The villa is located, only 50m from the beach and with a private pool. It has a cosy living and dining room. A well equiped kitchen and brandnew bathroom (installed November 2023) make it a very comfortable villa. There is one double bedroom. Then there is another double bedroom with a curtain leading to a third bedroom with a bunk bed. In case of more people, it is possible to make a bed from the sofa in the living room. For babies, there is a cot available, as is a high chair. The house has its own parking space, extra free parking is available in the street. The nice terrace with barbecue will give you the opportunity to enjoy the beautiful garden. Artificial high quality grass has been placed which, unlike natural grass, can stand the heat and feels soft and comfortable. The private pool is beautiful and very well maintained. There is free Wifi available.
There are several fine restaurants in the neighbourhood, near the beach. The owner will send a guest document after booking with lots of tips to make sure you will have an excellent stay in a very nice environment.

Sehr schönes Haus in guter Lage

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus war der Beschreibung entsprechend und sauber. Einziges Manko ist die Entfernung zum nächst größeren Supermarkt.

Schöner Aufenthalt

Wir hatten eine paar schöne Tage in der Villa! Die Umgebung ist wunderschön! Der Pool ist sehr groß und war ein absolutes Highlight! Die Kommunikation lief auch immer super und alle Fragen/ Probleme wurden direkt gelöst! Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit

House with fantastic garden and very nice swimming pool

Nice spacious accomodation. We loved the terrace and the garden. The kids loved the pool. Very complete kitchen and even a grill on the terrace.

Sehr erholsamer Golfurlaub

Sehr schön gelegenes Ferienhaus. Da wir vorallem zum golfen in der Region waren, konnten wir verschiedene Plätze in 10-15 Minuten erreichen. EIn paar Kleinigkeiten haben nicht für ganze 5 Sterne gereicht, trotzdem waren wir sehr zufrieden.

Schöner Urlaub in einer schöner Villa

Wir hatten zu dritt einen schönen 14-tägigen Urlaub in dieser schönen Villa. Alle Zimmer sind - wie auf der Homepage zu sehen - sehr gut eingerichtet, sauber und mit Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Das Anwesen ist sehr schön angelegt und nicht einzusehen. Die Vorortbetreuung war sehr gut. Wer sich erholen möchte und es etwas ruhiger mag, ist hier bestens aufgehoben. Zum Strand sind es nur ca. 3 Gehminuten. Gute Restaurants befinden sich ganz in der Nähe. Der nächste Supermarkt (OpenCor) ist mit dem Auto in ca. 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Wir empfehlen dieses Feriendomizil gerne weiter und kommen selbst auch gerne wieder. *Anett & Manfred*

Lovely property for families with kids

Lovely villa, ideal for families with children. Very safe walled property with good pool and garden. Sleeps 8 people (bunk bed for 2 children only - although the listing shows an icon for 2 bunk beds there is only one but the sofa bed is large and comfortable and would sleep 2 adults). All ameneties for cooking/washing clothes. Car parking space inside villa garden. Had a great stay would 100% reccomend!

Super sejour

Nous venons régulièrement a Marbesa et c est vrai que beaucoup de maisons soyffreng des travaux environnants.cette maison etant au fond d une imoasse, est relativement epargnee Maison tres agreable, tres bien equipee , que ce soit en ustensiles de cuisine, vausdrlle, cafetieres, bouilloire, lave linge lave vaisselle..terrasse ensoleilkee avec bbq dont nous avons pu profiter memle fin Décembre avec des temperatures dexreve Je recommande Nous auruons aime rdvenir en octobre, mais deja loué !!

We had a great time

We had a great time at this villa, it is a great size, has everything you need, the pool is lovely especially lit up at night. There were some minor issues, things could have been a bit cleaner and garden more well kept but this seems to be more a problem with the property manager. The owners are very helpful and responsive and do their best to sort things out. The area has a few wonderful restaurants, especially Triana. The best part of the beach happens to be the nudist part, but that just gave us one more thing to remember it by.

Underwhelming, needs TLC

Unfortunately a disappointment upon arrival - looked very run down, car port door didn’t work, large areas of mud where it should be grass around the pool, rubbish from previous guests present in bins, un-trimmed trees and hedges. We needed a high chair and cot - neither were usable (dirty and broken) and we were told the mattress for the cot was ‘with another client’ so we couldn’t have it for our 1 year old. Sun beds unusable - covered in dirt and patches of grease. Outside table needs to be replaced - stained and burnt. The location is the saviour of this property - great beach (1 min walk) and restaurants close. Needs a thorough clean, paint and refurb on simple things like furniture, retractable canopy, bbq shelves, crockery, vacuum. Huge potential, but wasn’t well looked after for our visit.

Great holiday!

Lovely holiday in a great area with a few good restaurants and very close to the beach. We hired a car which is necessary if you want to explore. The villa has everything you need, my only constructive feedback would be that parts of it are a little ‘tired’. New cushions outside and better kept gardens would make it much more appealing. It was great overall though

Wonderful location for a family

The property is ideally situated or families and couples alike. It is a five minute stroll to the beach with some great beach bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. Enclosed mature garden with lovely pool.

Belle villa, bien entretenue

Par suite de petits problèmes sur place, je fus obligé de contacter le propriétaire en Belgique, lui seul parlait français, alors qu'il était indiqué "parle toutes les langues européennes". Sur le réseau télévision satellite, seuls TV5Monde et France 24 étaient captés, alors qu'il est noté "toutes chaines françaises".

prachtige villa voor ontspannen vakantie

Mooie schone villa, waar we een heerlijke vakantie hebben gehad ! Van alle gemakken voorzien, zodat we heerlijk konden ontspannen in en om het huis en in de tuin. We waren met 5 kinderen in de leeftijd 7-14 jaar en zij hebben ook ontzettend genoten van het zwembad. We hebben tijdens de vakantie Nerja bezocht en het strand van Marbella. Jammer dat we hier slechts 1 week verbleven !

nice and relaxed

We have really enjoyed our stay in this beautifull villa. It's quiet and relaxing to stay in the garden and around the villa. We travelled with 5 children (7 - 14 years old) and they loved the nice swimming pool. We have visited Nerja and the beach of Marbella. Unfortunately we stayed only 1 week.

Fantastic Villa stay- great host

We had a wonderful week in this villa. The villa is well maintained and has everything you would want for your holiday stay. We visited with 4 children under 12 and 3 adults. We were all very comfortable , lovely bedding and english tv channels. Marbessa is so relaxed with numerous great restaurants within 5- 10 minutes walk of the villa. Communication with and local information from the owner was excellent. The nearest restaurant Sinbads was superb and we visited often . Orlando the caretaker couldnt have been more helpful. We hope to visit again.

Beautiful villa for relaxing holiday !

We really enjoyed our stay in this villa. It has a brandnew kitchen and bathroom and is very nice and comfortable. The garden is beautiful and the pool is so lovely. The owner and the key holder both want their guests to have a splendid holiday and are very nice and sympathetic. The beach is across the street and the area is very quiet. Yet, there are plenty of beach restaurants within walking distance. We have absolutely nothing negative to say about this villa. Top !

Très agréable maison de vacances !

Nous avons résidé deux semaines dans cette villa cet été, et nous avons été particulièrement satisfaits. Nous étions 9 personnes (dont 5 enfants), la première semaine, et nous contenions. Puis nous étions 4 la semaine d'après, et c'était fort convenable. La cuisine est un peu petite. L'emplacement est très appréciable, au fond d'une petite impasse. La maison n'est pas en front de rue, et est extrêmement calme. Elle est entourée d'autres maisons, avec étage, mais pas de vis à vis direct embêtant. La maison de devant paraît imposante, mais esthétique, et peu souvent occupée. L'entretien est effectué par Orlando et son équipe. Orlando est très sympathique, et vient régulièrement s'occuper de la piscine et du jardin. La piscine est le point fort de la villa. Très agréable, très chaude (ensoleillement permanent), c'est un pur plaisir. La plage située à 70 m (5 min à pied...) est agréable. Pas très fréquentée, et on a pied loin. Sur la plage, un petit chiringuito (Simbad El Marino) excelle dans les poissons grillés pêchés du jour. Plus loin (accès en voiture), port de Cabopino, avec ses belles plages et ses restos/bars. 5 min en se garant dans le parking à droite en arrivant. L'autoroute est toute proche pour accéder facilement à Marbella à l'Ouest et Malaga à l'Est. Aucune nuisance sonore depuis la maison. La propriétaire est très disponible. Bref, nous sommes très satisfaits.

Perfect villa for family holiday

This is a lovely villa which has the perfect location for a family holiday. The beach is literally 1 minute's walk and some of the best beach restaurants in the area are within easy walking distance. You are also only a 15 minute walk to the pretty port of Cabopino with its choice of cafes and restaurants. The villa itself is clean and comfortable and the garden terrace and pool are perfect for a relaxing holiday. We were slightly concerned about previous comments regarding building on the plot in front but there is now a lovely modern villa there that is obviously now completed. There is even UK TV channels for the very rare bad weather days....what more could you ask for !

We fell in love with the property the moment we saw it. It is nice, cosy, renovated, has a beautiful garden and a terrific pool. In a quiet place, yet very close to the beach (less then 100 metres).
