Nach 48 Stunden müssen die Sunriver Owners Associations (SROA) -Lager genutzt werden. Beide Lagerbereiche sind umzäunt, gesperrt (ein Schlüsselcode ist erforderlich) und 24 Stunden am Tag zugänglich. Reservierungen müssen vor Ihrer Ankunft gemacht werden. Great holiday getaway

This large home was perfect for our family gathering of adult kids and spouses. Everyone had their own bathroom and lots of game playing spaces. The only issue we had was with the fireplaces not working and Vacasa staff was very responsive in trying to get them fixed. Recommend!

June 2023 stay

Been coming for 3 years

My family loves to stay here! It’s got a great layout and sizeable bedrooms. I only give 4 stars because it’s needing a little TLC. They did replenish the cooking utensils, which we appreciated, but the dining room chairs are really falling apart, and the fridge doesn’t stay closed unless you are REALLY paying attention, which is hard to do with a large family and lots of kids. But these are small fixable things, and overall it is lovely.

Large and perfect for friends and family

Home was a great size for our friends and family for the weekend. Plenty of space with the 2 living areas and multiple bathrooms. Great entertainment options and great view right off the golf course. Only issue was the hot tub didn't appear to be cleaned. Seemed like it needed a chlorine shock and some scum cleaned off the top of the water. Otherwise fantastic and we will keep this location in mind for our next trip.

Nice home and open living areas

Very nice overall. Very open and nice both upstairs and downstairs. Great for big families. Good location , about 15 minute bike ride to village /SHARC. A few items that could be addressed (1) the door to deck in master bedroom doesn’t lock or latch, kind of uneasy feeling (2) no broom to sweep floor (3) carpet a little dirty/stained (4) no metal spatula for bbq (5) bikes in garage need tune up (6) no thermometer to cook meat on bbq. (7) chair in kitchen has broken arm rest. All chairs should be checked

An immaculate house in a stunningly beautiful location.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything a person could possibly want was right there. Our jaws dropped when we drove up the driveway. We were shocked at the size and immaculate presence of the house. Every amenity imaginable was there. Even the technology in the house was extremely user friendly. Of course the location was unbeatable. We hope to come back again and again!!!

I love this house but.......

We have stayed here before in the summer. I love the size and location. There are several things in the house that needs updating. Neither fireplace worked. Only one burner on the stove worked (this was the case last summer when we stayed and thought it would get fixed). The ice maker is frozen over and the fridge doesn’t keep things cold. For the price, those things should be fixed.

Great layout, needs some TLC

This is our second year staying at this home and it works really well for two families with kids. The layout and rooms are great and the large living spaces are fun. However the house needs some maintenance-the grill is pretty bad and the stove burners don't work all that well. Minor inconveniences only though. We would certainly stay again!

Awesome Home on the Woodlands Golf Course Fairway Edge

Great location. Rooms were spacious. Bottom room was great for entertaining. Decks were spacious. We will definitely book this home again but later in the month of June.

Loved this one

Spacious home, beautiful site, lots of bikes and dishes etc. Hot tub wasn’t working and a few other minor things like dimmer switches, but we had a fabulous time after switching from a undesirable place we had booked. Thanks for accommodating our needs. We paid more for this and it was worth it.

Great house, not great management

This house is really well maintained and stocked for a few families! Excellent living spaces to accommodate an adult space and a kid space, good bedroom situations. And it DOES include SHARC passes, although you wouldn't know it from any of the house materials (they are hanging in Laundry room). We couldn't find the passes and made multiple inquires and took vacasa and sunriver over 24 hours to get back to us, meaning we didn't have SHARC access the only day the SHARC was open during our stay. Obviously we could have found them ourselves, but we didn't, there were no notes anywhere about their location, and it shouldn't have taken over 24 hours for someone to help us. The hot tub also stopped working. We called the number provider on the sign by the hot tub but that also took 24 hours (less of a big deal to us, and I appreciate that 24 hours is good for hit tub repair). Definitely worth booking for two families w kids but don't expect a ton of service

Great house!

We loved that there was a bedroom for each of our married children and their own bathroom as well. The house was so massive that baby grandchildren could nap and not be disturbed. The only negative thing is the refrigerator and freezer did not work, but Vacasa brought over a backup frig that was put in the garage. Not very convenient but at least our food was cold.

Enjoyed our stay

Nice place. Dated, but clean. Nice deck overlooking the golf course. Plenty of space for our everyone to spread out. Ice maker in the freezer is frozen solid. We tried to break up the ice but it was so thick we were afraid we might break the ice maker so we stopped. We had to buy bagged ice all week. One of the 10 SHARC passes was missing when we arrived and was not replaced while we were there. If you need all 10 SHARC passes suggest you ask if it has been replaced before you arrive.

Nice but improvements needed

We had a blast! The nice place, the bike rides, and beautiful scenery was completely satisfying. There were some complications, however, that we’d like to pass on to help promote future 100% visitor satisfaction. When arriving we used hydrogen peroxide to clean the door handles, switches, etc., and found that the front door was difficult to open by our teenagers and had a thick coating of greasy dirt on it. Usually we would not be this particular, but due to grandpa being with us and COVID-19 a higher level of discretion was being applied. Immediately, when attempting to use the fridge for rehydration found the icemaker a complete solid block of ice. We had to melt the block in the sun over a day’s period time, then confirmed it worked fine. The morning after arrival, when using the primary bathroom shower, we found the drain was completely blocked. I used the toilet plunger to remove a 3x3 block of hair, and muck, that then allowed the water to go down the drain. Truly disgusting, but unfortunately necessary. Halfway thru the visit the internet service stopped functioning. Due to need and background, I received approval from residential tech support to call in on their behalf to provide tier one support which determined that the outdated hardware had failed and that a replacement ARRIS modem/WiFi router was needed. After an expedite from administrative services, the next day the service was back up – shifting from 4/2 Mbps to 50/5 Mbps. Quite a service upgrade, which shows how outdated the 10-year-old modem needing replacement was! The gas stove spark-lighting function only worked with one burner, requiring use of matches to ignite the other three. Inconvenience that probably with unit maintenance/cleaning could be resolved. Along with the original COVID-19 cancelation, and rescheduling to a rental that was canceled for availability four hours before check-in due to an apparent deck collapse, led to complications ( loss of sauna availability in the previous chosen rental home) and additional taxes/administrative costs that exceeded what we originally were expecting for this vacation. We know that without purchasing insurance that could not be avoided, but that it be good to note in this feedback report. In general, we recommend that Vacasa consider incorporating an annual general long-term maintenance service of which evaluates functionality of facility, i.e., internet, utilities, etc., to help mitigate risk of the above complication occurring with residents. All in all we enjoyed ourselves, though I felt, as a visitor, I had to take on excessive emergency maintenance that would best be provided by facility owners or management services.

Great stay!

Been coming to Sunriver for 20 years. Certainly one of the better properties we’ve ever stay at. Not happy about the taxes fees and other charges that double the cost of the house but we’d come back.

Great value and amenities

This house exceeded our expectations, as it was more spacious than I realized it would be. The hot tub was great to have, and the fact there were two separate living rooms to enjoy different activities in was a bonus. Having many bikes available was a huge benefit as well, since it's the best way to get around Sunriver. I would definitely consider staying there again in the future.

Beautiful home, great location

We used the house for our annual family Sunriver vacation. The Grand kids loved the house especially the downstairs entertainment center and the Sharc paases were a definatehit. We are lookingforward toreturning next year.

Could be a great place.....but

The carpet was very dirty. There was mold in the master bath shower so it was not used. The faucets in the master and bath off the kitchen need to be repaired. There was a dirty pillowcase with lipstick on it on the bed. There was some kind of frozen red goo on the shelf in the freezer. The bottom drawer in the refrigerator is broken and falls out when it is opened. Many of these issues were mentioned in a previous review but I assumed they would have been addressed. The deck is great. The space is good. It could be a great place if it was properly cleaned and maintained. The bathrooms could use an upgrade.
