Dieses Reihenendhaus verfügt über vier Schlafzimmer, dreieinhalb Badezimmer und ist in der Master Suite mit einem Kingsize-Bett, einem Queensize-Bett, einem Etagenbett mit einem Futon und einem Etagenbett mit einem Doppelbett ausgestattet.

Great family vacation

Had a great vacation.. the house was perfect for our family. The only negatives were, all the bedrooms didn't have window shades, except the master bedroom. Windows had curtains but they didn't cover the whole window. The living room down stairs didn't have blinds either. Loved that they provided sheets and towels. But, didn't know I had to clean/Vacuum and put new sheets on the beds, before leaving, that was a hassle with small kids. But, other then that the place was great. The pool was a nice size and had a kiddie pool. I never had a problem communicating with Doug the owner. He was very responsive.

Great house in lewes five points

Right by the community pool and about 10 min drive from the beach, this house is in a perfect location. In the community, we also really liked proximity to the restaurants and grocery store and also the biking path to lewes/georgetown on the edge of the community. The house itself is super comfortable - great layout with the master and queen on the 3rd floor and two bunk rooms on the 2nd - we also liked the 2 living room spaces. House was fully stocked with all you can need and Doug was a fantastic host. Only watch point are the super bright rooms which got my kids up with the sun but the adults brought eye shades and were well rested. Thanks again, Doug!

Family vacation at Lewes Beach

The house was much more spacious than appeared in the photos. All of the beds were comfortable and furnishings lovely. We felt totally at home. There were bikes for all ages and a scooter that the 4 year old loved. Coffee shop, restaurants and grocery store within walking distance. Community pool a very short walk. Downtown Lewes is a short drive as are its many shops and restaurants. Loved our stay there.

Great Spot

We loved this spot. Great location for what we were doing that weekend. The location of the TH within the community is perfect as well. We appreciated all of the bikes/beach chairs that were provided. The community was so quiet. If staying in that area again, we'll no doubt look to book this place again.The one con, or area for improvement, is the total lack of decent curtains or blinds on all of the bedroom windows. If we didn't have to be up super earlier for tourney games, it would have been a bigger issue.

Perfect Location

This was our third time staying here. The house is large enough to comfortably accommodate our group of 4 adults and 5 grandchildren. The pool is just a few minutes away and the Lewes beaches are just a mile down the road. Several restaurants are just a few minute walk away as are a grocery store and drug store. Great location, lots of things to do close to this location. Shopping, beaches and walking in the historic Lewes. Traffic on Rte 1 is never good, so map out back roads for an easier way to get around.

Great house and location!

We had a blast! House was clean and well stocked with everything we could think of—toys, bikes (bring helmets) , sand toys, beach chairs, an umbrella, grill, towels, beach towels…. Too much to name! Plenty of space and a bonus living room. The pool was great and Lewes beach was so close! Definitely eat at Striper Bites, Sticky Rice and the sandwich place next to it. Ice cream place in town and candy shop was perfect for our kids! Rehoboth is only a shot drive for the boardwalk as well. Doug was responsive and we would definitely stay again!!

Great Place

The condo had so many amenities to make it great. Full kitchen with many different pans, crock pot, etc. plus plenty of dishes, glasses, etc. There were plenty of toys and games for the kids to use. In the garage was a variety of bikes, beach stuff as chairs, wagon, toys, floats and other games. It was very accommodating!! Perfect location from the tennis & pickleball courts and swimming pool.

Great Location!

We had a great time at this Lewes property! The village of five points has great walking paths, right next to a bike trail that takes you directly to the beach (about a 3 mile bike ride), and two swimming pools. We found out on our last day that the swimming pools have different hours, the one further away from the house doesn't have a lifegaurd but is open much later which we wished we would have known from the start, so be sure to check that out! The hosts have tons of sand castle building stuff, beach umbrella, beach chairs, bikes, scooters, and a wagon in the garage for your use. Doug was easy to communite with and very responsive to emails in preperation for the trip. Would highly recommend!

Annual Week in Lewes

We love Lewes and come every year. This time, we chose to stay in VoFP and had a great time. The property was perfect for our family- multiple living spaces, great bedding options and a TON of bikes, beach equipment, etc. We wanted for nothing. Doug was super easy to communicate with and checked on us multiple times. We had a wonderful week and can’t wait until next year!

Great vacation!

We had so much fun! It was great to ride the waves in Rehoboth and swim in the calm waters in Lewes, both very close. The place had everything you could imagine, bikes, beach toys, etc. and a lot of space to spread out with two families. The owners were wonderful and were in contact and even gave great restaurant recommendations! We can’t wait to go back!

Set up for comfort!

Owner was super responsive. Home was roomy and so comfortable. Loved the beachy decorating style. Beds were great. Tons of bikes, beach supplies, toys, games. Lots of tv/movie/game options. Anything you could want was there. Quiet and friendly development with access to quick and convenient shopping. Coffee every morning on the front porch. Close to bike path and beach. What's not to love?! We hope to go back.

Great property close to everything

The owner was great to deal with. The house also had a lot of nice amenities like beach/pool toys, bikes, skooters, and a room of toys and puzzles. The location has a nice pool and is a short drive to Lewes, Rehoboth, and Dewey beaches. We would definitely book this house again!

Great place for multigenerational family vacation!

This home was perfect for our multigenerational family vacation. The master bedroom was a wonderful retreat for us grandparents, while the two bunk rooms worked out perfectly for the younger generation. They enjoyed having their own family room on that floor complete with smart TV, toys, games and puzzles. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you need to make family meals and the garage had every beach amenity you could think of-bikes, beach chairs, wagon, sand toys, etc. My husband and I enjoyed quiet mornings with our coffee on the welcoming front porch. The location is perfect-short drive to beach, and walking distance to shops, bakeries, CVS and grocery store. Doug was a very responsive host and we thank him for sharing his vacation home!

Great Stay

We stayed at this property for 2 weeks, and my family had a great time. The townhouse has tons of room for everyone to spread out, and was very convenient to Lewes and Rehoboth. It was an added bonus to not have to drag linens, beach towels, beach chairs, beach toys, bikes, etc. The garage was a nice feature for storing all of the beach gear. The community is quiet, and has all the basic amenities you need within walking distance. I wouldn't hesitate to rent this unit again.

Couldn’t ask for more

We had a wonderful week at this beautiful townhome. The house was clean md spacious. The location is perfect! It is a quiet neighborhood yet easy to get to all of the local attractions. We loved being able to relax in the pool after a morning at the beach and walk to get a snack or drink at one of the nearby restaurants. Doug was a pleasure to work with and very responsive to any questions I had. We would definitely stay here again!

Great base for a perfect family vacation!

We traveled from England to stay in this great family home for a beach break. The house is great - comfortable, immaculate and loads of space. We also used the community pool and tennis courts everyday. The added benefit of being able to walk to shops and restaurants was ideal. In a short drive we were at either Lewes or Rehoboth... highlights were visiting the beaches, tax free shopping in the outlets, drinks at the Wheel House, dinner at the Italian in town which has its bakery at Five Points. Lewes is a slice of relaxation and quiet - a peaceful place to escape the hustle of the more busy Rehoboth. Huge thanks to Doug for being such an attentive host and we hope to visit again.

Convenient and comfortable

We really enjoyed our stay. The grandchildren enjoyed the pool, the adults loved the convenience of the grocery store and a restaurant with coffee in the morning. The neighborhood provide a safe place for the runners to run and the toddlers to play. The three levels complete with two separate living rooms were a huge bonus when someone needed a quiet space to get away. There were indoor and pool toys, bikes, and even a wagon. We appreciated being close to just about everything. Doug kept in touch by text making the arrival and departure seamless.

My wife converted me from a Jersey Shore guy to a Delaware Beach guy about 30 years ago. We have been coming down to the Lewes - Dewey - Rehoboth area ever since. We escaped to Lewes with our 3 very active kids from Chadds Ford, PA whenever we could; usually with a truckload of friends included, and love all the activities available. Now our 'kids' are adults and still love to get away. We hope our guests enjoy it as much as we do!

After making countless trips back and forth we decided to find a place of our own. We looked around for quite a while at different communities and settled on Five Points in Lewes for a number of reasons. We feel lt has a great combination of location, covenience, amenities and charm.
