We are repeat visitors to T&C and knew exactly where we wanted to stay. This house was in the perfect location on the island and neat and tidy. We had a couple of glitches along the way. The HVAC system was a little wonky but quickly attended to by Lori. The SUPs were missing rudders and there was a dearth of oars, precluding use, but again, Lori leapt into action and fixed that problem, too.
A couple of odd things to mention in case this happens to you. A strange (to us anyway) boat showed up and parked at our dock for three separate days, which mean that we couldn't use the dock other than in awkward ways. Finally someone showed up to move it, and advised it was "the owner's boat" and that he didn't know anyone was staying in the property. Odd.
Also, while I do love well-tended grounds, the yard maintenance folks were around a little too much. Several times when I was sitting on the patio trying to work or enjoy an evening cocktail, the incessant noise of a blower chased me away. And on our last two days, it seemed as though the yard man took up permanent residence. He was super nice, and I didn't complain about it because Lori had already gone above and beyond for us, but it was something that seemed a little odd and for the privacy of other guests, hopefully won't happen again.
All in all, it was a nice property, in a terrific location. Regardless of whether the owner decides to park his boat in the way without bothering to check to see when his property is occupied, you couldn't ask for a better property manager than Lori, who was responsive and attentive to our every need, in the most expeditious manner possible.
Definitely recommend you consider this villa for your stay in T&C!
