Mit seinem rustikalen Oberflächen wie breit beplankt Holzböden und einen lässigen Freigrundriss dieses Haus fühlt sich an wie Sie ein Weinberg erwarten nach Hause zu fühlen. 21 Duck Pond Straße verfügt über 1 7 Morgen in konservierter Eichenwälder für ein Gefühl der höchste Privatsphäre und Abgeschiedenheit gesetzt, doch es bleibt nah an alles.

Innerhalb dieses zentral klimatisierte Haus verfügt im ersten Stock über eine große Sonnen große Zimmer mit gut ausgestattete Küche, einen großen Essbereich und bequemen Wohnzimmer. Ein WLAN ausgestattetes Büro, mudroom und WC im ersten Stock aus. Im ersten Stock ist ein großes Schlafzimmer mit Kingsize-Bett direkt gegenüber von zwei anderen Schlafzimmer, jeweils mit Betten, die zwei, so dass das Haus ideal für Familien oder Freunde Urlaub zusammen, bis zu sechs Personen schlafen. Ein geräumiges Bad vervollständigt die zweite Etage. Die Wäsche wird im Keller zur Verfügung, aber das Haus ist mit sauberer Bettwäsche und Handtücher ausgestattet. die bemoosten eingezäunten Garten und Außendusche, oder Grill auf Ihrem privaten Deck Draußen genießen.

Great House and Location

We had an exceptional week with our parents and two young daughters at this clean, comfortable, well-stocked home. The house had everything we needed, including cooking tools, linens, and beach gear. We enjoyed spending time on the deck, grilling, and using the outdoor shower. Location is perfect- very private, but just a short walk to beautiful Lambert's Cove beach!

Lovely Stay!

We had a great stay at 21 Duck Pond Road! The proximity to Lambert's Cove was perfect - we enjoyed several beach days and even a hop into Ice House Pond. The house was well stocked, clean, and spacious. We enjoyed our time immensely! The location is remote but easy to get into town. We mentioned several times that we didn't even feel like we were on MV in July because it was a quiet and peaceful stay.

Excellent stay

Just back from an awesome vacation staying at this wonderful house. We loved every minute of it and only wish we could have stayed longer. Even though we were there in the off season, the house was perfect. It is located in an ideal part of the island and is on a very quiet street, but is super close to so many things, including a wonderful beach, a couple of grocery stores, and is a short distance to several downtown areas with shopping and restaurants. The house is modern and has everything you need, including a full kitchen with a nice coffee maker (a must for us!) The host is very responsive and easy to communicate with. We had to reschedule our original trip because our first dates unfortunately coincided with a hurricane that shut down all ferry service, and Robyn was completely understanding and flexible in allowing us to reschedule. I would not hesitate to come back and stay here again! Thank you Robyn!

Wonderful stay in Lambert’s Cove

This was our third year staying at this beautiful house. Well appointed, clean and cozy. Short walk or bike to Lambert’s cove beach, which is our favorite beach on the island. We love the open kitchen, office setup and the spacious master bedroom upstairs. Great spot!

Great house!

We loved our two weeks at Robyn's house. I've been coming to the Vineyard for over ten years and this was one of the best houses we've stayed in. It was well-maintained, clean, full of gear, and a nice size for our group of six. The proximity to Lambert's Cove was terrific. We hope to be back soon!

Wonderful family stay

We are a family of 4 (two young children) and we absolutely loved our stay here! The property is peaceful and serene, surrounded by lush vegetation. The house is well appointed with tasteful furnishings and plenty of beach towels. The open plan living on the main floor is great, so you can cook a meal and still be part of the action. A very comfortable and lovely place to stay! And Robyn is an excellent host! She is friendly, super responsive, and easy to communicate with. An A+ vacation spot!

Our favorite place to visit

Our family of 4 has stayed at this property for many repeat visits and it never disappoints! The home is located in a quiet neighborhood a short walk from the best beach on the island. Peaceful Getaway

Excellent stay in MV

Home is in excellent proximity to Lambert's Cove beach which is probably our favorite on the island. Location on the island is perfect and private but you need a car to get around. A/C worked great on the humid island nights. We were a group of 4 adults and 3 kids. House was plenty big overall for two small families but living room was a bit cramped for everyone to relax in the evening.

Lovely house

This house is beautifully decorated in a simple but comfortable style. It is in a wooded area and you don’t see anything around you except nature. Lambert’s Cove, a gorgeous beach, is located minutes away. The homeowner was great to deal with. Highly recommend if you are looking for a serene spot on Martha’s Vineyard.

Lovely MV home. Something left to be desired.

Our family rented Duck Pond Drive for a week and had a wonderful time. The house is located in quiet area of west tisbury, away from the main towns and perfectly located near beautiful beaches and magical ponds. It was restful and nice. The bedrooms are basic but nice and the beds are very comfortable. A/C worked great and WiFi was good. What could be better: TV has very minimal channels. With our kids this meant no kids channels. I wish the TV allowed Netflix connection, as we would have no problem linking our account. This also meant no movie nights which would have been nice. The house had all the basics, but it’s clear this is a rental property, rather than a house the owners use themselves for part of summer. There was most of we needed, including boogy boards and beach chairs and umbrellas. But it lacked the feeling that “someone lives here” which I do like. I understand some people may prefer the neutral quality of a rental investment property, and that great. Lastly: we’ve used VRBO many times and this was the least communicative owner thus far. There were no major problems, granted, but when I emailed a few questions during our stay the owner didn’t response. And when I attempted to text the local keeper of the property there was no reply. I’m not sure what would have happened if we really did need to reach someone. Again this communicates to me the lack of personal touch that I typically enjoy in renting someone’s home.

Lovely house, great location

We stayed here two years ago, when the property had a different owner. We were happy to see that nothing has changed. The house is comfortable, clean, and quiet, with a beautiful garden and a great deck for outdoor dinners. All the furnishings are in good condition and the owner is responsive and gracious. Lambert's Cove is our favorite beach on the Vineyard, and it's especially great for families with younger children. Hope your stay is as nice as ours!

Perfect Vineyard retreat...

We have rented other properties and this experience truly exceeded expectations. Robyn was incredible to work with in the booking process and her home felt like our home for the week. The house was immaculate, cozy, and almost every detail taken care of. Fresh linens and towels provided, beds already made, and the basics you don't think about like toilet paper, towels, soap, hair dryer, condiments. It makes all the difference when you catch a late ferry. Central air kept us comfortable on the hot/humid days and the outdoor showers after a day at the beach were bliss. We were close enough to town and the action but felt like we were in the country with access to beautiful Lambert's Cove beach and a couple of ponds. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home. It was our best vacation on the Vineyard and we've been coming for almost 10 years!

Perfect Family Vacation Home!

We've stayed here for many years with our family and it has everything we need! It has three bedrooms plus an office, a perfect backyard porch for afternoon drinks, and most importantly it is walking distance to Lambert's Cove, Seth's Pond, and Ice House Pond. It is clean, well stocked and furnished. In the rare instance where we've had an issue it was a solved super-fast. We couldn't recommend more highly!
