Small and snuggly, but great location
The biggest advantage is the location. Beach as well as small grocery store are just few walking minutes away. Several restaurants within 15-20 walking minutes. The apartment is rather small and not smartly furnished. Lack of shelf space mostly in the kitchen. Too many beds taking too much space while it's stated the apartment is for up to four people. Bathroom is small, including bidet, which was not necessaary in such a small room.
Both entrance and balcony doors do not seal well causing drafts when windy. Washing machine does its job, is extremely loud while wringing.
Garden is super big and thanks to high hedge you will have your privacy. There are grapes and some nice fruit trees too. Lawn could do with a bit more attention as there were some small thistle weeds that we kept removing from dogs paws and our shoe soles.
You can park your car in the garden (no roof) and even a bigger one (SUV) will fit in.
If you have a dog, be aware of the cat community living in the neighbourhood that visits the garden as well. But they are very cute, shy and harmless.
We were missing the vacuum cleaner as chasing dog fur and sand around the apartment with the broom is not that effective.
We have stayed here for three weeks and except for the mentioned flaws, it was a very nice and pleasant stay. Luigi with colleagues gave us plenty of brochures upon arrival with all kind of useful information, so make sure to go through these.
