Dieses komplett renovierte Erdgeschoss mit drei Schlafzimmern ist ideal für eine Familie mit Kindern. Es verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett und drei Queensize-Betten mit NEUEN Matratzen. In der Nähe gibt es einen großen Pool mit vielen Liegestühlen und einem separaten Kinderbecken. Es hat auch eine Außentoilette für Ihre Bequemlichkeit.

Dies ist eine echte Einheit im Erdgeschoss. Sie brauchen keine Treppen oder einen Aufzug zu benutzen, Sie müssen nicht um das Gebäude herumgehen. Spring Break 2025

We loved our stay at Pelican Pointe. The condo location on the bottom level was so convenient to the pool and beach! Parking was so handy, too! We loved having breakfast on the large patio where we could see the gulf. We took the kiddos to Alligator Alley and were pleasantly surprised. Our host was very thoughtful and responded to our questions quickly. Our first trip to Orange Beach was very enjoyable!

The condo was exactly what we needed and loved being able to walk out the front door to the beach! Perfect location. Contacted owner for minor question and he responded instantly! Plenty of parking. Nicely furnished. Would definitely stay here again!

The only oceanfront 1st floor condo rental that I’ve ever stayed to where the view of the ocean wasn’t blocked by a sand dune. A great location for the young and not so young! A+

Best place yet!

This condo was fabulous! The first floor walk out to deck, pool and beach was the best. We used the indoor pool, baby pool, main pool and hot tub. All ages enjoyed the amenities. Rooms were nice and TVs in all rooms made it great for littles to watch a show on a rainy day. Check in was easy and the security at the condo was helpful and kind. The location was near shopping and dining. Our older kids could walk to shop and get ice cream. By far our favorite place in Orange Beach!!!!

Family Week in Orange Beach

I cannot express enough the convenience and awesomeness of this property. First floor means no elevator, ever. We walked 29 steps to the pool. Twenty nine. Plenty of room for our family of 5 to each have our own beds, not fight for bathrooms...just absolutely unbelievable. Kids said on separate occasions that "we have to come back to this spot if we come back to Gulf Shores. A+, 100%, two thumbs up.

Location, location,location

We had a wonderful stay at 104 Pelican Pointe. The condo was amazing and the pool and beach steps away. This was the perfect place for our family with three grandkids to stay. It also has the perfect patio for coffee in the morning and a drink at night. The kids swam in the ocean all day, and then later in the pool. There were lots of families there, so they each made new friends and had a blast. We definitely want to return next year. Our grandkids said Best Vacation Ever!!!!!!

Perfect Family Vacation!

This is the most perfect location for a family vacation! We had 4 adults and 4 children (ages 13-7) and there were plenty of beds and room for all of us! The unit is very clean with lots of updates! There are tons of dishes, silverware, and utensils which is a huge plus! The best part of this unit is being on the ground level with the pool and beach just steps away from the door! That alone made it so convenient for us to quickly grab more snacks, toys, or to even make quick restroom trips during the beach day! Parking is so easy with a convenient loading area just steps away from the units door, and the security guards are very friendly! To add to it, you are a short 5 minute walk to Dollar General, Alvin's Island, and Surf Style, and Walmart is a very short drive past that! Shannon was so easy to get ahold of, and extremely friendly! If you are looking for a place with NO steps and NO need to use an elevator, this one is it! We are saving this unit in our favorites for next time!

Great Beach Condo!

We loved 104 Pelican Point. This was our second stay here, and it was perfect for us again.The layout of the bedrooms worked really well for our family. Being first floor and steps to the pool and beach made it so easy. Had a great time and hope to return next summer.

The condo was so clean, newly remodeled, and had everything we needed! We loved staying in 104! The location was great! We loved eating meals on the patio and walking right out to the pool and beach. It was the best week! We have stayed in Orange Beach every year since 2013 and this was the best condo we’ve ever stayed at. Will for sure be back!

Great Views

Overall, I would give the stay a 3.5 out of 5. We loved being on the first floor, but the condo was not as clean as I had hoped it would be. We arrived at 5 at night and by 9 our bare feet were black from walking around inside. The floors need a good mopping. We didn’t have internet when we arrived and the directions told us we had to contact the internet company, so after 30 minutes on hold with no luck of them troubleshooting it, I was told a tech would be out the next day (Sunday) to fix and it turns out they didn’t work on Sundays, so we ran off our hotspots for two days. The property owner was very helpful after I emailed and she also contacted the company. It was definitely nice being on the first floor, but I would definitely appreciate the floors being mopped before staying somewhere for a week.

After many years of visiting Alabama beaches with our families, as children and now as adults we decided to purchase a unit of our own. The many years of happy memories made this an easy choice.

My family would love for you to share our home away from home with us. We hope that you will enjoy our gulf front escape as much as we do, and make wonderful memories of your own.

Darum fiel die Entscheidung auf diese Unterkunft

We chose Pelican Pointe for several reasons:
1) Location - we love Orange Beach and the location is so convenient. There are 3 grocery stores across the street, several restaurants and shops to find that perfect souvenir.
2) Beach Front - we wanted a beautiful view of the gulf.
3) Ground Floor Unit - we have always searched for ground units because it's extremely easy to access. You don't have to tote all of your beach items or little ones too far. The unit is steps away from the beach and pool.
4) Gated Entrance - the beautiful, well-maintained landscaping and its location away from the main road.
5) Gulf Front Pool - we wanted to be able to go for a swim and still view the white sandy beaches at all times.
6) Indoor Pool - we have a toddler, and being able to continue to have fun even if the weather isn't cooperating was a huge plus for us. This also lets us enjoy our home away from home all year long.
7) Condo Association - the association does a great job of maintaining the property and ensuring everything looks great all year long.
8) Safety - there is a Security Guard on property; as well as video cameras.
