Welcome to our inviting vacation home, perfect for a relaxing getaway! Accommodating up to 8 guests, this charming townhome features a King bed, two Queen beds, and a Bunk bed.

Enjoy modern amenities with complimentary Wi-Fi and hard-wired internet access at the kitchen counter. Unwind with a 75" high-definition flat-screen TV above the fireplace, complete with a high-definition cable box, surround sound stereo, and free Netflix. Each downstairs bedroom is equipped with a 43" flat-screen TV, and access to Netflix. We also provide a selection of books and games for all ages.

Each of the three bedrooms has its own thermostat, ensuring personalized comfort without the "hot loft" syndrome. The master bedroom features a private bath. Three bedrooms are conveniently located downstairs, making unpacking a breeze and offering easy access to parking. There are three full bathrooms: one with tub/shower combination and two with a shower.

Our kitchen is fully stocked with mostly new pots, pans, a toaster, blender, crockpot, microwave, utensils, and a cappuccino machine! The dining table comfortably seats 8.

Relax in two big comfy recliners, a cozy couch, with plenty of pillows and cuddling blankets. Enjoy the unique touch of our redwood log chainsaw-carved bear coffee table—feel free to suggest a name for it in our guest book. There's plenty of wood for the very hot wood-burning fireplace, with a firewood tarp-covered rack on the deck to keep the wood dry and snow-free.

The covered but open jacuzzi and sauna come with a changing room, shower, and bathroom, as well as a pool for summer use. Communal BBQs are available for outdoor cooking. The deck offers a stunning view of the Sherwin mountain tops. A free Red Line shuttle to Mammoth and town operates in winter, and a town shuttle is available in summer, just 170 steps from the unit.

Located in a quiet, wooded area of Mammoth, our townhome is within walking distance to town, the meadow, and adjacent to Sierra Star Golf Course. The flat surrounding area is perfect for biking, walking, or driving in snow. This cabin-type townhome has only one common wall, with windows on all three sides, allowing plenty of natural light. All bedrooms have windows, and there is no one above or below you, ensuring a peaceful stay. With a southern exposure, you can enjoy a good amount of sun through the trees.
