Die Wohnung ist ein 2 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder und ein großes Loft. Der Meister hat ein Kingsize-Bett und ein angrenzendes Bad mit einer Badewanne Dusche Kombination. Das zweite Schlafzimmer hat ein Queen-Size-Bett. Beide Schlafzimmer haben Fenster mit Blick auf den Strand mit einem kleinen Blick auf den Golf. Das Loft verfügt über zwei Queensize-Betten. Es gibt auch Platz für eine aufblasbare Matratze. Es gibt ein zweites Bad im Flur mit einer Badewanne / Dusche-Kombination.

Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was Sie zum Kochen benötigen, wenn Sie dies wünschen. Es gibt einen Mixer für Ihre Bequemlichkeit. Auch eine Keurig und eine normale Kaffeekanne.

Eine Waschmaschine und Trockner in voller Größe befindet sich im Flur Schrank.

Das Wohnzimmer hat ein Liegesofa und einen Liebessitz und zwei Schiebetüren, die auf unsere Terrasse mit Blick auf den Pool und den Tennisplatz hinausgehen. Es gibt einen Tisch und Stühle und eine Bank auf dem Deck für Ihren Komfort, während Sie sich entspannen. Sie können die Morgensonne oder einen großartigen Abendschatten genießen!

Kabel-TV ist im Master und ein großer Bildschirm Smart-TV im Wohnbereich. Wir bieten auch kostenloses WIFI!

Unter der mit F bezeichneten Station stehen zwei Autos zur Verfügung. Es gibt auch Gästeparkplätze mit einem Parkplatz.

Das Eigentumswohnungeigentum schließt auch einen Pier mit dem ersten gekommenen Serve Boot Slips und unserem eigenen Start ein. Gerne können Sie Ihr Boot mit Versicherungsnachweis mitbringen! A home away from home

We loved staying here and would definitely recommend it to our friends. The loft was great for my kids as they had their separate area. The kitchen was very well stocked. It has a great location- close to Publix, restaurants and the beach. There is construction next door which made it rather noisy, but that’s the price of progress I suppose. I hope to be back again, and since all that will be finished, the apartment will just be perfect!

Perfect for families

This was absolutely perfect for us! It was me, my 2 kids, my bff of 23 years & her 2 kids and then 2 grandmas and we all had room. The property is older so the outside isn’t super appealing but that doesn’t matter. Inside has been updated and super cute. Very close to the pool, loved the outdoor shower to rinse off before going to the pool and cleaning sand stuff before packing up to come home. There are 3 flights of stairs so that’s rough on the grandmas but they made it. It had everything we needed but a pizza cutter so overall a win! Location to beach wasn’t bad. Public beach about 2 blocks east of house and parking was reasonable. Good location to grocery store and restaurants. Overall it was a perfect week and a vacation we won’t soon forget! I can’t forget how great Marsha, the owner, was to work with throughout the whole process.

The pictures didn’t really do the place justice. Nice and spacious , across the street from the beach. However we did drive down to much less crowded persist beach for our beach days. The host was prompt in replies. We would definitely consider this location again.

Fantastic!

This condo was furnished so nice, fresh paint, and decor. Marsha, the owner is great. Super helpful. Some owners of the surrounding condos were there and all were also very nice. I’d go back tomorrow if we could!

Family Vacay 2020

My family and my brothers family stayed at the property for a week. The property is close to everything in Orange Beach. It has a great pool for the kids to enjoy. The boat dock was a plus for us. The boat was close by and in a safe place. The owner is very helpful and quick to respond to any questions you may have. The condo itself is beautiful! We will be back for another vacation!

Great for Family, grandparents-parents and grandchildren

We all had a wonderful time, property was very clean and all of the people both renters and owners that we encountered were very nice. The only suggestions I have are to make it clear that there are 2 flights of stairs and a 3rd bathroom on the loft level would be great. It wasn't a huge problem but, for privacy and especially at night it just would be much easier for those using the loft. If I were an owner I would even consider closing the loft in for a true 3rd bedroom and bath. These things, however, would not keep me from renting this place again! We normally stay in West beach area because there is less crowding, traffic, etc. But, this unit is very convenient to restaurants and shopping we frequent. We are lifetime visitors of Gulf Shores and LOVE the beach. We also discovered a new grocery just a couple blocks with great seafood at great prices.....Rouses Market. They will steam you up a custom meal of your choice of shrimp, crawfish, potatoes, corn on the cob, level of heat, type of boil, etc.....We plan to stay here again.

Great

The condo itself was fabulous, it was just as pictured and a great distance from a public beach access point. It was beautifully decorated and had awesome showers which is all I really ask for. The patio is nice in the evenings but not shaded so was a bit steamy in the sun. Parking was hassle free and very convenient. I liked everything physically about the stay but I felt I had to tip toe around the owner because she had a lot of very strict rules. She was super skeptical about us staying since were “young” aka 27 - 24 year olds staying but what she didn’t realize is we are all hard working nurses that just wanted a weekend getaway! I originally only had 5 girls coming but when our significant others and fiancé found out about our trip they wanted in as well. I was afraid to mention this to her as she had said she was happy we didn’t have any men coming along. I’ve stayed in plenty of VRBOs and Airbnb’s and an extra person or so was never an issue before. Little did I know the owner was checking in on us during our stay via a ring doorbell camera and I’m sure other various cameras around the condo. I felt violated, I understand it’s her property and I’m sure she gets terrible spring breakers but it was creepy to think she was watching us all weekend. She didn’t say a word to me about the situation until a week later when she sent me a backhanded message on VRBO saying she knew we had guys and she was “a nervous wreck all weekend”. I felt this was very unprofessional, in my line of work if you have an issue with something it needs to be addressed at the time of the issue, I felt it was petty to send a message behind a computer screen an entire week after we checked out. Overall, the stay is great and she did give us our deposit back despite the extra guests and “stress”. I’d recommend staying here, but don’t bring any extra guests or guys.

Great and comfortable condo

The condo was great! We really enjoyed the pool on the property. The beach was a short walk away, or the public beach access was very easily accessed by car, with a right turn to the access and a light to help you turn left across traffic. All of the accommodations were great and the owner was very nice.

Best place ever!

I have never liked a place we have stayed more! Everything was SO CLEAN! The beds were extremely comfortable! The colors, artwork, and decorating was beautiful! Relaxing Oasis!

This property is located in a quiet location in the heart of Orange Beach. The rental is beautifully decorated, clean, and family oriented. When the weather cooperated and I got up in time, I enjoyed sitting out on the deck with my morning coffee before the kids got up taking in the ocean air. There’s multiple seating arrangements on the deck nicely arranged. I didn’t lack anything in the kitchen and having a dishwasher and Kureig was great! The rooms were more than big enough and very nicely decorated and very comfortable! The loft was a plus for teenage girl privacy! There’s a large flat screen TV if you have time for that. There’s also a washer and dryer which were perfect and we utilized a lot. The property has a community pool and is located directly across from the ocean. You can fish off the pier of the condominium property. The boys and I were lucky to see 2 dolphins in the bay! The property is located just minutes from anything you might need while you are there and even within walking distance of some restaurants. It’s within a short driving distance of many more restaurants and activities. The owner was very friendly and made her contact information available if I needed anything. I highly recommend this property to anyone!!

Great condo!

This was a great condo. It is decorated beautifully and it was very clean and well kept. The pictures really don't do it justice. We had 5 girls with us ranging from ages 5 to 12 and they loved it too. The loft is perfect for the kids to hangout while the adults cook or play games or just talk. The pool is super nice. We swam several times. The location is great too. The public beach access is just a very short walk and you can drive just a short way to just about anywhere you would want to go. I would definitely stay in this condo again.

Beautiful place!

This has been a long time dream of ours. We raised our children in Daphne only an hour away and spent many good times in the area with our boat. We made weekly trips to Bird island at the end of Cotton Bayou. It is our home away from home and we have made it as comfortable as possible. We hope you enjoy it and care for it as much as we do!
