Im Herzen des 6. Arrondissements wird Sie diese „gehobene“ Wohnung von 70 m2 am Fuße eines alten Kavalleriehofs mit ihrem Komfort, ihren Räumen, der dort herrschenden Ruhe und schließlich ihrer idealen Lage in vollem Umfang verführen das Herz des besten Viertels von Paris.

Mit seinen 2 großen Schlafzimmern (für 4 Personen), seinem geräumigen 30 m² großen Wohnzimmer mit Kamin und seiner geschmackvollen Einrichtung können Sie nur in dieser Wohnung einen angenehmen Aufenthalt verbringen, in der wir gerne Zeit verbringen und uns um die Dekoration gekümmert und darüber nachgedacht haben Praktikabilität. Perfect for our needs!

This place is a perfect location for easily seeing Paris. Property managers were very responsive and helpful in every way. They made our stay easy and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

Good Location but disappointing condition!

We liked the location very much and the property manager was very friendly but spoke very little English. The real issues were a freezer that did not work and poor bedding quality. It also had a smokers odor.

Great Baae for Exploring all of Paris

Great location, lots of room

This heart of Paris location is close to the metro and steps away from several restaurants. The living room and bedrooms are spacious. We enjoyed our stay and would select it again!

The perfect Paris apartment

What a wonderful place to stay. The neighborhood is great. Walking distance to many shops and restaurants as well as scenic sites. The apartment itself is spacious and cozy. Bedrooms are a great size. The kitchen has everything you need. I would stay at this place again anytime loved it!

Perfect location

This apartment was in the perfect location to allow us to enjoy Paris. In the city yet comfortable and quiet. Daca acted as concierge and was extremely helpful. Next time in Paris, this is a here we’ll stay.

We had a great week in this lovely and charming apartment. It was especially nice to return to this calm location after a busy day on crowded streets and museums. We love the neighborhood with so many nice restaurants and cafes. We hope to return!

Very Nice Location and Loved the Concierge

My daughter and I really enjoyed our stay at this property. Wonderful location and, because it is off the street -- very quiet. Bedrooms are spacious. We were lucky with the weather - not very cold. We really liked Daca, the concierge for the property, and we would stay here again.

Perfect Paris Stay!

Four friends had a wonderful stay in this charming apartment. We loved the exposed beams and rich carpets. The location was superb, close to shops, food, and several metro stations. Getting around was super easy. Daca, who met us when we arrived, was very helpful in every way! Would love to return to this apartment!

Lovely light-filled apartment!

This outstanding light-filled apartment felt like a well-loved home, with windows on three sides and upholstered armchairs around a fireplace. The bedrooms were spacious and very comfortable. With access off a large courtyard, there was absolute quiet inside, yet a lively street scene with many options of restaurants just next door and across the road. The concierge Daca was excellent, readily available and so helpful. On our next visit to Paris, we would not look elsewhere but return again to this gem.

Great apartment in the best of locations

As the title says, this really nice 2 bedroom apartment is great! Ample space, nicely decorated and at the end of a private enclosed alley, next to a church. Super quiet, cosy, well equipped, concierge is super nice! Beautiful place really. But it’s the location that gives this listing a big extra: on one of the most beautiful streets of Paris, with lots of excellent restaurants, cafes, pastry shops, taverns, etc. Absolutely recommended.

Wonderful location and charming, comfortable apartment

We truly enjoyed our stay here. Convenient location for seeing Paris sites, eating out, stores, transportation. Neighborhood is mostly locals, not tourist hotels. The apartment was well stocked, charming and comfortable. Communication prior to arrival was prompt although some challenge with translation to English. The check in process was a a little confusing due again to different language but all worked out. There is some construction going on in the building apartment is in and also in the courtyard but was not a problem to us during our stay.

The Best of Authentic France

We very much enjoyed the Paris apartment. It was nostalgic and authentic feeling with its beautiful rafters on the ceilings. The artwork was very old and very unique. Our beds were comfortable and we cooked breakfast several days during our stay. Many of the main attractions of Paris, such as the Eiffel tower were within walking distance, but, if your energy level is not tiptop, you may want to take other transportation. We enjoyed our stay, there were four adults and plenty of room to move around in the apartment.

Nice and comfortable

Fairly centrally located for what we needed. Property manager is a jewel. We had a bit of a communication mixup at the beginning, but it was quickly resolved by owner. Very quick communication from both owner and property manager. Comfortable apartment and it was spacious. There is no elevator, but even with all our luggage, it wasn’t a big deal. All in all, a very nice stay.

Good quiet location

Very quiet and wonderful neighborhood. Spacious apartment that needs some work. Stuffing coming out of chair and lighting very poor in living area and bedroom. Washing machine leaves clothes soaking wet. Bathroom needs to be thoroughly cleaned. Mold in the corners.

No frills apartment in an older building

The owner is very nice and accommodating. As we were arriving early, he instructed the local lady who manages the property to let us in early. She did her best to accommodate our needs, though communication can be a challenge if you don't speak French. While the location of the home is in one of the prime neighborhoods, the complex is pretty old, pretty empty and with limited amenities (e.g., missed AC on hot days). While they do their best to keep the property clean, it is just an old, run down apartment and complex. You have to carry the luggage up the stairs in a windy staircase. Also, it seemed like the metro wasn't as close as we thought (could have been where we were going).
