Lakefront Home 8Br 5Bath (für 24 Personen). Freie Sicht auf den Michigansee und 200 Schritte zum besten Teil des Sheridan Beach. Feuerstelle draußen (Propan), WIFI, Terrasse mit großem Weber-Gasgrill, Holzkamin usw. Untere Ebene (Ausstieg) wurde gerade mit LR, 3BR, neuem Badezimmer und Frontladerwäscherei überarbeitet. Erster Stock auch gerade erneuert - neue Küche, Bad und Holzböden! Zweiter und dritter Stock beide nagelneu - zweiter Stock mit vier Schlafzimmern und zwei Bädern und zwei der Schlafzimmer haben Glasschiebetüren zum Deck mit Blick auf den See! Wendeltreppe zum dritten Stock Loft / Schlafzimmer für viele Kinder mit Glasschiebetüren zu einem anderen riesigen Deck. Alle Etagen mit großen Terrassen mit herrlichem Blick auf den Michigansee. Der Strand ist praktisch privat, am anderen Ende des öffentlichen Strandes von Michigan City. Stand Up Paddle Boards und einige Rettungswesten stehen für Sie bereit.

Girls Weekend

The house is amazing! So much space for people to sleep. Everything was clean. The only suggestion that I would have is to have more bar stools to be in the kitchen for people to sit around. I know the island is small but people still always congregate in the kitchen and it would be nice to have more bar stools!

Great family vacation!

House is beautiful clean and well maintained. Very comfortable bed and furniture, well stocked kitchen and plenty of towels. The beach is absolutely gorgeous. The only thing I would mention is the steps to basement and driveway are quite steep. But over not a big issue. Would definitely recommend and will hopefully return someday!

Location and lake views great. Cleanliness and attention to detail lacking.

Suggestions: better cleaning company, add safety features like tub mats/bars, Kleenex in bathrooms, basement bedrooms need some work so you don’t feel like you’re in a basement.

Great getaway with friends

We had a reunion with friends and stayed at this home for a Notre Dame game. The house and location were perfect! Stunning views, beautiful home and plenty of space for our group of 16. Our property manager answered any questions immediately. I would highly recommend.

2nd Successful trip here!

This is the second year we have stayed here and it was great just like the first year! The beach has amazing sand and sand bottom in lake and not crowded at all! Lots of beach chairs to use at the house so we didn't have to bring ours. Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms so we didn't have any issues with being crowded. It was great to have a second fridge on bottom level too! We will be staying here again!

Family Reunion

The house was nice and worked well for our group. We really enjoyed our time there. The only bad point were the downstairs bedrooms. We realize this isn’t a hotel but the rooms downstairs need some updating. All the other floors were really great bright and airy. Good chance we will rent again. Thank you so much!

Another beautiful week at the Lake

This was our 4th year enjoying this property. We love the openness of the floor plan since we like to gather in the mornings for our coffee. The multiple floors allow each family to have an area of the house with their own bathroom and bedrooms. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and cooking utensils. The house is also well stocked with beach items like chairs, places to wash your feet off, and a lovely wood walk to get to the dune. The walk to the beach was a walk in nature-birds, deer, and rabbits (an eagle in the distance). The beach was clean and big-lots of sand. We love this house and always enjoy our stay.

Treasured memories

It doesn't get any better than this. This is our 3rd time staying at this location. I host my siblings and their children and grandchildren. It is perfect for large group dining and great conversation, either on the deck or in the large dining area. Direct access to the lake is the game changer. Most of the fam stay in their own VRBO's but arrive daily for meals and beach. The house is always updated, clean and bright. We never run out of hot water and the A/C is perfect. I hope to come every 4th of July! The kids have a wonderful time reconnecting with their cousins. Thank you for the wonderful memories that we are creating again and again each year.

BEST beach & BEST house!!

We came with 20 people ranging in ages from 6-80 years old and every one had an amazing time. The house has a great kitchen with a gas range, 2 refrigerators in the house and a large table enough for all of us to fit. The beach was amazing with gorgeous sunsets and lots of beautiful rocks for the kids and adults to find. The teens loved the paddle boards and the younger kids loved the sand toys. There were also more than enough board games for our late nights away from the beach. Trying to please 20 people is no easy feat but this house really made its mark on all of us and created forever memories. We can’t wait to go back!

Great Location!

My big family and I had a great time here. I love that the property had private access to the beach. Just a short walk over the dune then your at your own private beach. Huge sandy area to play, run, lounge. The sunsets were amazing. The views from the deck were spectacular. The price was reasonable compared to other overpriced properties. I hope it will stay that way. The whole family wanted to come back again next year.

The location of this house is amazing- the views over the dune and lake, easy quick walk to beach. Loved having the beach chairs for the group and enjoyed the paddle board. Large dining table for group meals. Two fridges accommodated food and drink for the group for the long weekend.

Family Lake Michigan trip

All adults on this trip overall the house was as described and Todd was quick to respond to any question we had. The parking is difficult but manageable. The one thing I think needs done is some lighting near the basement door. We did have an AC problem while we were there I called Todd and the next morning the HVAC guy arrived and had it fixed in about 30 minutes. The bedrooms in the basement are pretty dark but do serve as extra sleeping space the other bedrooms are very nice. There was a lot of outdoor space to enjoy and the beach was a short walk over the dune. There were a lot of games to play not a lot of space for dry food items in the kitchen. The bathrooms could use some shelving or hooks for towels. Overall the basement could use some brightening up but the rest of the house was nice. We had a great time visiting the area.

Big house, private beach, great for large groups!

The property was incredible! Plenty of beds, fully stocked kitchen was great for home cooked meals, and plenty of beach chairs for the whole group! The beach is just a short walk away and is private, providing plenty of quiet time for your group to hangout uninterrupted. The house was huge and had plenty of seating options for everyone to gather for dinner inside or outside, games around the table, or around a fire outside. There are lots of things to do in town but we recommend spending as much time at the beach as you can. We will definitely come back to this house again!

It's ON THE WATER!! Totally remodeled now HUGE vintage beach cottage with decks facing the water and all the modern amenities (like AIR CONDITIONING!). Lots of windows and light. Walk to the water and enjoy unobstructed views of Lake Michigan along the best and most private section of Michigan City's beautiful beach!
