Willkommen in meinem sonnigen Wailea-Paradies! Diese neu renovierte Wohnung im zweiten Stock (Einheit 45F) hat einen fantastischen Blick auf das Meer und den Garten und ist der perfekte Ort für einen romantischen Kurzurlaub oder Familienurlaub. Der Keawakapu Beach ist nur einen kurzen Spaziergang durch wunderschön gepflegte tropische Gärten entfernt und fantastisches Schnorcheln und Weltklasse-Golf sind nur einige der Leckerbissen, die Sie erwarten.

Die Wohnung ist neu gestrichen mit allen neuen Möbeln und ist sehr gut ausgestattet, um die ideale Umgebung für Ihren Traumurlaub auf Hawaii zu schaffen. Die modernisierte Küche bietet alles, was Sie zum Gourmetkochen benötigen, und die Gewölbedecken im Wohnbereich verleihen dem Raum ein helles, geräumiges und luftiges Ambiente. Die private Veranda mit Essbereich für 4 Personen ist der perfekte Ort, um ruhige und friedliche Morgenstunden oder die wunderschönen Sonnenuntergänge auf Maui zu genießen.

Ich habe das Gerät mit neuen Liegestühlen, Handtüchern, Sonnenschirmen, Kühlschränken, Schnorchelausrüstung und Boogie-Boards ausgestattet, um Ihren Strandurlaub so angenehm und komfortabel wie möglich zu gestalten.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in Wailea Ekahi Village, einem wunderschönen 35 Hektar großen Strandkomplex mit atemberaubenden tropischen Gärten. Es befindet sich im nördlichen Teil von Wailea und ist nur wenige Gehminuten von allen wichtigen Wailea-Resorts und den Geschäften in Wailea entfernt. Der erstklassige Keawakapu-Strand befindet sich 5 Gehminuten durch das Dorfgelände zu Ihrem privaten Strandeingang. Das Village verfügt über einen fantastischen Pool am Strand und einen Pavillon mit einer voll ausgestatteten Küche und Grillmöglichkeiten. Es gibt auch drei kleinere Pools im Dorf, von denen einer nur wenige Schritte von dieser Einheit entfernt ist.

Ekahi. Beautiful and noisy

First of all I didn’t realize we would be on the second floor and at age 82 it was exhausting pulling luggage and dragging grocery bags up the stairs. Also, apparently there is little insulation because every car and particularly motor bike sounded like it was going thru our apartment. Sleep was difficult to say the least. The unit was well maintained and updated but the noise from the outside was too much for us to overcome. We will look for other accommodations next time.

Maui Family Vacation

We came with our family for a week and had a good experience. The walk to the beach was about 10 minutes. Overall the place was nice and well stocked with everything we needed. It would have been nice to have a stock list of the beach items in the closet so that we knew there was snorkeling gear and boogie boards in advance. The dishwasher had a funky smell so likely needs to be sanitized so we just didn’t use it.

Great Condo in Paradise

My husband and I enjoyed our 8 night stay in this condo that had everything we needed for day trips, beach and pool days. The kitchen was well stocked, the condo felt comfortable and very clean. The view on the deck was enjoyable all day long as you look over a pool, beautiful flowers & trees and ocean in the distance. We caught some great sunsets right there!

Wailea Honeymoon vacation

This listing is a must! The view from the lanai is beautiful and a quick 10 min walk to the pool/beach access area. We felt very safe in this community. We found Wailea to be the best area to stay on the island, as you're a quick 5-10 min drive to various hotels with their speciality restaurants along the water, Wailea shops (outdoor mall), and grocery store (Safeway). It's walkable distance to the 2 mile walk giving you a beautiful view of the shoreline, especially at sunset! The bed is very comfortable, one of the reasons why we chose it for the sleep number bed. Tim has many amenities to use like the beach chairs, beach cooler/ice packs, beach bag, boogie boards, snorkeling gear, towels, etc which were very convenient when trying to pack light! The kitchen is stocked for meal prepping if desired as well. You will not be disappointed when choosing this location for your vacation! Thank you Tim, we had a wonderful vacation!

Beautiful Wailea Condo

We had a wonderful experience. Tim’s place is in a great condo community with many pools and beach access. The condo is well stocked with boogies boards, chairs, and snorkeling gear. The only bummer was the construction noise across the street that starts around 7am. I would highly recommend.

Great stay!

Condo was very clean and nicely decorated. Lots of supplies and water equipment. For older folks or those with young kids, the condo is up on the hill and takes 5-8 minutes to trek back up after the beach and pavilion. Some road noise as it is close to the street and some construction across the street. Easy parking and great location. Overall, I would love to stay again. Thank you Tim!

Prime Location!

Tim is great, Ekahi is heaven!

Tim is the most incredible host. He is an awesome communicator, prompt, thorough, and clear. He exudes professionalism and friendliness. We felt like we were being hosted by an old friend, we felt well looked after. His condo fit our family of four (two kids 6, 9) comfortably. We loved the views from the lanai! Others mention the road noise, and while it exists, it did not bother us, especially with the a/c or fan on. His place is stocked with all the fun beach/pool toys you could ever need! The walk to the nearest pool is under a minute and it’s about 5 to the beach. Pro tip- another family with kids mentioned in the past they just drove to the beach with kids and parked in the lower lot. We didn’t need to because we like to walk and kids are used to walking places with us, but if walking travel with your crew is more challenging there are workarounds. Ekahi is a dream, we would come back in a heartbeat! Thanks, Tim!

Undisclosed and unacceptable traffic noise from Wailea Alanui Drive

This unit is one of the units closest to traffic. Wailea Alanui Drive is a very busy street, noise can be heard throughout the unit, especially in bedroom. From bedroom lanai, traffic can be seen and heard. If a car or motorcycle goes by with modified exhaust, vibration can be felt. Pedestrian’s conversation can be heard clearly. At night, moving headlights can be seen from bedroom. With glass sliding door closed, curtain drawn and air conditioning’s compressor on, traffic can still be heard. Wailea Alanui Drive traffic is 24/7, unlike construction below and across street. Host offered charging only nights spent. Unfortunately alternative good accommodation cannot be found with no advance notice in high season. This unit is one of the units furthest from beach. Living room lanai is the best part of this unit. It has good ocean view, fairly private and nice breeze most of the times. Internet is fast and host responses very quickly.

Beautiful condo in a great location

This condo is amazing! We enjoyed the great view from the balcony and kitchen, and the comfortable furnishings. As long as you don’t mind a hill, it’s a nice walk to and from the beach and main pool. The condo was clean and seems well maintained. We had a wonderful stay.

Beautiful property & great location

There was an issue with Tim’s condo, so he was able to make arrangements fo us to stay in another unit. He upgraded us to a two bedroom unit, 11F, which was stunning and spacious. It had high end features and finishes and was immaculately clean. The entire property was gorgeous. The pools were clean and uncrowned. The oceanfront pavilion at the pool was very convenient. The beach fronting the property was awesome with good afternoon boogie boarding. There was easy access to the surrounding area by car or foot. Lots of great, but busy, restaurants nearby. We will definitely return to this property for future visits.
