Die Wohnung befindet sich 15 Minuten von Venedig entfernt, unterhalb des Hauses gibt es eine Bushaltestelle mit durchgehenden Verbindungen alle 10 Minuten und die bewachte Garage Delfino gegen Gebühr. Vom Bahnhof aus sind es 10 Minuten zu Fuß, vom Flughafen fährt alle 30 Minuten ein Bus ab und kommt unter dem Haus an. Vor dem Apartment befindet sich der Pam-Supermarkt, zwei Minuten von Mc Donald entfernt, mit Bars, Weinbars, Konditoreien, Eiscafés, Spezialitäten italienischer Produkte und venezianischen Tavernen.
Meine 110 m² große Wohnung, die 2018 komplett renoviert wurde, ist sehr hell, modern, funktional, elegant eingerichtet und sehr einladend. Es befindet sich im achten Stock und verfügt über einen Aufzug und eine herrliche Aussicht. Die Wohnung verfügt über eine Eingangshalle, Wohnzimmer, Küche, drei Schlafzimmer, Abstellraum, zwei Badezimmer und zwei Terrassen.
Das Wohnzimmer ist geräumig und verfügt über ein bequemes Doppelschlafsofa, einen 43-Zoll-Smart-TV und einen 6/8-Sitzer-Tisch. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet: Herd, Backofen, Geschirrspüler, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Töpfe, Teller und Geschirr, Gläser, Mikrowelle mit langer Theke und Frühstückshocker. Es gibt zwei Schlafzimmer mit Einbauschränken und TV. Das dritte Schlafzimmer verfügt über zwei Einzelbetten, die zu einem Doppelbett und einem Kleiderschrank zusammengestellt werden können. Die Badezimmer verfügen über Duschen, Waschbecken, Bidets, Toiletten und Haartrockner. Die Wohnung ist mit Klimaanlage, Waschmaschine, Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett kostenlos ausgestattet. Handtücher und Bettwäsche werden kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt. Ideale Lösung für große Familien oder Gruppen von Freunden dank des großen Raums und der 8 verfügbaren Plätze. Rauchen ist auf den Terrassen erlaubt.

Super Domizil!

Die Wohnung ist fantastisch schön und befindet sich in einer tollen Lage. Die Bushaltestelle ist direkt vor dem Haus, ebenso ein Supermarkt. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin und der Agentur verlief problemlos. Wir waren zu 100% zufrieden.

Perfect home, great location and infrastructure

We stayed for a week with 2 adults and 4 teenagers. The appartement was the best choice ever. The 3 bedrooms were comfortable, newly furbished and very clean. Having 2 full bathrooms with 6 people was just ideal for our party. We had all the domestic equipment one can wish for and even coffee, tea and milk was ready to be used. Furthermore the little things like oil, salt, some spices. And just across is a Supermarket (open 7 days a week) for everything we needed on top. Very convenient. Also right across the street is a little bar for a quick coffee or a drink. Within a 5 minutes walk there are all sorts of eat in or take out restaurants. Mestre Centre can be walked to within 10 Minutes and it is worth seeing, as we found it represents the real Italian life in a very pleasant way, after the touristy part of Venice. Venice can be reached within 4 stops (15 Minutes) from the busstop in front of the house (Bus 4L). We had a wonderful stay in your lovely appartement. Thank you for all your support!

Very Nice Apartment

We were 7 of us and there were three bedrooms and an open up couch. Very comfortable. We only stayed one night but it would have been excellent for a longer stay. Nice kitchen and eating area, two bathrooms and we were warned that after two showers we would have to wait a bit for more hot water. That was fine as most places we stayed in Italy hot water was a BIG issue. We are not used to that problem in Canada. The property manager communicated with us ahead of time and was waiting to let us in. She went over a lot of details about how to get to the island, how to deal with water taxi, how to get to airport, gave us a map. Bus stop to anywhere was just outside, grocery store just outside. Great view from balconies. Spacious elevator .

Spacious apartment in venice

Very clean and top equipped apartment. Centrally located to shops bars and public transport. Only one thing to mention 2 bedrooms did not have air conditioning so it got hot. AC units should be installed inside the bedrooms not in the hall ways. Better to keep portable fans during summer time as it can get very hot.

Beautiful Property & Amazing Hospitality

Such a beautiful properly. Communication with the owner was great. She and her team coached us through the entire experience of finding the place, checking us in as well as coaching us on how to experience Venice. She provided maps, showed us key points of interest and ever. showed us how the bus system worked. Wonderful experience & memories for a lifetime!

Venice Getaway

Not a very nice location (it was convenient for hopping on the bus) but we were spoiled by our luxurious stay in Florence. Ran out of hot water after 3.5 showers. The button was turned off on the water heater. There were a few ants in our bedroom. Elevator was a challenge to go down. Great restaurant a few doors down the street was seating by reservations only. It would have been helpful if the list of restaurants mentioned that. The bathroom adjacent to the bedroom with twin beds was extremely slippery and the shower head needs to be cleaned or replaced. Hazardous for elderly guests. Mirrors in each guestroom would be helpful. Chocolat Gelataria across the street was divine!

Great location!

Very cozy and clean apartment with plenty of supplies in the kitchen, coffee, tea, even a champagne in the fridge! Supermarket and restaurants just 2 mins away. 10 mins walk to Venice train station. Checkin process was very good, communication was excellent. Enough space for 7. Highly recommend this awesome apartment!

Unpleasant Smell & Limited Parking

Rating: ★★★☆☆ (3/5) I recently stayed at this VRBO property, and I have mixed feelings about my experience. While there were some positives, there were also a couple of significant drawbacks that need addressing: Unpleasant Odor: One of the most disappointing aspects of our stay was the persistent unpleasant odor in the property. It seemed to be a combination of mustiness and body odor smell. This issue made our stay less enjoyable and made it difficult to fully relax and feel comfortable in the space. It's crucial for the host to address this issue promptly as it significantly impacts the overall experience. Limited Parking: Another challenging aspect was the limited parking situation. It was quite a struggle to find a safe parking spot for our rented vehicle. The market across the street was the only option within waling distance. The market advised not to park overnight due to the amount of people loitering at night. This inconvenience added unnecessary stress to our stay, and it would be helpful for the host to clarify the parking situation in the listing to manage guest expectations better. Positives: On a more positive note, the property's location was convenient, and it was well-furnished and clean. The property management was responsive but wasn't very welcoming.

This place is as pictured. Clean and comfortable. Although I did not realize it was off island the bus is right out the front door. So easy to get on island Venice. Get a 48 hours bus pass across the street at the tobacco store. Hope on 4L and head on in. 20 min bus ride. Use that pass for the water taxi. Us it to go to Murano and Burano a must. So beautiful. Best 35 bucks spent.

O apartamento fica fora de Veneza, o que facilita quem chega de carro. O ponto de ônibus que leva a Veneza fica a 30 metros e o percurso do ônibus é de 15 minutos. Próximo tem supermercado, farmácia e restaurante. O apartamento estava limpo, com espaço agradável.

A Great Place to stay if Visiting Venice

The apartment was a very easy walk from the train station on very smooth surfaces on quiet and safe streets. We were met outside the apartment building by Antonella who was most excellent in reviewing the apartment and explaining local options. The apartment itself was very comfortable and very well stocked with everything you would need. Exactly as represented on the pictures on the website. Some real positive things about staying here: 1. Pam grocery store just across the street was excellent supermarket for anything you need. 2. The tobacco store across the street which is where you buy your bus tickets or Venice pass which I strongly recommend. The lady who works there was very nice and patient with me and explained everything perfectly. 3. You catch the bus to Venice right outside the apartment - who knew it could be this easy. 4. Catch the train to Treviso and get away from the crowds for a day. Overall, I would definitely highly recommend this VRBO and it is perfect for visiting Venice.

Très joli appartement urbain voisin de Venise

Très joli appartement moderne bien équipé a 10 minutes d'autobus de Venise. Tous les services locaux sont a distance de marche: supermarchés, cafés et gelato. La relation avec Ilaria a été simple et efficace. Elle nous a expliqué ou garer notre auto et où tout trouver dans le quartier. Que des mercis. nous y retournerons demain.

Wonderful vacation in Venice

This was a wonderful apartment right near many bus lines, restaurants, grocery stores, and shops. The walk from the train station to the apartment was a bit long with our luggage but the host gave great directions! The kitchen is wonderfully stocked for cooking a meal at the apartment or just heating up/serving delivery.

Great Alternative to Island

This apartment was fantastic! Clean and spacious. Very close to the bus stop that takes you into Venice. Great pastry shop for breakfast across the street. We stayed during cooler time and did not have the windows open. I could see that it could potentially be loud with the traffic and bar outside if the windows were open. The check in was very easy and the host was waiting just as was said. The building is very secure and neighborhood seemed ok. If you want to take the bus, you will have to buy tickets at the train station or in the bus - there is not a kiosk to buy them near the apartment.

Antonella was with me every step of the way. We got there earlier than expected and she met up with us to let us leave our luggage while apt was being cleaned. Went out and had lunch and when we came back there was a bottle of wine and snacks waiting for us. There was also a bottle of water and toast and jellies and juice for breakfast. 3 bedroom 2 bath kitchen a couple of balconies. The apartment was lovely! Grocery store across the street and the bus stop which could get you Where you needed to go. Also a few blocks away was the train station. Everything was so convenient. One bedroom had twin beds and the other 2 bedrooms were king. The beds were comfortable. Antonella was so helpful. I could get in touch with her any time I needed. We Needed a taxi to the airport So I called Antonella to set it up for us. Lorenzo the driver was right on time! The city of Mastre is so nice and quiet. People were very nice. The shops and restaurants were nice as well. October weather was perfect. Light sweater or jacket was needed early am and evenings.
