In der WaterSound-Zone werden mehr als 250 Hektar unberührtes Land gepflegt, um die ursprüngliche Ökologie zu fördern. Gleichzeitig werden natürliche Wanderwege, Sanddünenwanderungen und Freizeiteinrichtungen gepflegt. Dieser Komplex ist rund um die Uhr bewacht und bietet ein sicheres, freundliches und familiäres Umfeld, das exklusiv ist.

Das Dunesider Pool House verfügt über einen beheizten Pool, einen A / C-Loungebereich mit Küche und großzügige Terrassen zum Sonnen und Entspannen. Die WaterSound Beach Community bietet drei gemeinsam genutzte beheizte Pools, einen Außenkamin, eine hochmoderne Fitness- und Saunalandschaft, den Dunesider Grill, der in der Sommersaison das Mittagessen am Pool serviert, und ein Gourmet-Café mit Catering-Service.

Das Cottage befindet sich im Crescent Keel-Bereich von WaterSound Beach und verfügt über Giebeldecken, die ein reichhaltiges, offenes Ambiente mit drei Schlafzimmern und vier Badezimmern in voller Größe bieten. Highly Recommend- Great Trip

Excellent Location

Great house on a quiet street! Perfect porch to drink coffee and hear nature. Beach was never crowded. Golf cart made it so easy to drive to beach and there was cart parking right at the path to walk. One of our best home rentals on 30A!

Amazing Stay

My family and I had the best stay in Watersound. The property is the perfect size for a family of 6. The three bedrooms were well kept and great size. The living room area is perfect to sit back and relax. The ability to be in a gated community with a golf cart was the best. We were able to be from the cottage to the beach in two minutes. There are chairs available to rent and will be setup each day. Beach is no over crowded like areas outside of the community. We will definitely be back.

Fabulous stay!

We loved this house and the community of watersound. The house was perfect for our family of young kids. Harry was very responsive to any questions I had. The golf cart was also great! You can drive the cart onto the boardwalk and walk steps until you’re on the beach! We won’t stay anywhere else on 30a again and plan to return. Thank you for a great trip!

Watersound Community Simply Amazing

We've stayed all over Florida since I was a kid. Up and down 30A, PCB, Gulf Shores, etc... and this community is a top 3 of most beautiful beach places we've stayed. Owner was great to deal with, the cottages are very cute and the whole environment is so peaceful. Wish we could have taken the golf cart outside of the community to go to The Big Chill but it's a short bike ride or walk. I would highly recommend taking your family to this cottage or anywhere in Watersound. Only a couple of minor cleaning issues and some confusion about what pools we had access to but the owner was quick to resolve it. We will be back for many years to come!!

Amazing week at Watersound!

My family of four (2 adults, 1 teen, 1 tween) had an awesome time at Harry's house. The house is perfectly located in the quaint Watersound community, within a short walk or golf cart drive to the private beach. Our beach was the best we saw in the area -- beautiful huge dunes and calmer water than surrounding beaches. We rented beach chairs and umbrellas from La Dolce Vita - pricey, but the shade is so necessary in that Florida sun. The house was so comfortable and had everything we needed. We cooked and grilled most days; and took the golf cart down to the beach every evening to watch the sunset and play on the beach. We visited over the 4th of July and saw incredible fireworks from our beach. After the beach every evening, we drove the golf cart around the community, admiring the beautiful houses. The impressive fitness center and Brunos Pizza (great!) is a quick 3- minute walk from the house. Nearby communities (Seaside, Watercolor, Alys Beach) and fantastic restaurants are a very close drive. We rented a pontoon boat for three days and fished/swam the bay - a super fun experience. We saw tons of dolphins and caught a huge number of fish. Last, but certainly not least, the owner, Harry, is a gem. He was incredibly responsive and gave me so many great tips about the area. We will definitely be back!!

WaterSound Beach exceeded expectations

This was our first time staying at WaterSound Beach and what a hidden treasure! We absolutely loved this neighborhood - it's so charming and far less crowded than other nearby beaches. Harry's house on Salt Box Lane met our family's needs - the golf cart made getting to and from the beach effortless! Salt Box Lane, in our opinion, is by far the most beautiful street in the neighborhood. We will definitely be back!

This property is precious. The owner, Harry, is one of the nicest people I have ever rented from. Check in was a breeze. You will love the gated community. I recently had hip surgery so the main level master suite was a must for me. The golf cart was super helpful as well to get to the private beach access. I would definitely stay here again.

WaterSound Beach Vacation

The beach cottage was comfortable. It was quiet and we all slept well at night. The white sand beach was amazing! We rented an umbrella with chase lounges, through La Dolce Vita, which I highly recommend. The golf cart was great and the path lead right to the beach. Overall, it was a great Florida beach vacation!

Great beach vacation for family

Came down to escape the "Illinois Spring." The place was great! Private beach access allows you to always have a spot without fighting the crowds. It was so nice to use the golf cart to load up everyone and everything and drive to the beach. Watersound is a beautiful community and very quiet. The Dunes give Watersound beach an awesome feature that the other communities do not have. The owner was very responsive with check in and making sure we had everything we needed. Woke up one morning and had a problem with the refrigerator. I texted him and the refrigerator was fixed same day! Would definitely recommend visiting and my family plans to come back.

Perfect family vacation

Cute little cottage in an amazing neighborhood. Very nice owners who are easy to get hold off if you have any questions. Pools and beach are in walking distance but you can also take the golf cart which comes with the rental. Nearby is the Hub where you can eat and shop. We had the best time!

As California residents many people ask us why Watersound Beach? Well having been to many scenic beaches, Hawaii, Florida and the Caribbean we were simply amazed at what we found one summer when we decided to vacation in Santa Rosa Beach just a few miles away from Watersound Beach. Watersound Beach a new community nestled along Scenic HWY 30A commands a one mile private beachfront surrounded by massive sand dunes..it's simply magnificant. Certainly the best beach on the panhandle and arguably one the best beach settings in the world...it's true! My wife, myself and our kids fully look forward to our frequent trips to Watersound Beach as well as the surrounding area that offers so many fun things to do. It's got such a beach feel and you just can't beat the pristine waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Not to mention the great Southern culture and people who live and work in the Florida panhandle!
