Diese direkte Gulf Front Wohnung im 10. Stock in, gerade hoch genug für große beeindruckende Aussicht, ohne den lauten Strand und Pool Geräusche.

Diese zwei Schlafzimmer, zwei Bad Eigentumswohnung hat mit neuen Möbeln Fliesen überall mit frisch gestrichenen Wände aktualisiert und eingerichtet. Es hat einen herrlichen Vorderansichten direkt Golf (Strand und Pool) vom Balkon und bietet Platz für 6 mit einem (sehr komfortabel) Kingsize-Bett im Schlafzimmer, ein Queen-Size Bett im Gästezimmer und ein Schlafsofa Queen-Size-Schläfer.

Die Wohnung ist mit vielen Notwendigkeiten für Ihren fabelhaften Urlaub ausgestattet. Bettwäsche für alle Betten und ausreichend Handtücher für die Bäder zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Küche ist mit Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster und Mixer ausgestattet. Dort finden Sie auch viele nützliche Küchenutensilien zusammen mit Töpfen und Pfannen zum Kochen finden.

Erwähnenswert ist auch, dass nur 107 Tradewinds Wohneinheiten hat also der Strand ist viel weniger überfüllt als Mega-Eigentumswohnung Gebäude. Tradewinds ist etwa eine halbe Meile von einem Einkaufszentrum, das eine "Winn Dixie Lebensmittelgeschäft sowie zahlreiche andere Geschäfte (Dollar General Store und Walmart) umfasst, Restaurants und ein Notfall-medizinisches Zentrum.

Tradewinds ist etwa fünf Meilen östlich von der Kreuzung von Perdido Beach Boulevard und Highway 59. Dieses Gebiet beherbergt zahlreiche Souvenirläden, Restaurants, Familienunterhaltung (kleiner Vergnügungspark, Wasserpark, etc.). Die 'Wharf' ist auch weniger als 3 Meilen von der Wohnung entfernt.

Family Beach Trip

We stayed as a family with Grandparents, Couple and a toddler. Check-in was easy and parking was included. The condo is in a great location and nicely stocked with all the essentials. The security personnel were attentive and helpful. The pool is clean and refreshing. Since the building is smaller there are less people on the beach giving an opportunity for space. Plenty of towels and bedding. Balcony was a great space to have coffee each morning. My only suggestion would be to add additional living room furniture for lounging in a rainy day.

Newly Renovated ? That was a joke

First upon arrival, housekeeping had not finished with the sofa bed , blanket there (was it dirty or clean ) but bed was raised up with no clean linens anywhere . Sofa was so dirty we wouldn’t let kids sit on it until they brought clean linens to put over it. The 2nd bedroom ‘s sheets would not stay on the bed and after several pms we figured out they were king sheets on a queen bed and put on inside out ! The refrigerator iced over on

Great location, loved being up high in the complex, easy access to beach, clean pool, all needed supplies provided by owner The mattress on the pull out sofa bed was pretty uncomfortable. I'd suggest bringing a mattress topper. Also, there are no blinds or curtains on the sliding glass door to the balcony, so bring an eye mask for those sleeping on the sofa bed. Overall, we had a wonderful trip and the condo was great!!

Great week at the beach

The overall property is good. Great location, clean condo. Only complaints - fridge has a leak in it, water was constantly in fridge and oven. The biggest burner on stove did not work. Only the 3 small ones. This wasn't terrible but as a family that was cooking some, it made it inconvenient. Even preparing breakfast was a pain. Other than that, everything was good. A little heavy on the table decorations but we just moved out of the way.

Slice of heaven

My husband and I took a quick vacation to celebrate our upcoming 24th anniversary. When I say I booked it at the last minute... and so glad I did! The property is amazing, much better than anticipated. The view when you first walk in just melts your troubles away. The view from the balcony is to die for. We so enjoyed waking up everyday and having coffee on the balcony. Tammy is very responsive to your needs, and keeps you informed from the time you book to the time you leave. Bring your seasonings/cooking spray if you plan to cook. Also be sure to read the information Tammy sends, you may decide to bring some extra household items or pick them up while there. Kitchen is fully stock otherwise and we took full advantage of it. Even had fresh ice made when we got there. For those wondering, the bed is FIRM. Personally we loved it and we slept good in it. If you are a light sleeper, bring earplugs because the AC unit is a tad loud. We were so tired every evening it actually lulled us to sleep. The building is just the perfect size and it gives just the perfect amount of beach space to spread out. The pool was great, the beach was so clean and the water clear. We enjoyed eating at Ruby Slipper Cafe and at Mikee's Seafood. This condo will see us again. Thanks Tammy for your hospitality.

False Listing

We chose this property because it was listed as wheelchair accessible. It was anything but. I could have managed except the doors to the bathrooms were only 27" and the rooms were very narrow. I fell once trying to access the walk-in shower and got to meet some nice local firemen to pick me up. The manager apologized profusely for the inaccurate listing. I never did get to take a shower. Now if you are not mobility challenged, the condo is nice, the view is fantastic and it is conveniently located. I would give it 4 stars.

Great place right on the beach and plenty of things to do nearby! The condo was exactly as advertised! Very clean and comfy! Tammy was very prompt in answering any questions we had prior to renting and after! It was a great trip!

Nice condo with beautiful views! Very clean. Only issues were no internet, WiFi didn’t work at all. So we couldn’t watch any tv bedrooms but the living room had limited channels. Quick responses by Tammy but the check-in instructions need to be updated. No network name but a wifi password is given…but it doesn’t help if both pieces of information are not provided. Security doesn’t supply parking passes, you have to go to another location to BUY them.. Shantel D.

2022 Memorial Day Weekend Orange Beach Getaway

Our family of four (2 adults, 2 teens) stayed at this lovely property over Memorial Day Weekend. The unit is cozy but comfortable with all of the amenities that you would expect at a beachfront condo. The location was perfect for us - spacious non-crowded beach far enough away from the “mega condos” but close to shopping, entertainment, and restaurants. The property owner was extremely responsive. to our few questions … which ended up being user error on my part. Overall it was an excellent vacation property and I would highly recommend this property and property owner.

Our family loves to travel to the beach to enjoy Alabama's beautiful white sandy beaches. As a young girl, I remember traveling to Gulf Shores during spring break and the summer. It was always my dream to own a condo on the beach. After all of this time, it has come true. Our children now enjoy playing in the gulf and fishing off of the longest fishing pier in the Gulf of Mexico. After a long day on the beach, we like to find a place to dine and eat plenty of fresh seafood. We hope you decide to visit our condo and relax on the breath taking views from our unit as the sun sets every evening!

This is a very friendly and well maintained condo complex! We love the location because it is located in the center of many attractions in Orange Beach. Our family has created many wonderful memories on the beach each year. We love relaxing on the beach and eating the delicious fresh seafood. You will also enjoy this perfect location in Orange Beach.

It is centrally located and within walking distance to restaurants and fun filled family activities. Adventure Island it located directly across the road which has put-put golf, laser tag, and tons of arcade games. Souvenir shops are just around the corner. One of the greatest aspects of this condo is to watch the beautiful sunrises and sunsets from the gulf front balcony. What a way to spend time with your family and friends!!
