Wir haben vor kurzem renoviert, so dass diese Einheit modern und komfortabel. Dies beinhaltet 2 offene Decks mit Panoramablick auf die Innenstadt von Asheville und die Blue Ridge Mountains. Beim ersten Deck haben Sie einen Gasgrill und das zweite Deck, um die atemberaubende Aussicht zu genießen. Der offene Wohn- / Esszimmer / Küche sind gut ausgestattet, damit Sie Ihre Zeit zusammen zu genießen. Es gibt 2 separate Kingsize-Schlafzimmer-Suiten an den gegenüberliegenden Enden des Apartments, die maximale Privatsphäre bieten. Just like home

Great location, immaculate condition, fabulous view, had every accessory we would need and all the supplies. Our host was very accessible and extremely helpful with any and every request. We stayed for an entire month and would do it all over again. LOVE Asheville!

Great property and location

The accommodations and location were excellent. Easy to access Asheville and surrounding areas. Host had warm cookies waiting for us and checked in after us getting in to make sure everything was acceptable. Very nice views of the city and sunsets. We would highly recommend!

Perfect Getaway!

City Lights was a perfect getaway for my husband and me. My sister and brother-in-law joined us for a few days. The property is close to so much, yet it is far enough away that you are not in the hustle and bustle of the city. We thoroughly enjoyed the decks and the mountain views. The hosts could not be nicer and more accommodating. The property was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed.

Please stay here

I can’t recommend this place highly enough. It was the perfect spot for two couples each having our own spaces while also having ample common space. We love spending time on a porch and this location has a large furnished deck with a lovely view of downtown Asheville + also overlooks a lovely naturally landscaped backyard. We were even treated to a bear sighting. Suzy is a lovely and helpful host who made our stay easy as possible.

Asheville weekend

Perfect space for two long time friends to catch up over a long weekend. The view of city and mountains was wonderful. Having two master suites was just what we needed. The kitchen was well appointed. The house and the grounds are filled with art and plants enhanced the relaxing vacation.

Backyard Beauty with city and mountain views.

It was everything that was pictured, just as homey and inviting. Suzy went beyond normal necessities, she had coffee for the coffee maker, etc. If you like nature, she has a beautiful backyard, so relaxing and lots of birds to watch. Perfect spot for a vacation with friends. Well appointed kitchen. Decks are lovely. Beautiful view complete with bear sighting! Have to be cautious pulling out of driveway due to limited visibility. Suzy was very accessible and helpful. Would definitely recommend for a trip to Asheville.

Awesome Home, Wonderful Host

My friend and I absolutely loved this home and our stay. We are both in the vacation home rental industry and this home surpassed our expectations. The host, Suzy, has gone over and beyond with tasteful and comfortable furniture and bedding, amenities and supplies. The home was immaculate and exceedingly organized, and sits in a lovingly tended garden setting with wonderful views of downtown Ashville and great sunsets from the front porch seating area. We were only 5 minutes or so (driving) from downtown where there are numerous dining, shopping and cultural opportunities. Thank you again Suzy for your helpfulness and for the cookies ,we had a well deserved relaxing and fun stay.

Fantastic accommodations

This place is absolutely beautiful inside and out. Great view of the city and the mountains. It is well stocked and inviting, all the way down to the delicious cookies on the table upon our arrival. proximity to downtown is great, but if you plan to walk downtown, you might want yo evaluate options because the highway may create some navigational challenges.

Wonderful home in the heart of Asheville

Suzy’s home is a lovely spot near downtown Asheville. The view from the porch is so serene and the home was clean and beautifully appointed. Suzy was super responsive to any of our needs. The home was a perfect location for exploring downtown, Biltmore and seeing the Grove Park Inn. We would definitely stay again!!!

The best of everything!

The property, the host, the location, the view, all amazing! Perfect for two couples. Don’t hesitate to book. We rented a car and we were short rides to the Biltmore, Downtown, and the Arboretum all decorated for Christmas! Very festive! Would absolutely stay again.

Wonder fall girls getaway!

The property exceeded all of our expectations! The location was central to everything. Check in and check out was simple. The layout was perfect for the 4 of us. The two bedrooms were separated with great bathrooms for each bedroom. The view and outdoor space was perfect! We were surprised with warm cookies waiting for us upon our arrival. You will find this to be a comfortable, modern home. There are 2 decks for many hours of relaxing and enjoy the beauty of our mountains and downtown. The living area is open and well appointed with hardwood floors and comfortable furnishings. You will find two relaxing master suites with king beds, down comforters and down pillows, and private baths, one on each side of the living space allowing complete privacy.
