Great location

The apartment was close to the ferry and convenient to all the places we were going to in Venice. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms, which made it a great space for our family of five. Also, the ability to use the washing machine was a nice perk for our long trip.

Little hard to find with intermittent cell service available making it hard to communicate with easy keys. Nadia was lovely once we found her. Apt is clean and roomy with everything you need.

Too many stairs for luggage and over 60 ages

No living area to sit with friends and family. Water took very long to get hot. Location was good but steps were narrow and dangerous when trying to navigate luggage.

Beautiful apartment

This apartment was clean and spacious. It was located in the perfect place. And it was steps from the L’Accademie Gallery. Would definitely stay here again. Communication with owner was excellent.

A family vacation to remember

A great place for the 5 of us. Super clean and neat with everything you could need. A fully furnished kitchen with soap and coffee for us to use. Close to everything and in a quite street. Check in was easy and informative. The water taxi dropped us off just a few steps from the front door to start our Venice adventure.

Séjour en famille a Venise

Appartement propre et en bon état. La localisation est super, proche de Rialto Mercato. L'environnement est calme, la literie de qualité et nous avons bien dormi. La cuisine est correctement équipée. Je recommande tout a fait cette location.

Dirty, a bandaid was on the window in the bathroom, no warm water on first full day we were there. Maintenance guy I was chatting with via WhatsApp explained the water heater was shared with the other apartments. Location was fine.

Great quiet Venice stay

This is hands down the best vacation rental I have stayed in while visiting a busy tourist spot. It was quiet and secluded but close to everything. The guy who checked us in was gracious and informative. The only downside was the stairs. But Venice is all stairs so no getting around that. The place was super clean and very comfortable for the 5 adults in our party. Would definitely rent this place again.

Great location!

We had a great time. Fairly difficult to find, but everything in Venice is difficult to find the first time. Four seniors were able to get to everything we were looking for in a mater of minutes. Water taxi pick up location was five minutes away. Clean, everything you need, coffee, tea… Comfortable beds and two bathrooms!

Great Stay in Great Location

This property was exactly as described online - very nicely updated, and quite comfortable for 4 adults. It was a short walk from the Rialto Mercato dock, and convenient to all we wanted to do during our stay. Host Ernst was helpful in every way - from greeting us upon arrival, to quickly answering questions during our stay. We strongly recommend this property to others!

Appartement idéalement placé dans un quartier vivant, proche des commerces et des sites à visiter.s

Logement idéalement situé au sein de Venise, proche de toutes les commodités et sites à visiter. Logement bien équipé (une vraie cafetière de taille normale serait un plus), propre et literie impeccable. Nous avous eu des difficultés à avoir de l eau chaude dans la salle d eau ( impossible d utiliser les 2 salles de bain en même temps). Mais globalement, très satisfait de la location

Great Apartment!

This apartment was wonderful! A great size with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, which can be difficult to find in Venice. The communication with owner & key manager was good. They really thought of everything in the apartment, also - it is very well equipped. And, you couldn't ask for a more central location - very easy to go back to in the middle of the day if necessary. I can only recommend!

Great apartment, not a very warm welcome

The communication from the key agent was less than friendly prior to our arrival. Check in was between 2-8 but we were told we had to be there by 2.45 or we would not gain access! We did not understand that there was more than one Rialto stop and our transportation took us to one on the other side of the canal. We messaged and eventually met the agent who showed us the way to the apartment. There are serious steps up to the apartment and he half hearted offered help ( not his job to but would have been nice). Inside he went through everything. We were a bit confused as it is billed as a 3 bed but there were only 2 bedrooms! We had 2teens of the opposite gender so sharing a double bed was not an option! I queried where the 3rd bedroom was and was met with a hostile response. I was accused of not answering messages snd told you have to request the third room beforehand! I booked a 3 bed apartment!!! I received no messages so I was rather put out! I was then given some sheets for the sofa and told I could make up the bed myself! The third room they bill as the lounge but you wouldn’t use it as one it’s tiny. This room has no aircon so you need to leave the door open at night or it gets very hot. We made the best of it but the attitude of the agent was rude and abrupt which tainted our arrival. We contacted him the next day by message to explain that the kettle was faulty. His response was not to arrange a replacement but told us to put a pan on the gas! In order to make tea we had to hold the kettle on and not move. Not a buggy but in the back of the day before and his rudeness it rankled! We loved Venice, the apartment is in a fantastic spot. It appears part refurbished and what has been done is lovely. The bathrooms and kitchen are a bit dated but very functional. The fridge, dishwasher and washing machine were all excellent. There was a good selection of crockery and glasses etc. The aircon was brilliant. Please just be a bit friendly. Visitors to a place like Venice which is a unique place to navigate need to be cut a bit of slack! If you advertise a 3 bed it should be a 3 bed. We should not need to request the 3rd bed to be made up.

Excellent Property

Check in process went smoothly. Apartment was just as pictured in the photos. Near Rialto Market and bridge. Great little places to eat right there. It was the perfect place for our Venice vacation. We would definitely stay there again.

This apartment was ideally located and felt very much like we were getting a local taste of Venice. The pre-arrival communications and the person who met us when we arrived on the water taxi were both great. We would recommend this for couples or families up to 4 persons.

Idéalement situé

Ce logement est confortable relativement bien équipé. Peut-être faudrait-il un grille pain et une cafetière électrique plus performants ? Nous avons bien apprécié l'accueil que nous a réservé Ernst, très sympathique et précis dans ses explications. L'endroit où est située cette location est vraiment idéal car proche des endroits,touristiques de Venise mais tout en restant très calme. La proximité du marché est un plus qui nous a permis de trouver de bons produits pour les repas. En résumé nous ne pouvons que recommander ce logement pour passer une belle semaine vénitienne.

Vacaciones en Venecia

La vivienda excelente, muy limpia y acogedora con todo lo necesario en la cocina y en el baño las habitaciones confortables no hace falta nada. Muy cerca del mercado Rialto para comprar cerca de estaciones del vaporetto, cerca de restaurantes para comer o para conocer Padua, Verona o Murano que están muy cerca. Wifi funcionando bien igual tv y radio. Cuando llegamos había te café azúcar aceite en la cocina. En los cuartos de baño champoo acondicionador crema. Está todo bien pensado. Lo recomiendo excepto para personas demasiado mayores por las escaleras.

Wonderful place

This was a great place to stay off the beaten path and with a fantastic view of the canal. Cristiano met us and helped carry the luggage to the apartment. He was such a great guy and helped us with information about our stay. I highly recommend this place
