Ihr Zuhause in der Ferne liegt in der Nähe des IU-Campus und der College Mall. Etwa 3 Minuten Fahrt zum College Mall und allen Restaurants rund um das Einkaufszentrum. Zum Campus sind es ungefähr 7 Minuten. Auf der East Side von Bloomington im begehrten Stadtteil Hyde Park. Über 2.100 Quadratmeter saubere und ruhige Wohnfläche. Mein Platz ist gut für Paare, Alleinreisende und Geschäftsreisende.

Wir haben Holzböden mit kürzlich aktualisierten Möbeln. Sie werden die Privatsphäre und das offene Wohnzimmer / Familienzimmer / Küche lieben.

Bloomington's Best Stay

This property is wonderful! There was plenty of room for our group of 2 couples and a teen. It was immaculately cleaned, and had plenty of fresh towels, extra pillows and blankets. They had stocked the fridge with beverages and had extra toiletries in the bathrooms in case we forgot anything. There were lots of big couches & chairs, newer tvs in every room, a big dining table & barstools. There was plenty of lighting and lots of dimming options. If the inside isn't enough there is a great patio and yard to enjoy. We also enjoyed use of the electric car charger. Joe's communication was great and he got back to me quickly when I had questions. If you are heading to Bloomington, look no further.

Great Property

My wife and I we’re moving our daughter into IU and we were looking for a place to relax and unwind in the evenings. We definitely found it! The home was immaculate and had everything we needed and more. Located in a quiet neighborhood we found it a great place to take evenings walks or sit out on the patio (which we did nightly). We’ll definitely be back!

Amazing property

My wife and I came to visit our son at I.U. ! This house was amazing. It was better than what we expected ! If you forget anything at home this place probably has it. They had tooth brushes, razors, shampoo, soap and the list goes on. Quiet neighborhood and we enjoyed sitting outside in the backyard! We will definitely be here again when we visit! Highly recommend!

Perfect in every way!

This home was absolutely awesome and more than we even expected! The homeowner was accessible and so kind in preparing us and answering our questions. The home was impeccably clean and so homey with all the comforts of your own home. The neighborhood was quiet and so beautiful. Well Equipped, Super Comfortable!

This townhouse was a perfect home away from home for our celebration with our niece. Close to downtown, close to the University, and everything else you would need. The townhouse itself was well-equipped and actually had 4 beds instead of the 3 advertised. TVs with cable, plenty of pillows and blankets, plus a wonderful kitchen all included. Will stay again!

Wonderful place!

This condo was very nice, beautiful, clean, fully stocked. We had very cold weather but would have loved to enjoy the outdoor amenities, the grill, firepit, patio etc. Inside was homey and the open floor plan was great for groups because of the different sections but still together. Host was very accessible and accomodating. Would love to stay again.

Great time with family

We stayed here with our two adult children and their spouse/girlfriend. It was wonderful. The house is near everything, yet far enough away from things that it’s very quiet. The guys golfed, the girls shopped, and we are at some neat restaurants. In the evenings, we sat by the fire pit, and played bags/cards/jenga. The house had lots of seating in the living room area, a beautiful kitchen, and plenty of bedrooms. Extra touches such as toiletry baskets, hand sanitizer, and water/soda in the fridge were unexpected, but super nice. I wouldn’t change a thing. We will definitely stay here again when we are back in the area.

Even BETTER than it looks - And that's saying something!

When you look at their 5-star rated property, you might not imagine it could get any better, but it really is even more wonderful in person. Everything in the hosts' home says "Welcome" and "Quality" - all the finishes - the gathering spaces, the shower, the appliances, the furnishings - all of it. It's also very apparent that the hosts care - about family, about guests, about friends, and you'll understand this more when you arrive. :) It was a wonderful respite during a weekend chocked full of family wedding festivities. Thank you for your hospitality!

Holiday Weekend Get Away

Cozy rental in a great location. We boated at Lake Monroe and ate at Nick's English Hut. This is the best stocked home we have had the pleasure of renting. Kitchen is completely stocked , including water and soda in the refrigerator waiting for you. A stocked candy dish and toiletry bowl were appreciated. Enjoyed opening time outside with the fire bowl. The home was very clean. This is a great property to rent. If I could give it more than 5 stars I would!

Very nice property; accurate listing

This is a lovely townhouse with very ample and comfortable seating areas. The owner has very thoughtfully provided various shampoo, soaps etc. if you forget anything and also left more than sufficient sanitizing wipes and masks, etc. The kitchen is fully stocked if you are planning to cook a lot of your own meals. I would stay here again on a return visit to Bloomington.

Weekend Getaway

Looking for a relaxing weekend, in a beautiful place to stay in the Bloomington/Nashville area? This is your place! Perfect place for couples or families to stay with lots of space to visit together or relax apart. We immediately felt at home when the next door neighbor greeted us, and said you're going to love this place. They were right! Joe is a great host, thought of every detail and provides things you might not have thought of. Well stocked kitchen, beautiful decor, two large sitting areas inside and a spacious porch give plenty of room to relax. Cannot ask for a cleaner place. Our weekend getaway included the Comedy Attic and Nick's English Hut on Friday night, disc golf at a nearby course Saturday morning, trip to Nashville Saturday afternoon, ATV tasting tour at Hard Truth Distillery (request Mike for your tour guide!), and wine tasting at Oliver's Winery on our way home. This was the perfect "home base" and allowed us to enjoy breakfast (thanks to my friend who brought yummy casseroles) and time together that you can't do in a hotel. Highly recommend this beautiful condo and location. Thanks Joe!

Wonderful!

Rented this house for a girls weekend and had a wonderful time. The home owner thought of very detail! The home was clean, plenty of space and full of amenities. The layout of the home was somehow cozy and spacious at the same time...we especially loved the beautiful kitchen. The outdoor patio was a wonderful setting for a fire night using the fire bowl. So neat! Thank you for opening your beautiful home to us!

My wife and I recently purchased this condo so we can spend more time with family. My wife had a double lung transplant on October 29, 2015 and we made a commitment after that to put family first. My parents, 2 brothers, and a sister all live in Bloomington. Additionally, my undergraduate degree is from Indiana University (Class of 1992). We love to host and meet cool people.
