Unsere schöne, geräumige Villa ist ideal für Familien und Gruppen von Freunden. Sie verfügt über einen eigenen sonnigen Garten in Südlage, Schatten vor der heißen Sonne auf der Terrasse oder unter unserer Eiche, einen großen Pool und einen atemberaubenden Blick auf das Meer und die Berge.

Wir haben kürzlich schnelles, kostenloses Glasfaser-WIFI für unsere Gäste installiert.

Mit einer Nasszelle im Boutique-Stil und einem sonnenverwöhnten Balkon - der perfekte Ort für einen Morgenkaffee, während Sie die Aussicht bis nach Gibraltar und zum Atlasgebirge in Marokko genießen.

Die Villa ist sehr kinderfreundlich, egal wie alt Ihre Kinder sind - von einem großen, sicheren Garten bis zum Pool mit einem flachen, abgetrennten Bereich für die Kleinen. Gerne können Sie unsere Poolspielzeuge, Eimer und Spaten, Babybetten (ohne Bettwäsche) und Hochstühle nutzen.

Während der Pool mit zwei anderen Villen geteilt wird, sehen Sie in den Bewertungen, dass Sie den Pool nicht selten für sich alleine haben. Der Pool ist durch ein verschlossenes Tor am Ende des Gartens zugänglich, was den Eltern zusätzliche Aufmerksamkeit verleiht.

In idealer Lage in einer ruhigen Wohngegend, nur 5 Autominuten vom Strand oder 20 Gehminuten entfernt. Geschäfte, Bars und Restaurants sind nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Marbella ist 15 Minuten entfernt, die Puerta Banus 20 Minuten und der Flughafen Malaga 25 Minuten. Das Skigebiet Sierra Nevada ist ebenfalls nur 2 Stunden entfernt.

Wir haben eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Backofen, Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, amerikanischem Kühl- / Gefrierschrank, Kaffeemaschine und allen Utensilien, die Sie für 6 Gäste benötigen, sowie kostenlosen Grundnahrungsmitteln wie Kaffee, Tee und Zucker ... unser Leitungswasser ist voll trinkbar..

Frühstücken, Mittag- und Abendessen können Sie im Innenbereich, auf der Terrasse oder im Garten mit modernen Tisch- und Stuhlsets im Innen- und Außenbereich. Wenn Sie im Freien kochen möchten, steht Ihnen auf der Terrasse ein 4-Flammen-Grill aus Edelstahl zur Verfügung. Es gibt auch 6 Liegestühle für den Garten.

Kostenloses Highspeed-Breitband ist in der gesamten Unterkunft verfügbar, auch im Gartenbereich.

Wir laden die Gäste ein, ihre eigenen Zitronen, Limetten, Pflaumen und Mangos aus unserem Garten zu pflücken (abhängig von der Jahreszeit).

Unsere Villa ist ein ganzjähriges Reiseziel, perfekt für einen Osterurlaub und sogar Weihnachten und Neujahr in der Sonne. Wir haben vor kurzem ein Kaminfeuer in der Lounge für gemütliche Winternächte installiert.

The perfect home away

Casa Batty is the perfect home away. Everything is just as described or even better. Phillip is the perfect host, who will do whatever it takes to make your stay here unforgettable. The location is excellent, in a quiet part of Calahonda, overlooking the very nice Cabopino Golf course. We will definitely be returning to this beautiful home!

Phil was a great host and responsive to our questions. Great location, comfortable beds, and wonderful location. The only problems we encountered impacting our enjoyment were the lack of hot showers and an invasion of ants which Phil promised to correct.

A beautiful, kid-friendly place

We had a wonderful 2-week-vacation at Casa Batty. The place has everything you*ll need and more, the garden is inviting you to relax and it is super safe for kids to play there. The pool is separated from the garden by a locked door, which was something we were looking for. The pool is great! As mentioned, it is a shared pool but we have encountered no one during our stay using the pool. The amazing beach (Playa de Cabopino) is close enough to walk (depending on the heat, I guess) there, though with small kids you might prefer to use a car (or call a taxi). In the town you will find everything you need and if not it will be in the next town. Marbella, Malaga, Ojén and Mijas are fairly close and worth a visit. Communication with the owners was really great. In short: We had a great time there!

Lovely house - great holiday!

My wife and I were very pleased with the property, which is just as it says on the website. With a two year old we were particularly delighted with the excellent swimming pool separated from the garden by the hedge and a secure gate - no worries about our daughter falling in if we didn't keep our eyes on her for every second. And though the pool is shared, we ever saw anyone else using it, and it is bigger than most villas' pools and in a very pleasant setting. We loved the views out to sea, and the whole area is very quiet and well kept with local shops a short drive away - you can walk, but it is a bit of a climb back up the hill! There are plenty of places to go and things to do, though just being there is almost enough... we especially liked nearby Capobino beach; the area of sand dunes makes it apparently the only stretch of beach on the Costa Del Sol that isn't "urbanised", and it is only a short drive away. The restaurants at the little port there are good, too. Our daughter is still talking about how she enjoyed the Biopark zoo in Fuengirola, and the Aquarium in Benaldamena, both small enough to be easily manageable with a two year old and good enough to impress her parents! We were there in late September and the weather was always dry and warm with occasional morning mist - mostly high 20s and very pleasant. The house has everything needed for a good stay, with good sized rooms, and is smart and well maintained. The beds were comfortable. We recommend it - our only regret is that we went for only a week - we'd have loved a few more days there and know there are several more things to see and do next time!

A wonderful stay in a beautiful home!

Have just enjoyed a very relaxing and tranquil holiday in Casa Batty. What a fabulous home from home. The house is beautiful, lovely decor, comfy beds, lovely bathrooms/wet room, all is fresh and new looking. It has absolutely everything you could need or want. The garden is a gorgeous place to chill and the heart trees are beautiful to look at when your lying on the comfy sun loungers, or sitting on the veranda. Also, great views of Cabopino from the garden & balcony. Swimming pool is very quiet, only one or two visitors while we were there, so again we were visitors who had the pool mostly to ourselves. This is the only house to have direct access to pool through a locked gate, which is great for families with small children. The hosts Phil & Karen were so welcoming and couldn’t do enough to ensure we enjoyed our stay. We joined them for drinks on their gorgeous boat docked in Cabopino Bay, which was a very enjoyable evening. Everything is within easy reach, the beach, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, you may be in the hills, but you’re not far from anything, though I would advise a car! A very enjoyable stay & will definitely be returning, have found a true gem!! Thanks Phil & Karen for your hospitality and hope to see you both again soon. Dee, Shane, Adam & Ríain, Dublin

Lovely family holiday Calahonda Mijas

Had the pleasure of staying in this lovely family villa. An amazing pool with lots of toys provided so great for families. The villa has all the essentials you need to make your stay home from home. It is a lot further from the beach and supermarket than we had realised and with small children it wasn’t walkable so hiring a car was a must have for us.

We had a Nice stay at Sitio de Calahonda. The house was clean and cousy, also we got a warm welkom from Phil himself. Our kids loved to play in the garden and spend afternoon at the pool. We enjoy the view in the morning and evenings. The beach was in the walking distance, so it was easy to get there... the neighborhood is very quite! we recommend it for family vacation or for the travel with the friends.

Wonderful! Home from home in the sun!

We stayed in the villa with our daughter and 2 grandchildren. It’s absolutely perfect for the little ones (and us!). A safe lawned garden with no steps and a secure gate to the swimming pool just yards away. All the time we were staying we were the sole users. Huge grassy area around the pool as well for them to run around and all immaculately kept. The villa itself is lovely. The upstairs bedroom is huge with a big balcony overlooking the sea and Cabopino marina. Lovely en-suite as well. All bedrooms have lots of wardrobe space and the rooms are spacious. The overriding sense of this villa is that is a home first and foremost. It has everything you need and doesn’t have that clinical feel a lot of rental places have. And this is all down to Phil and Angie, the owners. Nothing is too much trouble for them. They are always at the end of the phone if you need anything. Even when we panicked cos the supermarkets were shut! They knew where we could go to get supplies. Also, the villa is in a very quiet area away from roads which was brilliant. We even heard an owl one night! All in all this is a lovely place to stay, and we are sure we will go back one day soon.

A very relaxing week in a lovely home - highly recommended

We stayed at Phil and Angie’s Home for nine days and thoroughly enjoyed our time. Phil is an excellent Homeaway host - great communication, concerned and wanting to make sure we had the best time. House was clean and tidy, well equipped, pool warm and although shared was quiet - we usually had it to ourselves. Five minutes drive to the beach and supermarket. We all left very relaxed - we will be back!! Many thanks Phil for everything you did to smooth our holiday.

A treasure ❤️

Just returned from a fabulous week at Casa Batty! We took our family there, with 2 grandchildren , high chair, cot all immaculate and included in the price!! The owners Phil and Angie have made their house into a home, with attention to detail. A perfect luxury retreat

We had an amazing week at Casa Batty, the property is immaculate and the hosts were fantastic to deal with, really friendly and super helpful. We had our 3 year old with us and the house layout and huge enclosed garden was awesome for him, we were actually able to properly relax safe in the knowledge he couldn't access the pool directly. The location is very convenient to both Cabapino and La Cala, and I really enjoyed the tranquil setting, especially in the evenings where the garden gets the last of the light and the views out to the sea with Africa in the background are stunning. Can't recommend it highly enough, totally loved it!

TOP!!!!!

La propriété est belle et spacieuse. Chaque chambre dispose de sa salle de bain et ses WC. Idéal lorsqu'on part entre amis ou famille. La maison est propre et bien équipée. Le jardin est un bijou. Il est également très bien entretenu. La piscine à partager est finalement un bon compromis, surtout lorsque nous avons des enfants en bas âges. Le jardin étant fermé nous étions plus rassurés que si la piscine avait été dans le jardin même. Elle est comme le reste très propre et entretenue. Même loin les propriétaires sont réactifs. Ils ont pris de nos nouvelles. Et nous répondaient dans l'heure lorsque nous avions besoin d'un renseignement. L'aspirateur que nous avions ne fonctionnait plus. Dans la journée celui-ci était remplacé par un neuf. Le quartier est calme et bien situé. Nous recommandons fortement cette location. Et nous espérons pouvoir y séjourner à nouveau. Encore merci

Excellent well-equipped villa with lovely garden and stunning views

Our party consisted of 2 grandparents, 2 parents and 2 children (4 and 1 years). This villa was perfect for us with plenty of room and facilities inside and a spacious well kept garden outside with plenty of shade from the lovely trees present if we wanted it. There are two bedrooms downstairs and one upstairs with the bedroom upstairs having lovely views to the sea and the marina from the large balcony. The large communal swimming pool with a children's section is through a locked gate at the bottom of the garden (for which you are provided with a key) which kept it safe from the children which suited us perfectly. In the 2 weeks we were there we practically had it to ourselves so it was like a private pool. The villa is in a quiet position and we rarely heard noise from any of the neighbours. There is a dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, oven and fridge/freezer plus cot and highchair if requested (which we did). Outside there is a mixture of rattan furniture (dining table, coffee table, associated chairs and sunbeds) plus fold up beach beds and umbrellas the latter of which was excellent for use when visiting the beach. Shops, beach and marina with numerous restaurants are about 5 to 10 minute drive away. The owners provided us with their mobile number so we could text any questions and the few questions we did have were answered very promptly. For our purposes this was a perfect place with everything we needed (and more) and would highly recommend it to anyone holidaying in the area!!

The villa was well appointed to a high standard.Situated with magnificent views over the sea and Cabopino Marina with quiet secluded and well kept gardens, and easy access to a lovely well tended pool. What's not to like! we had a wonderful holiday, and would highly recommend Casa Batty

Hidden away in a very quiet up market area of Calahonda, our house with pool access is surrounded by fruit trees, sunshine and professional, respectful neighbours. It's a 20 minute walk or 5 minute drive down to the picturesque Cabopino Marina where you can find family run restaurants and bars including the infamous Albert's restaurant. Great for breakfast, lunch or sunset dinners!

The villa is just off Ave De Espana which runs from both Calahonda junctions off the A7. Shops and restaurants are nearby.

A short walk away is Cabopino Golf Club which has a club house offering food, drink and great views over the fairways and the Mediterranean

Casa Batty is close to all facilities and in a fabulous location. It has a private South facing garden, enjoying sun all day long until the sun sets on the horizon over the Mediterranean.
Parasols and shade from leafy trees provide a welcome relief from the midday sun. Along with a lovely breeze and a fabulous pool. At the bottom of the garden there is a lockable gate to the pool, which means young children can play safely in our beautiful garden unsupervised. There is a rope swing attached to the Spanish Oak tree . We also have many pool toys that children may like to use.
A newly built Boardwalk has just been constructed enabling you to walk along the sea front all the way from Cabopino to La Cala and in the coming years it will continue in the other direction towards Marbella. A very pleasant and easy walk with bars and restaurants along the way.
