The property was exactly as advertised. Very convenient to the Convention Center, restaurants, and anything else that was needed. I would not hesitate to stay at this location again.

Soring break baseball

The condo wasn"t as advertsed. The view was from the first floor contrary to the pictures. The couch was very uncomfortable. The bathroom which wasn't pictured has a spa tub and shower all in one. It dod not have any grab handles so it was difficult to get over the depth of the tub. An elderly person would have a very hard time getting in the shower.The bed was just inside the door and the door seal needs to be replaced as the light shines thirugh. Also there was no mattress pad cover on the mattess just the fitted sheet.The cabinets ddors in the kitxhen didn"t close all the way. When we came home the sink was full of suds whch we hadn't used any soap. There was also a homeless guy who confronted me as i walked in to the elevator.lobby. Apparently it was a case of we got what we paid for which was unexoected based on all the Vrbo we have tented in the past. Lesson learned

Rest and Relaxation location

We enjoyed our stay! Excellent location, great for walks on the beach and close to the boardwalk. Nice view of the palm trees and sunrise in the morning. Great communication with the host when we had to make some adjustment so thank you very much.

Nice room

Room was nice but it whoever cleaned it didn’t take the time to make sure their cleaning rags were put up. And they left hair in the bathtub. Other than that everything was nice.

Grand parents weekend

Hot tub was great. Short distance to boardwalk. Not a block away was a Starbucks. The palm trees was nice in front of the condo. Turned out to be a great weekend.

The area is wonderful and so are the pools and access to the beach. But the condo itself needs a lot of updating. And the house cleaners need to give more attention to baseboards that are black. Tv screens, mirrors. And no smoke

Boardwalk is not for AARP members-PEOPLE RELAXING

This hotel is for young families that can yell and scream all night long. We booked suite at top of hotel, they put us over the pool we could not see the beach, and heard kids till we went to bed. Facilities is being torn down. Neighbor room got locked in and they had to dismantle door and lock system took hours, kids screaming, all because of maintenance not being done. Front desk does not care about anyone. We have hundreds of condos, houses, and mansion rentals as we have need 8-10 bedrooms when we are all traveling. I am Chairman works in 55 countries. WE SUGGEST GO TO BREAKERS FIVE STAR THREE HOTELS DOWN.

We were in a situation where we needed to change condo locations quickly and this was available and the hosts were very accommodating to get us in early. Condo is nice but could use a few updates. Noise was bad from the pool directly below the condo (we had screaming kids each day and it echoed throughout). Jacuzzi tub wasNice.

The photos made the room look wonderful. The couch inside the residence is very old with stains. The room is not central air/heat there is are two large a/c units in the wall inside. The bed is located right by the door so you will hear all interactions as they pass by the door. The location was on the 1st floor so the view of the ocean was not visible due to trees being in the way. The pool water was very cloudy and there was trash and other items on the elevators. Across the street is an old broke down motel where several individuals stayed. A lot of homeless people close by and overall just not safe if you have teenagers who may just want to walk the beach. As far as the room, depending on what you like it maybe be suitable but it more like a motel 6 with a small kitchen and slight view. The couch seriously needs to go it’s nasty. The owners are very nice but obviously this is a business where money is to be made.

The only thing we liked was the bed. We slept good on the bed. The whole condo complex is very old and needs to be totally refurbished. Sooo outdated. Getting and out of the shower/tub is very dangerous to get in and out of. When you sit on the couch you sink to the floor. My husband had to help me up off of it. I will not rent there again unless things do not change.

For years, we had restaurants and took pride in great food, fast service and friendly faces. We truly enjoy making people happy and have repeat customers year after year. Our goal is to continue making people happy. We know how important it is to have a relaxing vacation. We want our guests to feel at home while staying on the beach. Thats why we have tastefully decorated our condos with that home feeling. We like to choose our guests carefully and hope to establish a relationship to last year after year. We have several units here at the Boardwalk more suited for larger families. This unit is uniquely suited for a couple with its decor. We look forward to giving our return, regular, guests special discounts after we establish our relationships with them. We chose The Boardwalk Resort for it's prime location. Located in the heart of Myrtle Beach, it is within minutes to Broadway at the Beach , The Convention Center and the Sky Wheel. The unit is within short walking distance to Starbucks, Ben and Jerry's, Dirty Don's, River City Café, Beach Bums and Soho restaurant and bar. The Boardwalk Resort is close to all of these amenities, yet far enough away as to not be overwhelmed by the crowds.

"A million-dollar view!" We enjoy sitting on the balcony in our comfortable patio chairs with a cup of coffee watching the beautiful sunrise! It is breathtaking and a relaxing peace goes along with the view. Beautiful front row seat to the amazing sunrise! Our condo is uniquely decorated and feels like a piece of home.
