Perfect house for a Nashville trip

This house is charming cozy and well appointed. They have stocked everything you might need and then some! We enjoyed coffee on the porch and listening to the birds in the morning, and the fenced yard for our dog. It's 10 minutes to downtown and all the action, and close to the airport. Highly recommend!

Loved our stay!

We loved our stay at this house. It was perfect for us and had everything we needed and more. The beds and furniture were very comfortable, kitchen was fully equipped, privacy fence in back - I can’t think of anything we needed that wasn’t there. The decor is perfect for Nashville - we loved it! I honestly can’t think of anything negative about our stay and will stay here again when in Nashville.

Nashville get away

Had trouble paying for my dog. The host responded so quickly to my questions and fixed the problem. Property is so cute, very quiet, great back yard with privacy fence. Perfect for 5 adults. Wish i had longer to enjoy it.

Short weekend stay

We stayed at this house due to the location. We were flying out our son and being close to the airport was nice. The house is cozy, dated, but comfortable. The towels need to be replaced. They are older with a musty smell. The yard was big and perfect for our dogs! They loved running around and playing! I also loved the privacy fence that closed where you parked. Depending on how you like your mattress, which we like a harder mattress, these are very soft. I did reach out to the home owner to let them know that their front door, window in bathroom, kitchen and one in each bedrooms were left unlocked and one of the windows in the bedroom is broken (won’t lock at all). They advised they would get with the maid so it doesn’t happen again. Besides that, it’s a great little house with so much potential!

We loved it!

We booked this property for a girls’ weekend attending a concert at Bridgestone Arena. This house is a short drive to downtown Nashville, and the neighborhood it is located in felt very safe and was quiet. There are plenty of grocery stores and restaurants nearby too. The house itself was very cutely decorated and super cozy. The kitchen had all the cookware you could need, the bathrooms had plenty of extra towels and toiletries, and there were additional blankets and pillows in all the closets. The owner is also very communicative and quick to contact, making the whole check in/out process super smooth. We were so comfortable and pleased with our stay that we look forward to booking this property again in the future for our next Nashville trip!

Little red bungalow

This was our second time to Nashville and we stayed both times at this house. Very close to Broadway. When you find a good one you just stay at the house. Holly and Kathy were great hosts. Quiet neighborhood and close to downtown!

What a cute home located close to the airport, yet in a quiet neighborhood. Loved the front porch swing and drinking our morning coffee. Beds are very comfortable and home is decorated with love.

Very Cute House!

Cute little house that was very clean! Comfortable beds and nice little front porch to sit on. The shower was extremely small though. Not the best area but semi-quiet neighborhood.

Good location

First, the scents in the house are not good. From the second you walk in you are bombarded by fragrance. There's wall plugins, scented candles, scented cleaning products, and worst of all bedding washed in ultra scented detergent. Never really considered ourselves scent sensitive, but we were all itchy eyes and sneezing due to the sheer volume. It was just way too much and too many different scents. Even the trash bag was scented. The house overall is comfortable but a bit dingy. It's surface level clean, but things like the quality of the towels and linens (most have seen better days and the sheets on one of the beds were stained) and the living room rug not being vacuumed need attention. It just feels like the whole place needs a deep clean. Everything is fine, but not really the level of other places I've stayed. The best part is the location. It's about fifteen minutes from downtown, and centrally located to everywhere else we needed to go. It's nice to have the gated driveway so you don't have to worry about your car. The backyard space is great for dogs as it's securely fenced. It was raining the whole time so we weren't able to make the most of it unfortunately. The layout of the house is nice and we were very comfortable as three adults including using the day bed in the office. There are lots of games and books and such for kids. The wifi and TVs worked great. Overall it's not a bad place to stay for a couple nights if you can handle the scents.

Charming

Upon entering the property, we immediately felt right at home. Our dog, Murphy, who is usually skittish of new places, felt at home, too. The owners offer many wonderful amenities that other homes we've rented do not offer. They truly want you to relax and feel at home. We enjoyed our stay so much that we would rent this quaint home again. My daughter was sad that the Uno game wasn't available, so we bought a deck and added it to the games that the owners offer during your stay. It was our way of saying "Thank You" to the owners and a warm welcome to future guests. This home is very well situated to everywhere you need to go in and around Nashville. Enjoy the peaceful outdoors on the front porch swing or rocker. The back yard is surrounded by a privacy fence and a good size deck for sunbathing. This is a self sufficient home with everything you need to feel at home. Complete kitchen; dishwasher, stove, over range microwave, refrigerator. Laundry room with washer and dryer (plenty of detergent), hardwood floors throughout and a cozy gas fireplace.

This is such a cute neighborhood. I have always felt safe taking walks around the neighborhood anytime of day. Seven Oaks Park is a short walk away, featuring one of the best disc golf courses in Nashville, tennis courts, covered picnic tables, and kids play area.
