This is a beautiful part of Spain, and the villa is well located to get to the coast for the day (10 minutes), whilst being far enough away for quiet days and evenings. The villa is at the top of a hill and has magnificent mountain views and, in the evening, the pretty solar lanterns hanging from the upstairs balcony created a romantic ambiance which combined with the faint twinkling lights in the far distant valley, was really pretty. The villa is very large (almost like two) with a huge outside dining area downstairs near the pool , complete with hammock which would be great for large groups. But as a small family we were happy upstairs as it was really comfortable and spacious with a good- sized living room, bathroom and very comfortable beds. The pool at the villa is very large compared to some others we have stayed at, and it was nice to have a proper swim without having to turn around every few strokes. The children loved the big hammock and wooden playhouse too. The villa was tastefully decorated and had some lovely flowers and plants. The owners are also very helpful and quick to respond to queries. You could easily spend your entire holiday without leaving the villa, or like us, explore the beautiful area. We visited the family beach at Sant Pol a few times (very reasonable priced food) and also took a day trip to Tossa and to the mediaeval village at Pals, which was a lovely day out. The coastal road to Tossa has some lovely small bays . The restaurant at the bottom of the hill has good food with good prices and very friendly staff. There are a few mosquitoes around in the evening (but not that many as it is high up), but you can buy mosquito repellent from the local supermarket. All in all, a lovely homely villa that we will definitely return to !

Our best holiday residence ever

The sea/hill view from the villa is stunning: pictures on the website are surpassed by reality! The furniture and home decoration contribute well to a pleasant atmosphere on a summer evening. Very convenient for 10 persons in 5 bedrooms, two of them with own entrance in lower floor of villa. The owners are very nice, explain well, and responsive to questions by whatsapp. Our best holiday residence ever.

Magnificent villa with an even more magnificent view

My friends and I spent 10 days in this beautiful house, and we absolutely enjoyed every minute of it! The house is very spacious, and equipped with everything you could possibly need. It is divided between an upstairs- and a downstairs living area. This allows guests a lot of breathing room, which quickly proved welcome for a group of 9 boisterous guys. The swimming pool and downstairs porch quickly became more communal areas, while the upstairs balcony and living room allowed for the opportunity of finding some peace and quiet. The house is very true to the image presented in the ad, although the downstairs porch is in fact a lot larger and more beautiful than how it appears in the photos. It’s basically twice the size you think it is. The same goes for the amount of space around the house. Although located in a neighbourhood, you rarely notice the presence of other people. Kitchen facilities are pretty good; sufficient amounts of pots, pans, plates, cutlery, oven dishes, etc. Enough fridge/freezer space to cater to larger groups. The oven can be somewhat tricky to get under control, and proper cooking knives are lacking. Neither proved much of a problem to us, as we quickly figured out how to work the oven, and we had brought our own chef’s knives. The bedrooms are generally very pleasant, although some have better ventilation than others. Aside from that it’s incredibly hard to think of something to complain about. Mayte and Francis are incredibly lovely hosts who have consistently been available for questions and requests. From the start of our booking process until well after our stay at their lovely house, communication has been clear and quick without exception. We sincerely hope to be back some day!

belle maison avec des propriétaires charmants

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine en famille dans la villa décorée avec goût et agréable à vivre particulièrement l' espace terrasse ouverte à l'étage inférieur. La piscine est grande et dans un écrin de verdure très dépaysant.; Francis et Mayté nous ont réservé un accueil chaleureux et très sympathique.. Semaine donc très réussie!

Heerlijk huis voor een grote groep gasten

Het huis ligt bovenop een berg in een rustige wijk waardoor het uitzicht over zee en binnenland fenomenaal is. Wij waren met 2 volwassenen en 7 kinderen ( 18-21 jr). De bovenverdieping was voor de ouders en de benedenverdieping met het appartement was voor de jeugd. Beter kon het eigenlijk niet. Iedereen had zijn eigen privacy. De afstand naar het strand en winkels is 5 minuten. Het huis is gezellig ingericht. De ontvangst van Mayte en Francis is hartelijk en ze staan klaar voor alle vragen. Voor ons is het zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.

Great house for a large group in a brilliant position!

Lovely house brilliantly situated with wonderful views. It can be inconvenient though as it's virtually two house on separate floors so we spent a lot of time moving from floor to floor. Some of the equipment including the cooker, toaster & coffee machine need updating. We also feel that separate pool towels would be an advantage. The downstairs bedroom with the ensuite has a drains problem which smells. My husband thinks it's due to the u bend in the shower syphoning & leaving no water trap. The owners are friendly, welcoming & responsive & none of these comments detracted from our holiday.

Wonderful holiday villa

Nine of us holidayed together in this wonderful villa (4 adults and 5 children) and we truly had a fabulous time. The villa was beautifully decorated, comfortable and with all mod cons. The pool and sun loungers were perfect for relaxing and the outdoor terrace meant the kids could spend time out of the hot sun. The villa is high up on a hill and I never tired of the views of the surrounding Costa Brava. The owners were very accommodating and made our trip very special. I would certainly love to go back again!!

Beautiful villa in a wonderful location

We've just returned from a wonderful holiday at this beautiful villa. It's a perfect place for families and friends to share and enjoy the fabulous pool and spectacular views of the mountains and sea. The villa is very spacious and well equipped with the beds being the most comfortable we've ever slept on in a holiday villa. The owners have added lots of lovely decorative touches which make the villa feel like a home. There are also many games and DVDs for children and adults alike, along with a playhouse and rope swing in the garden which our children loved. I would thoroughly recommend this peaceful villa to anyone wanting to visit this part of Spain.
