Diese neue Penthaus-Ferienwohnung liegt nur 2 Minuten zu Fuß vom Strand entfernt in ruhiger, friedlicher Lage.
Die Ferienwohnung verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmer, eines mit Doppelbett und das andere mit Twinbetten sowie 2 Badezimmer. Das Penthaus ist mit hochwertigem Mobiliar geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Wohnzimmer enthält ein Schlafsofa, Satelliten-Fernseher und einen DVD-Player. Die voll ausgestatte Küche umfasst Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank/Gefrierfach, Ofen und Kochfeld, Toaster sowie Waschmaschine/Trockner.
Außerdem besticht das Penthaus durch eine private, geräumige Dachterrasse mit Blick aufs Meer und die Berge, die den Luxus eines eigenen privaten Swimmingpools bietet, über einen eingebauten Grill verfügt und mit Sonnenliegen, Tisch und Stühlen ausgestattet ist.
Für Gäste, die ein Auto nutzen, ist ein sicherer Parkplatz vorhanden. Die Ferienwohnung ist außerdem per Fahrstuhl zugänglich.

Zusatzbedarf: Flughafentransfers, Willkommensservices, Willkommenspaket, Kinderbetten usw. sind als optionale Extraleistungen möglich.

Great stay

Lovely property in a great location. A well loved family apartment. The first time we had been away for a month and had everything we needed. Wifi was excellent. The local people were very friendly.

Enjoyed a great week here in Oct. The apartment is ideal for 4 with plenty of space. Good level of equipment and spotlessly clean. The weather was so good, we rarely left the roof terrace and pool. Once we lost the sun, the smaller terrace was still very warm. End of terrace property so a nice outlook too. The complex was very quiet but maintained well. Did not really explore the immediate area, but can recommend a trip to Vera town centre and bullring. Don't bother with Mojacar Pueblo, it's a bit of a tourist trap. Good communication with owner and manager. Excellent holiday, many thanks to all. .

Best Spanish holiday

Lovely apartment, so quiet, bed so comfy, roof garden, oh my God our best friend, for dinner and cooling down in the private pool, for sunbathing before the beach, for looking at the mountains etc. Main complex pool great we only used it once because the roof top pool and beach were enough for us. The jacuzzi in the complex was lovely. Beach was such an easy walk and so lovely. Paradise beach bar was my absolute favourite for food and entertainment hardly any english spoken there but they adopted us the Irish couple! lol. Shelly thank you so much for our late lost arrival on the first night you had so much patience, very grateful. Andy thank you for all your fantastic communication and help via email prior to holiday and for the fab care package on arrival. Go team Paraiso de playa vera! I am heading off now to book for next year. enjoy you lucky people who are on the way to Paraiso :)

Lovely apartment in quiet,well-maintained complex

This holiday marked a return to this region after having stayed in Mojacar 17 years ago. El Paraiso de Vera Playa was a well-maintained and pretty complex. The apartment had everything we needed for our half-term week, including a great roof-top solarium with mini-pool (cool, but we used it once) and a rooftop BBQ and dining table, which we used on several occasions even late into the evening. We used the underground parking and felt secure in the apartment on the second floor, accessible via the lift or stairs. The apartment was clean and comfortable and large enough for a family of 4, although the kitchen storage would not really be enough for longer stays. The double bed was small and, unfortunately, had a big dip in the middle. (We have since been told that the mattress is to be replaced shortly.) We enjoyed having 2 bathrooms, although the 2nd shower cubicle was tiny. There was plenty of hot water. The air-conditioning was a welcome bonus, especially overnight. We had enough utensils and equipment. I did have to hunt for a second hand towel, which was a bit odd. WiFi was good and there was plenty to watch on TV if we had wanted! The apartment's immediate area, at the north end of Vera Playa, appeared very quiet and perhaps forgotten, which was fine for us and not everything was open this late in the season. The area has a well-known naturist community near the apartment with a dedicated area of the beach, as well as freedom to stroll nearby. The feeling of the place changed at the weekend when the Spanish visited: more cafés and bars were open, families strolled about and it felt more 'loved'. There did seem to be a small core crowd of local Brits in the nearby bars and restaurants, with English Footie on TV. It was great to be able to reach the sea easily from the apartment and to stroll the long stretches of beach and coastline. Try Garrucha and Mojacar playa and pueblo for a day out. Further afield, try San José in the Cabo de Gato natural and Lorca in Murcia province- the historical part of the city was interesting and the castle was well-worth seeing, although it's a fair hike from the city. Nearest cash machine a few kms away in Garrucha. Try eating out at el Bodeguita near the Consum , Laguna in north Garrucha , Mohana B2 on the beach towards Garrucha. The owner provided clear instructions for access etc and everything was as advertised. We would go back to the area and recommend the apartment.

Perfekte Tage an Weihnachten und Silvester

Der Besitzer Andy organisiert sehr professionell.Die Wohnungsverwaltung durch Pete und Pat funktioniert großartig. Sowohl die Ankunft und alle Anliegen während des Aufenthaltes wurden mit Herzlichkeit gelöst.Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und (wir konnen nur die Winterzeit beurteilen) sehr ruhig.Der Strand ist weitläufig und wunderbar sauber.Der private Pool wäre nutzbar und sauber gewesen, jedoch im Winter mit geschätzten 18 Grad zu kalt.Achten Sie darauf, dass die Gemeinschaftspools im Winter oft geschlossen sind!Vera Playa und die Umgebung ist eine reine Wohngegend. Wir empfehlen unbedingt einen Mietwagen.Jedenfalls eine tolle Art zu überwintern.Danke Andy, Pete und Pat!Axel und Claudia

El sitio está muy bien, la casa muy bien equipada, espaciosa, que tenga wifi, la bbq y la piscina estupendas. Pegas, la piscina estaba sucia, aunque usable (mucho cloro), puedes ver a los vecinos desnudos o ellos a ti ya que no hay casi separación de una casa a otra

Un apartamento muy completo.

Nos ha encantado, es muy cómodo y amplio, y el tener piscina propia es una gran ventaja. Lo único que hemos echado en falta ha sido un lavavajillas y la limpieza de los utensilios de cocina que alguien guardó sin lavar, pero tanto el apartamento, el entorno como las playas y la gente genial.

Superb Apartment and Location

This was one of the nicest apartment we have stayed atin Spain. Uitstekende vakantieplek, ook voor langer verblijf!

Na de boeking schrok ik even, omdat het bedrag niet in 2 termijnen maar meteen werd van mijn rekening werd afgeschreven. Ook las ik wat slechte recensies, waardoor mijn vertrouwen meteen weg was. Van de eigenaar kreeg ik echter meteen bericht dat dat niet hoorde en hij wilde mij de 2e termijn persoonlijk terugstorten. Dat gaf me wel vertrouwen en we zijn vandaag voldaan terug op reis naar huis gegaan. Het penthouse is vrij groot. Heeft 2 slaapkamers en we hadden elk onze eigen badkamer. Wat een luxe! Bij de woonkamer is een balkon en boven het hele penthouse is een groot dakterras met zonneluifel en klein zwembad. Er zijn ligbedden met kussens en goeie terrasstoelen maken het extra comfortabel. Ook is er een lift en een parkeergarage. Dat vonden we erg fijn. We troffen het niet echt met het weer,. Bovendien leek het wel de algehele klusperiode. Overal om ons heen werd gewerkt en klonk het lawaai van zagen, electrisch snoeien (compleet met radiomuziek). Dat was heel jammer. Maar daar kan de eigenaar niets aan doen. Net zoals aan de gevolgen van de sahararegens. Vera Playa is eigenlijk een heel groot dorp met verschillende grote en kleinere vakantieparken. Daarvan zijn een aantal naturistisch. Ook is er een groot deel van het strand naturistisch. Maar niet verplicht natuurlijk. De beheerder ter plaatse en haar man zijn echt hele lieve en attente mensen. Als je ze nodig hebt staan ze meteen voor je klaar. We kunnen een verblijf in dit penthouse van harte aanbevelen.

Would not go wrong booking this apartment, really had everything you could possibly want.

We booked the apartment for a short one week break in October21. Thankfully the weather was wonderful and as all the amenities and beach were so close by you could walk everywhere if you wanted without any problems. The apartment was a real home from home and had everything you could possibly want, including your own plunge pool with penthouse views. All in all was really cosy. Would love ❤️ to return again. Great place to stay.

Stayed here 3 weeks whilst looking for a property in Costa Almeria. The apartment was in an ideal location, close to the beautiful beach and walking distance to the local bars & restaurants. Also close enough by car to all the places we visited in our search; Vera, Garrucha, Villaricos, Mojacar, Turre and San Juan. We even went into Lorca in Murcia twice for shopping there. The apartment was well equipped, loved the roof terrace and plunge pool. Because of COVID all the communal pools were closed, so having the plunge pool to swim in was great for me, aespecially knowing we were going back to another lockdown in the UK, so all leisure facilities closed at home, had to have one final swim before we left. The one downside was the double bed, mattress was too soft and the whole bed moved every time you turned in the night. We were told the mattress is being replaced. We had a great time even got used to the occasional naked people around on the beach and on the main road. You just accept and get used to seeing this! Had a lovely suprise welcome pack (thanks Andy). Property manager Shelly and husband Alan were terrific and so helpful. Would recommend this property to everyone.

Die Wohnng war sehr sauber und der Empfang durch Shelly war sehr freundlich obwohl wir 3 Stunden später ankamen, sie war bei Fragen immer hilfsbereit und sehr nett. Wenn man aus dem Pool kam waren die Fließen sehr klatt. Leider verging die Zeit viel zu schnell. Nochmals Danke an alle.

A splashing time!

There was plenty of room for the family with all the facilities of home. The pool was lovely, an extra addition to our normal holidays, enjoyed by us all. The welcome pack was such a nice thought, especially after our journey, meaning we did not have to shop immediately after arriving. We hope to return in the near future. Thank you Andy.

My wife, Mandy and I (Andy) have been married for over 40 years and live in Essex. We have two boys, both now married and we have 5 grandchildren. Mandy is originally from Grimsby and I have always lived around London.

Darum fiel die Entscheidung auf diese Unterkunft

we purchased our property in Vera Playa in 2008 and chose it because of the quietness of the area and that it was not within the hustle and bustle of the likes of the Costa Del Sol. But what sold us on it totally was it's position so close to the sea and the roof terrace where, when we can go there, spend as long as possible taking in the sun all day, enjoying the pool and wining and dining there.

Unique benefits of this property are the roof terrace with the private pool and BBQ, Uninterrupted sun for as long as it is in the sky. And if you get bored with that, there is the beach a few hundred yards away with 3 beach bars.
The property has unlimited fast WI-FI Internet which is included in the price.
in 2014, Spain lost the signal to receive most UK TV channels. We have installed an Internet box that receives thousands of TV channels including all free to air UK channels including most PPV channels , TV film library, box sets and radio?
As for the property we take great pride in keeping it in good order. We want it to be a home from home (with sun). We want our guests to benefit from that too. We do all within our power to make sure our guests have a great holiday and will want to come and stay again. And many do!
