Diese gut ausgestattete ländliche Scheune ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt und befindet sich am Stadtrand von Audley, North Staffs. Einfacher Zugang zum Dorf und zur M6 (3 m); Crewe Station (8 m), Stoke Station (9 m).

Great Family Friendly Cottage
This cottage is ideal for a family of up to 8. The facilities are excellent for example the games room is ideal for the younger kids and I even found out that some of the family can actually play the piano. Audley is well located for entertainment for the family Ski Centre, Waterworld and Inflato all within 15 mins drive.

A wonderful welcoming home
Luisa and family went above and beyond, from messages and emails before our arrival including a comprehensive guide on the house and local area to checking all was good throughout our stay (they live next door). This is not a show home, this is a practical house, perfect for families to enjoy without worry of breaking or touching things they shouldn’t! They made us feel extremely welcome and went above and beyond to visit a neighbouring farm for my tractor obsessed 4yr old! The house was spacious and suited our party well, they had thought of everything and apart from getting to grips with cooking on the aga, the whole stay was effortless. The playroom and extensive supply of indoor and outdoor toys made for an easy stay with four happy children (4-12yrs). The house is a much loved family home, filled with character but with all basic mod cons that you may need. It was easy to find, park and navigate round the local area. The lane provided its own entertainment with tractors and horses riding passing every day. We spent a day at Bewilderwood which we would highly recommend, we also managed a quick trip to the Emma Bridgewater factory with its stunning gardens and cafe! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property or stay again in the future. They are the most attentive hosts we have stayed with and our only disappointment was we couldn’t stay a little longer!

Best Xmas ever!!
We spent 4 nights at this amazing cottage over the Xmas holidays. My Granddaughters are 11, 8 and 4 so they were really excited to spend Xmas altogether. It was magical!! A Xmas tree in the open fireplace and beautiful decorations scattered around the living area. Kitchen was spa ious enough for 5 adults to cook Xmas Dinner together. The family played together in the garden which just added to the magic. We didn't stop smiling and laughing from the minute we arrived. Luisa was a wonderful host, selection boxes, lemon drizzle cake and oatcakes upon arrival. She really has thought of everything ... from toys and games to umbrellas and torches. Her communication was on point but she also respected our Privacy. It was that perfect we have booked for Xmas 2023. You will not be disappointed ... the knly disadvantage is that we had to leave. Thank you Luisa ... we will see you next Xmas 🎅 🎄 🧑‍🎄

Just Bliss
Stunning Cottage & Surroundings, Excellent Wifi, Warm & Cosy within. Everything worked as it should. Luisa Greeted us with a warm smile and a warm welcome, Genuine caring Host. We only had a mini break. But will certainly have a longer stay next time. I would strongly recommend a visit to "Hall farm shop" Alsager. They sell Fresh local produce which tasted Delicious. The "Courtyard Cafe" which is next to it serves one of the best ever Breakfasts too and food Delicious. Only 10 minutes away in car. I would highly recommend a stay at Luisa & Geoffs Cottage. You will "Not be dissapointed. Until next time Ant & Paula. xx

Trip to Audley in the Country - 10 days
Lovely area and great for families and awesome for families that need a 4 bedroom place to stay. Quiet in the countryside great for walking/ running, close to the A500. Luisa the property manager is so awesome to deal with goes above and beyond for you. You will need a vehicle as is off the bus route would be the only thing.

We had a lovely stay at Park Farm. So much space and toys for the kids to play with. Luisa went above and beyond even putting our shopping away before we got there! The takeaway chinese was a highlight too. Great stay

The house was lovely, with everything we needed and a great outside space for the children to enjoy, as well as lots of toys and games for them. Communication was great and the owners were on hand to help and offer recommendations for places to eat (the Broughton was lovely!).

Perfect family stay.
This property was accurately described and was perfect for a family get together. We found it to be very welcoming and comfortable. It is in a rural area with a large garden and lots of toys and games. The house was clean and well equipped and the games room and piano were a great bonus. The owners couldn’t have been more helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for Louisa who lives next door and was very welcoming. I highly recommended this property.

This property has been perfect at meeting our needs. With 3 young children the outside space and the games room have been a godsend. With staying over Christmas, Luisa put decorations up and her husband visited the children as father Christmas. They have been fantastic hosts, going above and beyond to to ensure we had everything we needed. Recommend this property

Audley - August 2020
Having driven for nearly 5 hours with 2 young boys we were delighted that the property was as lovely as we had anticipated. The garden was a fabulous space to let off steam and Luisa and Geoff provide for all ages - sit on cars/tractors/football nets and, to the delight of our two grandsons, a very large paddling pool. The cottage is a relaxing space with a superbly fitted out kitchen - you really do not need to take anything. We had rematches of pool and football and played lots of games. The cottage, while in idyllic countryside, is a stone's throw from numerous attractions - Chester Zoo, Peak Cavern and Emma Bridgewater! This has been our best Homeaway holiday to date (and a staycation) - Luisa is warm and welcoming and nothing is too much trouble even providing the boys with carrots to feed the horses. One of our highlights was going blackberry picking with the 9 year old and making a blackberry and apple crumble in the raburn - we felt like the Larkins! A wonderful holiday, fabulous cottage, amazing location, lovely host and, I musn't forget, Billie the cat who was the centre of much attention. We cannot recommend this cottage too highly - fabulous.

Christmas in the cottage!
We stayed from Xmas eve until Boxing Day and had a really lovely family experience. The cottage had everything we needed and hosts so lovely. Christmas Day walk around the beautiful village was great! Definitely recommend and we’re already planning next year!

We had a really nice stay at this house.
Very nice stay and the boys had enough room to play football. Even when it’s raining there is loads to do inside for the kids so parents can have a nice quiet moment for theof selves ;-)

Wonderful place for a family
We chose this place for a family gathering and it worked beautifully for us. The children especially loved the games room, large garden and multitude of toys. Yes, the rayburn oven was a bit of a challenge, but Luisa was very helpful with that (and very helpful and welcoming about everything). The 538 square feet currently mentioned on the website must be only one of the two floors, if that, as the cottage is considerably roomier than that suggests (as I had already guessed from the description and photos).

The property was ideal for our family get together, we managed to get used to the aga but the shower was another thing, we were unable to adjust the water temperature . We used the bath instead no problems with that. The games room was good for the kids and our 5 year old loved the toys and her animal bed linen. Thanks for making us so welcome the location was ideal too, with plenty of places to visit just a short drive away.

3 generations stayed at the cottage over Easter. The garden and house had everything we needed for our 3 night stay. The kitchen was well equipped and we even got used to the Rayburn! Our granddaughter really enjoyed the Easter egg hunt organised by Luisa and there were plenty of toys both inside and outside. We all enjoyed the oatcakes! The cottage is in easy reach of Nantwich and Crewe. We would recommend this cottage. Many thanks to Luisa for making us feel so welcome.

What a lovely place to stay. From the minute we arrived and were greeted by Luisa and a chocolate cake we knew we had made the right choice. We had booked as we wanted to see some sights in the Staffordshire countryside so were using the cottage as a base. What we actually got was a home, with great bedrooms for us and the boys, a games room, a well stocked kitchen, immaculate bathrooms and a large garden to allow the boys to run around in once we had got out of the car. Luisa was on hand to offer suggestions on places to go as well as if there were any issues with the cottage. We talked to her about the first but not the second - there was nothing wrong, when there are local oatcakes in the fridge what else can you ask for! With so much to do in the area (Alton Towers is next) and such a great place to stay we will definitely be back and have already recommended it to our friends.
