Fantastisch groot huis. Alles is ruim aanwezig. Eind april is het koel binnen. Heel veel privacy. Groot zwembad. BBQ. Rond het huis diverse zitplaatsen. Enorm veel kussens. Wandelen naar Kassiopi ongeveer 10 minuten. Weg loopt naar beneden. 's Avonds is het erg donker op deze weg. Je hebt dan wel een zaklamp nodig.

We loved our time at Villa Paola Kassiopi. The owner Matoula was so helpful and we were pleased to be able to meet her when we ate at her fantastic Italian restaurant. We were very lucky with the weather and very much enjoyed the end of the summer season in Corfu. We will be booking with Posarelli again. The whole team are so organised and helpful.

Matoula is a great host and we highly recommend the families local Italian restaurant (Little Italy) and Kassoipi which is a great village with a fantastic harbour. The villa is too far from the village to walk, very clean but very tired with little hot water for showers.

Villa Paola is a beautiful villa. The pool is lovely and the villa is perfect for a family holiday. Others have commented about kitchen doors and the kettle lid (which are still the same) the one thing I would add is that it would be nice to have a few basic essentials to get you going like soap in the bathrooms, salt, pepper, washing up liquid and cloths for cleaning the surfaces. These are all things I would have expected to be there when we arrived. Having said that the air conditioning is great, and the villa itself is charming. We all loved Kassiopi and the surrounding villages and towns. I would recommend a car as the narrow road up to the villa would be challenging to walk up and down every day. We all had a wonderful time and fully recommend this villa for a holiday

On the whole it was a lovely villa and we enjoyed our two week stay. Just a few things that could have been improved on. One of the kitchen cupboard doors kept falling off when it was opened, the kettle lid had a tenancy to fly open when boiling and the outside bins were too small to cope with the amount of rubbish for eight of us.

Die Villa Paola Kassiopi, hat uns sehr gut gefallen.Die 4 Schlafzimmern mit ihren 4 Bädern lassen einen entspannten Urlaub zu , wenn man mit verschiedenen Paaren /Freunden anreist. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt auch das Hygienekonzept Corona bedingt für das Haus , Sauberkeit , Hinweise, waren vorhanden. Negativ: Die Betten allesamt waren sehr hart, vielleicht sollte man als Alternative Topper zur Verfügung stellen, damit der ein oder andere besser schlafen kann. Wir können das Haus weiter empfehlen, auch der Ort Kassiopi ist empfehlenswert . Alexandra aus Deutschland

It’s a lovely villa but it does need a little TLC

Silly things really but the water heater in an 8 birth villa is only big enough to do 1 bath or 2 showers and takes over an hour to re heat as it’s a small electrical water heater. The dishwasher is only half size which again is an issue with a big villa. The grounds need a good trim. All of what should be the beautiful views are now overgrown and hidden and just some general love needed. Don’t get me wrong It’s a lovely villa in a beautiful area but it could be amazing with just a little TLC

Traditional villa set in peaceful location close to shops and restaurants

We stayed in the villa with 2 children aged 12 and 9. The villa was large, clean and peaceful. The pool was the highlight for the kids with a deep end they could jump into. The view from the upstairs balcony was lovely. The air conditioning worked well when the afternoon breeze did not cool us. The grounds were full of wildlife and the kids were pleased to see lizards, a tortoise and lots of butterflies (although you have to get used to wasps and hornets around the pool) . The cleaners came twice during our stay and worked quickly and efficiently. They were so kind and made a social effort when they realised it was our wedding anniversary! The walk to the local shop took about 10 mins although it is quite a steep hill back to the villa, which is OK early in the day. The local shopkeepers were so friendly and the homemade taramosalata and houmous were delicious. The walk to Kassiopi took about 15 mins with lots of shops and tavernas and despite seeming to cater a bit too much for the Brits (with English cooked breakfast, Sunday roast and screening football matches) there are plenty of authentic tavernas with delicious food and the port is pretty. We hired a car for 5 days in order to see some amazing beaches. I had never driven abroad but the roads are generally OK and traffic not too bad. We took 2 trips with Cosmic cruises, evening trip to Corfu Town and East Coast cruise, which were both lovely. All in all it was a lovely relaxing time. Only negative comments were that we arrived at 12.30am and there were no provisions at all, not even a bottle of water which was alarming as the signs said we should not drink the tap water. We had to restock on toilet paper and there were no basics like washing up liquid and dishcloths. There were no dishwasher tablets so we didn't use it. Also, there was the possibility of a tantalising view from the pool which was hidden by the trees and foliage which was such a shame as this would have made the area in and around the pool perfect.

Lovely villa above Kassiopi

The villa was very spacious and comfortable with good facilities and efficient air conditioning. It was very private and quiet. Good sized pool with well furnished pool area, BBQ and eating area. Lovely view of Kassiopi from top floor. We walked downhill to the harbour most nights which took about 25 minutes. Would not recommend walking back especially at night as it is a long uphill trek that is not well lit, we got a taxi back from the centre of town that cost between €5 and €8 euro. Supermarket about a 20 minute walk into town along with numerous bars and restaurants. Batavia beach was a a further 10 minute walk from the harbour which had good facilities and is definitely worth a visit.

Nous sommes partis à 8 dans cette magnifique villa, très propre, très bien située dans le plus belle endroit de Corfou : Kassiopi. Elle possède trois terrasses très agréables avec vue sur les montagnes Albanaise... un rêve. Que dire de la piscine.... juste les photos à regarder... Très pratique il y a également une salle de bain par chambre! La villa est très bien située, possibilité de faire des courses dans des minmarket pas très loin. Le village est super simpa et les plages aussi!

Villa Paola did not disappoint and was a lovely place to spend a weeks holiday. The pool area area was perfect and the views from the top balcony looking out over the sea were stunning. The villa is up on a hill 1.2km away from Kassiopi, and I would recommend renting a car to explore the island and avoid taking a taxi back up to the villa in the heat during the day. This said, there is a car park where you can leave your car down near Kassiopi harbour which is a 2 minute drive, tops. Overall we had a lovely stay and the villa was perfect for our needs. There were a couple issues with one of the toilets and one of the showers not working but this was fixed in due course.

Kassiopi is a 15 minute walk away, down the hill (20 minutes and not quite so easy up the hill on the way back!), and a lovely place to visit - great food, lovely views across the harbour to Albania, and a great place to hire a boat for the day too. Corfu old town is well worth a visit, and less than an hour away, as is Paleokastritsa on the west coast of Corfu, with beautiful coves and beaches to explore.

We have just had a Fab week with our grown up family at this lovwly villa, super large and well equipped kitchen, all bedrooms are large and comfortable, beautiful pool, well equipped bath rooms, nice lounge, fantastic B-B-Q area, great roof top terrace with views of Albania. The only negatives are and they are minor, that the seating around the pool needs replacing as some of the chairs were dated. We walked down to Kassiopi and got a 5 Euro taxi back, the local taxi drivers are great really funny, overall we had a fantastic week would recommend Villa Paola to everyone, and Kassiopi is beautiful, we have booked to go back next year.
