Wunderschöne Deluxe-Eigentumswohnung am Wasser, etwas nördlich der Stadt, alles ist bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Preiswerte Taxis stehen ebenfalls zur Verfügung. Diese klimatisierte Nichtraucher-Unterkunft (Cantamar 202) befindet sich neun Schritte vom Bürgersteig entfernt. Es bietet einen privaten Doppelbalkon mit Tisch und Stühlen für Ihr morgendliches Frühstück und eine Chaiselongue. Es gibt einen wunderschönen Süßwasserpool mit einem flachen Bereich für die Kleinen, einem künstlichen Strand und dem Meer direkt vor Ihrer Haustür, mit einigen der besten Möglichkeiten zum Schnorcheln / Tauchen direkt vor Ihrer Hintertür. Das Gerät verfügt über zwei große Schlafzimmer. Das Hauptschlafzimmer am Wasser verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett und das zweite Schlafzimmer mit Blick auf den Dschungel bietet zwei Doppelbetten für weitere vier Personen. Der Meerblick ist berauschend!

Zwei renovierte Badezimmer haben alles, was Sie brauchen könnten. Das zweite Badezimmer hat eine Badewanne / Dusche. Master-Bad verfügt über eine Doppel-Dusche. Es gibt auch den Doppel-Whirlpool im Hauptschlafzimmer mit Blick auf den Ozean.

Nur neun Einheiten teilen sich einen privaten Pool und Strand mit Palapas für Schatten. Der Reinigungsservice erfolgt zweimal pro Woche. Handtücher und Bettwäsche werden gestellt. Strandtücher sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Die Küche ist komplett mit einer Frühstückstheke ausgestattet und der Esstisch ist extra groß. Great place to stay, just north of downtown.

This is a perfect property for folks who need a two bedroom Condo just north of downtown and the airport. Very well supplied and Diane the owner is very responsive ideas for excursions during your stay. Would highly recommend this location.

Excellent Property

We have stayed at dozens of VRBO properties. This one is one is top 5. Everything is as described and is amazing. Some windy weather when we got there. If this happens, my advice is to go to the other side of the island. The beaches there were perfect for swimming and beach activities. Would definitely go back. Perfect property for snorkeling and walking to town.

It is a beautiful spot. Check in was a bit confusing which is probably because of the fact that we arrived on a holiday (Christmas) nonetheless I would recommend this spot for people looking for a great place in Cozumel.

Cantamar 202 Is the perfect retreat for your stay in Cozumel. Diane is an exceptional host who truly cares about your time spent at her condo. We will be staying here when we return next year. The condo is a short walk to town. The grocery store MEGA is on the south side of town so we took a taxi which we hailed in front of the condo. They drive by all day and evening. The outside is immaculate. There is a man who keeps the place spotless. The pool is crystal clear, never any trash around. Snorkeling is ridiculous it’s so good right from the property. The inside was spotless. Diane has a housekeeper that comes by. The kitchen is small but it gets the job down. The bedrooms were comfortable and the air conditioning was cold. Most importantly for me the place was quiet at night. No pool side parties or music blearing. We came to scuba and the boat leaves at 7:30. I’m up early enjoying my coffee on the balcony with the million dollar view.

Outstanding condo with snorkeling!

This condo is fantastic. It’s a spacious 2 bedroom right on the water. My husband and I came to Cozumel for our anniversary. We’ve been coming to the island for over 20 years so we are very familiar with locations and have stayed all over the island, from AI resorts to private condos on the north side and south, and this place is definitely one of the best for many reasons. The condo itself is really nice and Diane has literally everything you might need. She has a full kitchen, a laundry room area with washer and dryer, plenty of towels, snorkels, movies….everything! The complex is small (which we prefer), and the location is perfect. If you stay here you really don’t need a car. Although we had a car, every night we chose to walk to town to visit restaurants and to walk off our dinner. It’s an easy short walk to town and being outside watching the sunset was perfect. One night after dinner we walked around the plaza and enjoyed live music, and seeing a group of teens practicing their traditional Mexican dances. The Cantemar complex, where the condo is located, is very nice. They have a nice size pool, shaded areas to sit and read or relax, and direct access to snorkel. We traveled all around the island and snorkeled from different locations throughout our stay, as we normally do when we are in Cozumel. Finally we decided to jump in right in front of the condo, and wow! We should have been snorkeling here from this spot all along, now we know, it’s fantastic! Diane has snorkeling gear, so we used her fins which was great (because it’s one less thing to pack in our suitcases). This condo is definitely a fabulous find and we will be back soon. Thank you for sharing your place, we really enjoyed it.

What a way to wake up!

The pictures of this property do it absolutely NO justice! Diane was wonderful, and it’s clear that part of her personality resides in this condo! The place is fully stocked, but also so close to amazing sunset palapa restaurants that we only made snacks in the kitchen. We didn’t feel the need to pay for a snorkel excursion, when we could just jump off the back porch anytime of day or night! We have used VRBO in many countries, and have yet to repeat a stay in one, but we are already contemplating our next trip to this delightful unit and complex!

Amazing, Quirky, Restful

Second time visiting this particular property. Couldn't be happier with the unit. Not the newest place in Cozumel, but possibly one of the easiest owners with which to work and a homey, friendly vibe, right down to all the fish related wall decor. Easy walk to town, just about a mile to the ferry. Great view from the balcony. Can watch the cruise ships come and go, as well as the small craft that service the ships and the divers who frequent the town. Well appointed two bedroom, two bath unit. Air conditioned. Small, functional kitchen, but who comes to cook? Washer and dryer on site and master is large, with a jetted tub. That tub is in the bedroom, not the bath and has sort of a view of the water, assuming you sit up straight like your mother told you. There are steps up to the unit and steps down to the pool and the lower level beach area. Snorkeling is great right off the bulkhead. The ladder in and out can be tricky if the water is moving hard, which it does on occasion. Usually no big deal, though. Lots of fish within yards of the bulkhead. One of the tenants came in and said he had seen a hammerhead shark just off the wall. Rays are fairly common, although the majority of the fish are smaller. Pool area is great as is the pool. Really appreciated the cleaning person and the maintenance crew. They were regular and worked hard on the appearance of the entire property. There can be a con to this property and it doesn't involve the unit itself, but rather the whole complex. There are maybe six or eight units total. The property has a narrow footprint. If the units on the ground floor are completely full, meaning four or six people per unit and they are not aware of the other folks, they can dominate the area. We experienced a group this time, nice people, but piling stuff on all the pool area chairs and only using two or three wasn't unusual. Not really the fault of the condo, just the way in which people sometimes are. Situational awareness is always helpful. We love this property. Love the unit, love the view, love the proximity to great food and the sights of the city.

The Perfect Condo

My wife, daughter and I stayed at Diane's Cantamar 202 in January 2022. It was simply perfect. Diane was so extremely informative and helpful from the day we first booked our stay until we checked out. She gave us plenty of ideas of what to do and where to go, including some very memorable restaurants. The well appointed condo is in a perfect location with some of the best snorkeling on the island steps from your door. We enjoyed the picturesque pool when we weren't snorkeling. The views from the condo were stunning. It never got old just sitting on the balcony and taking in the sights. The condo is a short distance to downtown, which can be easily walked or you can hail an inexpensive taxi right in front of the condo. There are plenty of towels provided, including beach towels. Thanks to the included washer and dryer, we were able to pack light. We have been to Cozumel countless times and, thanks to Diane and her fantastic Condo, this stay was one of our favorites. As Diane correctly guessed as we were leaving, we will definitely be back. If this Condo is available for your trip, do yourself a favor and book it now!

Perfect Paradise

This is truly the best snorkeling on the island in our opinion. The morning of our departure I saw an eel, sting ray, blue tang, parrot fish (the list goes on) while snorkeling out the back door. (Snorkeling gear was provided by Diane). The unit was very clean. Bottled water was supplied for the entire week. The beds were very comfortable. I felt very safe the entire time of our stay. I was a little concerned over the safety concerning COVID before our trip but I believe the people of Cozumel are more aware of protecting others than we are in the US. We will DEFINITELY be returning to Cantamar 202 in the future! Thanks Diane for sharing your Perfect Paradise with us! The Solinsky Family

Awesome condo!

My fiance and I stayed at a gorgeous condo in Cozumel last week and it was the highlight of our year!! Fabulous view of the ocean with a luxurious balcony and a semi-private swimming pool, perched over the sparkling waters. Walking distance to numerous restaurants and shops. The condo was VERY well-equipped, clean, and decorated in style! We snorkeled right off the steps behind the Cantamar. Cozumel was incredibly friendly and inviting. This condo is a must and we will be back!!

Relaxing Week

My wife and I went for our 3rd trip to this condo and had another wonderful vacation. We loved our morning walks exploring in town and to the marina to watch the activity. We have always felt comfortable and secure walking around Cozumel. If you take the time to talk to the locals you'll find out how enjoyable and interesting they are. Sitting on the deck in the mornings watching the boats go by and then later in the day to watch the sunset, is priceless. For us, snorkeling in front of the condo along the rock walls is as good as any shore location in Cozumel. We also appreciate the quiet and more laid back atmosphere that a smaller complex offers compared to the larger resorts. There were several days we had the pool and beach to ourselves. But the best feature of this condo is probably the owner Diane. She'll do whatever it takes to insure you have a great vacation!

Amazing On Many Levels

Great low key property with great views and outstanding access to the ocean. A pool, shade, sun, sand, and quiet characterize the property. The condo itself is well appointed and comfortable. Two bedrooms, two baths, a nice sitting area and a separate dining area, all with a reasonable kitchen. The master has a jetted tub, in the bedroom, not the bath. Great view from this tub if you are so inclined. There are steps to negotiate in this property but those steps allow for maximum views. Also, there is on sight landscaping so every morning the pool is cleaned, the chairs rearranged and the sand raked. This is really the story of this property. A well maintained, well thought out vacation spot for those who love the island vibe. We walked into town every day, just under a mile. Off the beaten path but close enough to get on the path. We are already planning on a second visit, one longer than our two week stay. Great owner was the icing on the cake. Couldn’t be happier.

Group of four stayed in Cantamar 202 January 2020 thru a booking with Diane. From initial contact with Diane thru the final days of our stay she was very helpful, involved and provided informative written details on access to condo and suggestions for local restaurants and excursions. The condo unit met all of our needs with breathtaking views. All beach towels provided and snorkeling equipment was a added bonus as the use of the in-house washer and dryer. The location is close to the airport and only a 15 minute walk to the downtown area. Maintenance Marcelo was very attentive to keeping the grounds and pool clean, and the housekeeper Betty did a great job in cleaning the unit twice a week. Highly recommended and would definitely return.

Great stay!

Our family of four adults just spent five wonderful days at Cantamar Condo 202. The living space is very attractive and comfortable. We felt we had everything we needed in the condo. The instructions and information packet are very helpful and provide the right amount of detail for anyone who is not familiar with the area to get started. All in all, it was the perfect home-base for our family to explore beautiful Cozumel. The swimming and snorkeling just off the pool area is a great experience. The water is so clear! We also appreciated the proximity to town. We can't wait to return!!

CASA DIANE is every bit as great as it was "Las Margaritas"

Owners are always appreciative, helpful and anxious to do whatever to make our stay fantastic. Not so with the 'local Manager' who couldn't be bothered to speak to us the one time we called to update her and get departure info. She said she was working but could talk @ 2pm -- long after we would be gone. Unusual. It was great to be there off spring break when we could enjoy all of Cantemar and the water was warmer for snorkling -- equipment available. Casa Diane is such a beautiful unit with updates yet character galour. Love all the pics from past visitors, owners escapades, and even some of ourselves from prior stays. We will return -- 2021! Thanks. "John's Ladies"

Very quiet and relaxing.

This is a beautiful property and the owner Diane is amazing. This condo is a very quiet relaxing place.

Very private and quiet. The building only has nine units, so the pool area is never crowded. The location is perfect. You can walk to just about everything and the snorkeling here is the best on the entire island. It's very safe (gated entry), but the entire island is safe as well. Freshwater pool as opposed to saltwater. Maid service provided twice per week.

Provided: beach towels, hair dryers, lighted makeup mirrors, snorkel equipment, satellite TV, free U.S. calls, rafts, sandtoys, puzzles, books, entire DVD/Blu Ray library, Ipod/Iphone docking station, DVR...all the comforts of home and then some. The view here is unbelievable and always dazzles.
