Very Dirty, Elevator Did Not Work Properly
Rented this house because we needed a handicap accessible property. So many issues with the elevator. Not consistent and called maintenance. There was a 2x4 piece of wood that fell down from the shaft, and we were grateful for the fix. However, that did not solve the problem. Took 30 minutes to get the elevator to call from floor to floor. Got trapped with no air in it. Phone does not work in elevator.
House was VERY dirty and sparse linens. 2 bath towels per room. Not enough for a family of 4 for the week. No rugs for the shower, so had to buy or own or risk falling. Smudges all over the kitchen. My sister stepped on a piece of glass in the kitchen. Hairballs under the couch. Ripped couch, etc. Management was kind enough to send another cleaner out the same day, but still inconvenient as soon as you arrive.
Only half of the TV's in the bedrooms were hooked up to cable. Media room did not have ANY hookup at all. Couch had stains everywhere.
Also, the pictures showed 10 chairs for the pool, but there were only 4 when we arrived. Not enough for a family of 12 staying there all week.
It's a trek to the beach and not as good of view as we had down the road last year. Would not stay again or recommend this property.
