Simple and exactly what was needed

We needed somewhere simple that was centrally located so all we'd need to do is walk. This place was exactly that. Over 3 days, we only used Lyft/Uber once because everything we did was nearby. The owner, Brian, is very attentative to any message you send him. He's so responsive you'd think he's getting your message immediately. A bonus was the blow up air mattress which self inflates so you don't even need to blow it up yourself. Being a dad of two teen daughters: one took the couch, another the bed, and me the air mattress - everything worked out fine.

Very friendly staff at front desk. Entry door did not feel safe at all as it has very poor locking. The bathroom looked like it was flooded and never touched. I was waiting for the ceiling to cave in. It's great that "basic soaps were available", but it's obvious that the bottles are shared with everyone who stays there and the bottles are refilled with who knows what. Luckily I brought my own toiletries. The unit served it's purpose for us (a place to walk to the convention center and come back to sleep), but I would not stay here again.

A downtown bargain, but not everyone will like staying here

First off, I have to say that Brian was very accommodating. There was an issue with parking that he took care of immediately upon my arrival. I was also welcomed with a bottle of red wine, which I enjoyed. That said, this condo would not be for everyone. From what I could tell, it was clean but the kitchen and bath are very much in need of a makeover. I assume this may have been original... it looked every bit of 30-40 years old. The balcony was a great feature...not like being in a hermetically sealed hotel room for 4 days! The bed was very comfortable. The hallway was not in great shape but the lobby would have given the impression that the building was not that old. The place was quiet...I never saw or heard anyone on the floor as I came and went. I felt like the place was secure and safe. And let's not forget the value: you can't find lodging in downtown Atlanta, close to everything, for the rate Brian charges.

Well apointed and very clean

As a self employed business traveler having the ability to stay downtown in a condo at substantially less expense than the downtown hotels is a great option. The location is perfect, walking distance to most everything, the building is safe with 24 hour security in the lobby, no worries. Michael and Irina make the process seamless and respond in a timely manner to any questions. I'll be using this venue several more times here in Atlanta.

Neat, tidy, perfectly located

Brian's studio condo was perfect for my needs. I stayed three nights while attending a conference at the Georgia World Congress Center, and it was in a great location to walk there and back daily. I did Uber some as well, and that was very easy. The condo was clean and tidy, and I had everything I could possibly need. Brian checked in after my first night to see if I had slept well or needed anything. I just needed to turn the heat off, and he told me how. He left a bottle of wine for me, which I didn't get the chance to drink, but that was a nice touch. There's a plethora of eating options around, too, but I'd use the kitchen more next time I stayed.

Lovely studio Appartment

This is a lovely place, very clean and functional. The proximity to everything is perfect for walking or a quick Uber. The staff in the building is lovely and welcoming. They were also very helpful with recommendations. We stayed for 4nights/5 days and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Brian had a bottle of wine waiting for me :) which I appreciated after the flight! Great host and awesome little spot!! We will certainly be back for our next stay in Atlanta!
