Unser Strandhaus ist perfekt gelegen, um zu Fuß die besten Orte zu erreichen, die Huntington Beach zu bieten hat. Wir sind 3 Häuserblocks von den Restaurants der Main Street, 5 Häuserblocks vom Huntington Beach Pier und dem Fahrradweg sowie 6 Häuserblocks vom neuen und wunderschönen Einkaufs- und Restaurantzentrum von Pacific City entfernt. Wir sind auch 25 Minuten nach Disneyland, Knotts Berry Farm und unzähligen anderen Zielen.

Unser zweistöckiges Einfamilienhaus ist hell und sonnig und verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer, 2,5 Bäder mit Upgrades im gesamten Gebäude sowie über sehr komfortable Sitzbereiche im Freien. Dies ist unser Zufluchtsort und verfügt über alle Details und Annehmlichkeiten, die dafür sorgen, dass Sie sich auch unterwegs wie zu Hause fühlen. Die Homie Touches werden Sie entspannen lassen und sicherstellen, dass Sie alles haben, was Sie brauchen, um Ihren Aufenthalt zu genießen, während Sie Huntington Beach erkunden.

Alle drei Schlafzimmer sowie 2 Badezimmer befinden sich im Obergeschoss. Unten befindet sich ein offener Raum von vorne nach hinten, mit Küche, Familienzimmer und Wohnbereichen im Freien, die für einfache Familientreffen und das in Kalifornien so beliebte Leben im Freien geeignet sind. Es gibt einen Grill- und Essbereich im Hintergrund, wo Sie im Sommer im Freien kochen und essen können. Es gibt Parkplätze in der Garage und einen Platz hinter der Garage für Ihre Nutzung. Die Kinder können draußen spielen, während Sie im Hinterland entspannen. Für den Strand gibt es ein Wave Storm- (8 Fuß) und ein Sushi-Surfbrett (5 Fuß) sowie zwei Buggy-Bretter, vier Stühle, einen Kühler, einen Regenschirm, Sandspielzeug und einen Strandkarren. Nach einem Tag am Strand können Sie die warme Außendusche genießen. Dies ist Strandleben von seiner besten Seite.

Great Beach Vacation

We used this house as a home base for the beach and parks. It is about a 10 minute walk to the beach and restaurants. We didn't bring a car and walked/uber'd everywhere (very doable). The bikes and beach toys are great. Would definitely stay here again if we were in the area.

House is NOTHING as pictured.

I cannot believe the reviews this home gets. Nothing was as stated. I took videos and pictures and honestly the owner should be reported. Curtains were netting with big rips in them. The MBR shade was ripped off and half hanging down, none of the bedding is as shown, the bunk mattresses are held up by cardboard, the guest bedroom with the window seat looked like someone had vomited and then I was just covered up with a pillow, the furniture in the family room is OLD crusty leather, not ones in pics, LR couch filthy, no appliances worked, toaster actually sparked and burnt the toast, the dishwasher did not work at (there were dirty dishes in it when we arrived), microwave made sparking noises, coffee makers didn’t work, half of the cooking utensils are rusted and unusable, the fire pit is wood burning -not mentioned nor provided, outside area in the front was FILTHY - a man just showed up the next day and hosed it down, outdoor furniture filthy, backyard had trash all over, dead plants in pots knocked over, filthy table and chairs - these people are charlatans the way they pictured the house on VRBO.Now the safety violations. ALL the smoke detectors were taken off - one was sitting on the staircase, one was sitting on a shelf in the DR, the carbon monoxide detector was taken apart sitting on f/p mantle, around stove only metallic paper on walls that was falling off, and container of ROUNDUP was above the refrigerator! These owners need to be reported and can’t on VRBO 😡😡

Perfect location

This house is a great spot if you are planning on exploring downtown Huntington. We came down for the air show and it was perfect. Could easily walk everywhere we wanted to go.

Amazing location and very clean large house for families

We had a great time. Lots of places to eat nearby. We walked to everything from our rental. Close enough to walk but not too close to hear downtown activities. Loved it

Great location

This property is in a great location however this property could use TLC. Couch in family room in horrible condition, bathroom fixtures falling off, “toilet roll holder” kept falling off. Outside patio front and back is filthy old dead plants in pots, trash in corners and patio furniture is old. Really needs some attention inside and out.

Great space with easy access to everything!

We had 6 adults staying for a beach ultimate tournament over a long weekend. We found the house had plenty of comfortable space for everyone, was very clean, and had all the amenities we needed (including dishwasher). 1 block from a convenience store & easy walking to great restaurants. The bikes (with locks) were great for getting down & around the beach. When we return to Huntington Beach, Bianca's place is at the top of our list!

Great location close to Main St/pier

Our family enjoyed our stay overall and the layout of the home and garage parking were terrific. Only 2 TV's were available and only 1 allowed us to add our own channels. Internet worked best in all rooms except master bedroom and based on check in book in the home, there was supposed to be two separate Wifi's which were not set up. Communication with Bianca was prompt which was great since the code provided to enter the home did not initially work and two new codes had to be given. The master bedroom facing Lake St was noisy at night (mainly the sound of cars and people talking/walking by) which is funny because the immediate area was very quaint and quiet and the rest of the home was very quiet too. Location is perfect to walk to everything HB has to offer!

Nice HB get away

Great location and short walking distance to beach. Thank you for the use of the beach chairs, bikes, wagon and beach toys. Overall a decent property with just a few minor tweaks and it would be perfect. I would like to note that no a/c was a bit uncomfortable so make sure you know that if that’s important to you as you book your vacation. Bianca was very responsive. Thank you.

Perfect place for a family visit

Spacious Beach House

Convenient location for Huntington Beach and surrounding areas. We used as a “base” for exploring the area. Another couple stayed with us and there was plenty of space for privacy without feeling cramped. Plenty of beach toys/bikes to use.

Great value for Huntington Beach area and for groups or families!

We loved this house!! It was more than comfortable for our family of 6 (2 adults and 4 teens). The house is located a very easy 5-7 minute walk to restaurants and bars and the beach. We walked to beach and Main Street every day. Even though we didn’t drive much, it was nice to have a garage to park in plus an extra parking space as well. Also it was very convenient to be able to use the bikes, chairs, wagon, etc. in the garage (the bikes could use a little maintenance or wd40). The house is very big, stylish, clean, organized and upgraded throughout, but there was a little wear and tear here and there (stains on furniture, torn window screens, wear on doors and floors, broken pantry handle, etc..). But to be honest I think it made us feel MORE comfortable like it was a friend’s family home at the beach instead of a Vrbo pristine work of art we had to tip toe through so we didn’t break anything for fear of being charged, if you know what I’m saying! Be aware, the house does NOT have air conditioning but we went in March so it was still pretty cool outside. I would probably not rent this in the peak of the summer myself but maybe it would be fine in the summer evenings. We cracked open the windows to keep it very cool at night because we are like bears. That worked but it is a bit trafficky outside so we ran the provided fans for white noise and that helped. It you aren’t looking for perfection, but want a beautiful and comfortable beach home for your family especially with kids, this is the place for you. The rates are so reasonable!! I felt like I got a bargain. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home. Look forward to coming back.
