Ein ganzes 1500+ Quadrat / ft Haus alles für Sie!

Schönes Eckgrundstück mit Doppeldecker (Zugang zum Oberdeck über Doorwall), Deck auf der Rückseite, gestempelter Betonpatio auf der Ostseite des Hauses. 2 Schlafzimmer und 1 Loft-Bereich im Obergeschoss mit schönen Twin-Day-Bett. Zentrale Klimaanlage im ganzen Haus (Installiert Ende Juni 2016) !!!!!!!

Gehe geradeaus in die Stadt. Zentrale Lage, so ist alles, was innerhalb der Blöcke.

Wir befinden uns im Dorf zentral gelegen. Wir sind ein Block vom Strand entfernt, der über einen 60 Fuß Öffentlichkeit Zugang hat. Es ist ein weiterer Zugang der Öffentlichkeit zwei Blocks weiter, am Ende des Lake St und Old Orchard Bluff, mit einem sehr schönen Strand. Der DNR Boat Launch ist am Ende des Boynton St, und der Marina befindet sich am Ende von Huron Ave. Der Patrick Tierney Park Eingang befindet sich am Ende von Simons St. entfernt Der Park verfügt über einen langen Sandstrand, Spielgeräte, einen Picknickplatz und eine Bruchmauer zum Spazierengehen. 4 kurze Blocks zum Lexington Village Theatre.

The home was in a great location. Everything was within walking distance. The home was very clean, nice spacious backyard where our dog could run and play, and lots of beach stuff in the grage to use. We couldn't get the t v to work, but when we contacted the host, he contacted us back right away and we were able to make it. Overall we had a great time!!

Our 10-day visit to the Lexington Michigan area went well, this property was perfectly located, clean and comfortable during our stay. Beautiful Lake House is Waiting

This is our second week-long stay here, since we enjoyed the first stay so much, and it won't be our last. The house had everything we needed; it is very spacious and comfortable. Lexington is a really cute lakeside vacation spot with shops, restaurants, and the harbor on Lake Huron. The house is in a quiet residential section of town, but we could walk to everything. The propery is fenced-in and private with a nice patio.

Loved the location of the home. It was close to town but also quiet. It was just what I needed in regards to room. The fireworks in town was the icing to the cake. Peaceful family vacation

We had a wonderful vacation. This property was perfectly located. We walked downtown multiple times and the harbor, the pier, and of course the beach (daily!). My only complaint would be some lacking provisions in the kitchen. We made do (and chose to use disposable plates and cutlery to save on dishwashing), but it would be nice to have a bit more silverware. That's a pretty minor complaint! We had a great time and are hoping to return to Lexington in the future.

Lover of travel near and far :=) However, with 2 young kids and a hectic professional life sometimes our travel gets put on the backburner. In particular, our schedule makes enjoying our summer house complicated and thus we have decided to rent it out (hopefully to a family who can take advantage of life by the lake)!.

Walk right into town. Central location so everything is within blocks.

We are centrally located in the village. We are a block from the beach, which has about a 60 foot public access. There is another public access two blocks down, at the end of Lake St and Old Orchard Bluff, with a very nice beach area. The DNR Boat Launch is at the end of Boynton St, and the Marina is at the end of Huron Ave. The Patrick Tierney Park entrance is located at the end of Simons St. The Park has a long stretch of sandy beach, playground equipment, picnic area and the break wall to walk. 4 short blocks to the Lexington Village Theatre.

Brand New everything inside, kids love it, all of our renters have loved it. Close to Port Huron (Metropolitan city with everything from Target, to Meijer, to Home Depot). Sarnia Ontario is right there as well with a Casino and more!
