2008 Marsh WalkThis 2. Stock Marsh Weg Villa verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmer und 2 Bäder und große Sumpf Aussicht. Das Hotel liegt nur auf der Straße vom Tenniszentrum Seabrook Island Club, Lake House und Equestrian Center, ist es perfekt auf viele Annehmlichkeiten.

Die Villa verfügt über einen offenen Wohnbereich mit Parkettboden und Türen mit Sumpf Ansichten zu einer Veranda führt. Teilen Geschichten von Ihren Tag beim Entspannen auf der komfortablen Einrichtung. Schauen Sie sich Ihre Lieblings-Shows oder Filme auf dem großen HDTV. Schritt auf der abgeschirmten Veranda und schlürfen kühle Getränke rund um den Tisch oder sich in den Stühlen mit einem Buch. Zum Abendessen versammeln sich um den Tisch für 4 Personen. Es gibt zusätzliche Sitzplätze für zwei Personen in der Küche bar. Die offene Küche verfügt über Edelstahl-Geräte und Metzger Block Zähler. Die gestapelte HE Waschmaschine / Trockner sind hinter einer Schiebetür im Wohnbereich versteckt.

Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein französisches Bett, ein eigenes Bad und Zugang zum abgeschirmten Veranda. Sehen Sie den Morgennachrichten auf dem Fernsehgerät. Das renovierte Badezimmer verfügt über eine moderne Waschtisch mit einem Glas Zähler und Waschbecken. Die große Dusche ist gefliest und hat Glastüren und eine Handbrause. Die Türen bieten einen Blick auf die Gezeiten-Sumpf. Das 2. Schlafzimmer verfügt über zwei Einzelbetten und Schiebetüren zu einem offenen Deck. Die Halle Bad wurde aktualisiert und verfügt über eine Dusche / Badewanne, Fliesenboden und neue Eitelkeit.

Amenity-Karten ermöglicht Ihnen den Zugang zu den Einrichtungen des Seabrook Island Club sind in der Miete inbegriffen. Diese Karten geben Sie den Beach Club direkt am Meer Pools Zugang (saisonal), Pelican Nest im Freien Restaurant / Bar (saisonal), Island House Restaurant / Bar, Golf und Tennis. Zusätzliche Gebühren werden für alle Aktivitäten außer Außenpool Nutzung. Der Verein Amenity-Karte ermöglicht auch den Zugang zu den Lake House Einrichtungen (Freibad / ohne Gebühren, Hallenbad / Fitnesscenter / gegen Gebühr).

Beautiful Seabrook

This is a beautiful place. Very friendly people and top touch amenities. The only thing bad was the microwave broke and we had to get the property manager to replace. Other then that it was perfect.

Noisy and Hot

The front bedroom with the twin beds was uncomfortable. The beds were overly hard The AC did not pump in sufficient air to keep the room within 5 degrees of the master bedroom The noise from the condenser on the front balcony kept waking us up during the night as it cycled on and off.

Great spot for rest and relaxation!

This is the second time we have stayed at this condo and we absolutely love it. From breakfasts overlooking the marsh on the screened porch, to the proximity of access to local amenities, to the peaceful, quiet, and safe location on Seabrook, there is not a thing I would change! We are already looking at dates to return in 2024.

Not your fault and I should have ask what floor it was on. Not in property description that it was on the third floor with NO ELEVATOR.! My husband is 82 and it was very difficult.

Great property!

We loved this condo and the marsh views it provided - the screened porch was the best to sit and eat breakfast in the morning and watch the sunset in the evening. The property was clean, well stocked, and well maintained. Located close to restaurants, the beach, and other amenities, it was the perfect place away for our family.

Seabrook Condo

We had a really enjoyable stay at Seabrook between the Holidays. We had rented a property in another part of the island previously and this was our first stay closer to entrance. The location was close to the equestrian center and the lake house which provided great access to activities. Beach access was simple with a short drive and access to off island activities was simple. The condo was fantastic and everything we wanted. It was clean, well appointed and incredibly comfortable. The screened in deck overlooking the marsh was a great spot to enjoy meals or just relax. Coordination with the property manager was simple and convenient the few times we needed anything. Would definitely stay at this property again in the future.

Needs cleaning and updating

This unit was in a great location, had a nice big screened in porch, and a well stocked kitchen. Also, Coastal Getaways was very nice to deal with. However, the furniture and other parts of the unit were dirty and the little things (clogged sink, towel holder falling off the wall, etc) should be taken care.

Perfect calm spot

Our family stayed here over Christmas week and loved it. The condo is clean, spacious, comfortable, and well located. Our dog was welcomed as well. We would definitely come back.

Wonderful Screened-In Porch

We had a lovely stay. The condo was clean and charming, but overall, it needed updating and revamping. The kitchen was very well stocked and organized. The appliances were nice with the exception of the washer/dryer, which were VERY loud. We were very comfortable, but, I would have preferred something more updated on a property that had walkways to the marsh. The nearby pool was nice, and the included amenity cards were a definite bonus. The very large screened-in porch was wonderful. If booking this property, go directly through Coastal Getaways. I would stay here again, but, I’m hoping that the owners will revamp and update everything. It feels like it was a do-it-yourself project, which can be charming...but, can also feel half-baked.

Great stay!

Had a great time! Easy check in and check out. Property updated and clean. Located on 3rd floor so you have to be OK with doing stairs, but for the price and location, and amenity card...it was a great fit for us. Only suggestion would be firmer mattresses. You really sink in to these! But it wasn’t bad enough that it would deter us from staying again. Thumbs up!

Seabrook Condo

Great location! Had all the amenities and loved the screened in porch in the back. My father has coffee out there every morning. The beds in the one bedroom weren’t the most comfortable and would have like a tv in that room, but overall my parents, my daughter and I enjoyed our stay. Also didn’t realize it was on the 3rd floor, steps were a bit much for my parents who are in their late seventies.

Lovely condo on the marsh

So relaxing! This is a very nice condo on the marsh. Quiet, yet conveniently close to the restaurants and shopping at Freshfields. It had everything we needed, and was sparkling clean. We would definitely rent it again if we return.

Lovely Place!

My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! We loved the setting with the screen porch overlooking the marsh and woods. You almost feel like you are in a treehouse! The condo has been updated with hardwood floors, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, modern bathroom, etc. It has high quality appliances, tv and stereo equipment, classy furnishings even on the screen porch. We actually liked the fact that it was a little ways from the beach because it was quiet and peaceful and we loved riding our bikes to the beach. The bed was very comfortable with quality bedding (including a down comforter under the bedspread. I can’t wait to come back again! Seabrook Island is so beautiful, especially in spring!

Cancellation Policy:
For cancellation made up to 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee (60 days required for some larger homes).

For cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If we are able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest's under the terms of the Rental Agreement.

For monthly rentals the policy is as follows:
For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee.

For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If we are able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest's under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
