Hauptraum offene Wohn-Essküche, überdachte Veranda mit Blick auf den See.
4 Schlafzimmer auf der Hauptebene, Schlafzimmer # 1 Doppelbett. Schlafzimmer Nr. 2 mit zwei Etagenbetten für 4 Personen. Schlafzimmer Nr. 3 mit zwei Einzelbetten. Schlafzimmer # 4 Doppelbett. Zweiter Stock offenes Loft Schlafsofa voller Größe. Zweiter Stock umschlossenen Loft Schlafsofa Queen-Size, gibt es eine große Terrasse auf dem See mit einem Dock. Das Haus eignet sich gut für große oder kleine Gruppen, alle Schlafzimmer sind ungefähr gleich groß und alle Badezimmer liegen abseits der Flure. Lot ist fast ein Hektar Land, und es gibt Platz, um viele Autos zu parken. Esstisch bietet Platz für 10 Personen, Kücheninsel bietet Platz für 4 Personen, Haus bietet Platz für 10 Personen in Betten, Haus verfügt über Kabelfernsehen, eines im Wohnzimmer, eines im Loft im zweiten Stock, Loft im zweiten Stock hat einen Billardtisch und eine Tischtennisplatte, Loft hat ein Schlafsofa, das bei Bedarf als fünftes Schlafzimmer genutzt werden kann. Es gibt eine Waschmaschine / Trockner, Gasgrill, Gasfeuersäule auf dem Seedeck.

Perfect Lakeside Retreat for Family Gathering

Everything was ideal for our Thanksgiving get together. Setting and views were perfect, made even more so with a timely blanket of fresh snow. An amazing amount of cooking provisions allowed us to cook as if we were in our own kitchen. Lots of options for keeping a large group entertained, and sleeping accomodations that pleased everyone. Host was very helpful with check-in communications and gracious with check in and out times without other bookings adjacent to ours. All in all a very special home that we'd love to stay in again if we ever find ourselves in the area in the future!

Fantastic Location for Family and Friends

Seven of us stayed for a long weekend. This property was perfect for relaxing and catching up on the years since we’ve all seen each other. There are multiple outdoor spaces and we used them all. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to make meals, including many pantry staples and plenty of towels in the bathroom. You will love this place!

Fantastic stay at the Lake House!

Absolutely incredible stay for our group of golfers that were in town to play Copake CC for a weekend tournament. The lake house is right across the street from the course and was a perfect spot to all get together at night after the round. The house has amazing views of copake lake, and all the amenities you could possibly imagine. We had a total of 8 guys stay at the house, and all were comfortable with room/bed situations, and really impressed with the house. Highly recommended!

Annual Family Vacation

This house is our home away from home. There’s room for everyone. The upstairs playroom is amazing and the lake access is ideal. We dined every night outside on the covered deck. My family has made many happy memories at this lake house.

Lovely lake house

Our family of 4 thoroughly enjoyed our week in this comfortable, well maintained, well-stocked lake house. We particularly adored the outdoor space, which included a spacious covered porch with a grill and lake front space to sit and relax, as well as kayaks and a rowboat. Beautiful lake house

We had a wonderful family get together in this lovely, cozy, well kept home. Gorgeous view of the lake. Enjoyed kayaking and row boating. Game room was great. Would definitely come back again.

A beautiful home for a family with all ages

My family (6 adults, 2 toddlers) stayed here for the second year in a row and loved it yet again! It's always fun to see all the upgrades John makes, like the new lower deck by the dock! We absolutely love being right on the lake and spent so much of our time on the upper deck watching the boats go by. The kids had the time of their lives with the playroom upstairs, which is such a great touch. The house is also in a great location, 25 minutes from Hudson and 25 minutes from Great Barrington. Can't wait to be back!

Second Stay

Our family spent 2 weeks at the White Barn for the second year in a row. The house is well equipped, the layout is perfect for two couples and children. The loft is a haven for kids on a rainy day as it is filled with a variety of toys, a pool table and a ping pong table. The outdoor covered deck provides amazing views and is a great space to relax and have meals. Fishing, swimming, kayaking and paddle boarding are available from the private dock. Outside seating and lounging is plentiful, and making s’more from any of the fire pits is a plus. Can’t wait to come back next summer!

A little piece of heaven!

The white barn is so well equipped and stocked. The layout and setup indoors and outdoors is so well thought out and comfortable. The porch, multiple fire pits and game-room upstairs makes for never ending adventures before you even get on the lake. The kayaks and sup are awesome and the lake immediately takes you back to childhood and into relaxation mode. The best!

Great stay

We had a great stay for the 2nd straight year. House is great, has everything u need. The weather wasn’t the best, but the covered outdoor space saved the day. If you like to fish we caught ALOT of fish right from the dock. 2-3lb smallmouth and largemouth, panfish too. We hope to be back again next summer!!

Nice house on Copake Lake

We all had a good time at the lake house. Used the kayaks several times. Plenty of items in the pantry if you like to cook. Saw a deer in the backyard one day. Only downside is there is house construction going on close by so you might hear noise depending upon when your stay occurs.

Wonderful weekend!

We loved staying at the white barn. We stayed with a group of 9 women and there was plenty of room. We really enjoyed having our coffee out on the deck looking at the wonderful lake view. The restaurant The Greens that was right across the street was one of the best meals I have had in awhile. The house also had everything we could need - toilet paper, hand soap, paper towels etc. which is always a bit of an unknown with rentals. Highly recommended stay!

Incredible house to enjoy the lake!

I booked this house for my sister's bachelorette weekend and we had an incredible time! Everyone kept commenting on how nice and comfortable the house was. It's well equipped for cooking/grilling for big groups and we enjoyed some memorable meals on the deck overlooking the lake. The fire pits near the water were also lovely for enjoying the sunset. I would stay here again and recommend the house for a large group.

After Years of vacationing at Copake Lake, this home was built by my family to be a true vacation home.

It is lake front and we take advantage of the view and access to the lake.
It is a spot you hate to leave.

Boston and suburbs and Hartford. This is a great hidden spot to get away and enjoy all country side has to offer.

shop the Prime outlets at Lee, Fall Foliage and train ride in lee. Skiing Catamount, Butter Nut, Jiminy Peak. and a lot more the area has to offer.
