Diese Einheit in Ocean Beach Cottages ist eine fantastische luxuriös renovierte Einheit im Erdgeschoss mit herrlichem Blick auf den Strand, den Pier und die Sonnenuntergänge. Dieses Gerät verfügt über einen großen privaten Vorgarten und eine private Terrasse hinter dem Haus. Gehen Sie über die Straße zum Strand! Hören Sie den Wellenschlag und beobachten Sie die Pelikane, die über den Pier fliegen.

Diese Einheiten wurden im Jahr 2016 komplett renoviert. Die luxuriösen 2 Schlafzimmer mit großen Holzböden verfügen über ein großes Wohnzimmer mit Aussicht, einen Gaskamin und einen an der Wand montierten Fernseher mit Surround-Sound und Kabel-TV sowie WLAN. Französisch Türen öffnen sich zum Vorgarten mit herrlichem Blick auf das Meer, entspannen Sie sich und beobachten Sie die Wellen am Strand.

Das Esszimmer bietet Blick auf den Pier und einen großen Tisch mit der Frühstücksbar, die zur Küche führt. Die Küche verfügt über Arbeitsplatten aus recyceltem Glas und Küchengeräte aus Edelstahl.

Die Hauptschlafzimmer-Suite verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett, eine private Terrasse und einen an der Wand montierten TV. Das 2. Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett. Alle in einem gehobenen Strandthema eingerichtet.

Dieses Gerät verfügt über einen privaten Gasgrill, einen großen Tisch im Freien, eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner, einen DVD-Player, 2 Boogie-Boards und 2 Liegestühle sowie 4 Strandtücher. Auf dem Grundstück gibt es Sandspielzeug und Sonnenschirme.

Great location and cute house
For the most part, we really enjoyed our stay. The house is great for a family or group of friends. The location was central to everything we wanted to do, we were within walking distance of the beach, and the yard on the downstairs units was great for hanging out. The unit also came with beach toys for our use. The biggest drawback was that we could not get ahold of the property manager. She sent me messages about the check in process but when I reached back out with question about check in and parking, we never heard back from her. The handle in the master bath was also broken but I wasn’t able to report it to her since she didn’t respond to any of my other messages. Still overall mostly pleasant experience though.

Love the beach proximity
We had a great stay, house was clean and fully stocked. It was great to walk to the beach every day and it was very centrally located to everything. Only issue to call out was the airport noise. It was much louder than expected, maybe bc it was a holiday weekend or maybe bc it was foggy mornings and evenings but it was loud on Sunday and Monday, Tues was much quieter. Parking was fine to share a spot except the last night, Tues. The other car had to get out early for the airport so I couldn’t park there and it was street cleaning day Wed morning so we struggled for a spot

Ocean Beach condo
The condo was great, clean, and well appointed. However the description of Ocean Beach was not accurate. The beach was dirty with trash and urine smells. Homeless people on every corner wherever you walked. Wednesday night they said there was a Farmers market with music. All it was was a 1969 Woodstock party on the beach. People openly smoking weed and doing other drugs. I've live in California my entire life and never have seen a dirtier beach and unwelcome transients everywhere. Will never go back. Very embarrassing bringing friends from out of town to see this mess.

Great location and lovely outdoor areas
Great location can walk to beach, pier, bars and restaurants, coffee houses, shopping, and party stores. We really enjoyed the front yard nice table and chairs to sit at. My grandchildren and the adult family members enjoyed being outdoors here. Great Farmers Market on Wednesday. Beds were very comfortable. Showers worked well. Only suggestion is to update the furniture in living area and the kitchen stools.

Very very dirty apartment
I was surprised how dirty the apartment was and the host did not even bother to respond when I messaged her about it. All beds had stains and bunch of hair in it. Rugs and floors still dirty with crumbs. Pillows, couch, and chairs are covered in stains and smells disgusting. Back gate door been broken the entire time. Only things we liked was how easy was check in and how close it was to the beach. Overall i wouldnt book this place again.

Friends Getaway
My friends and I were looking to get away and relax for a few days, and this Cottage was perfect! Communications with the host were easy. The check in process was seamless. The Cottage was clean and big enough to comfortably sleep 5 adults. The location was great! Ocean views from the windows, a quick walk to the beach and to downtown Ocean Beach, a short drive to Pacific Beach or Downtown San Diego, and easy access to the airport. My only wish is that we stayed longer! I hope everyone staying here enjoys this Cottage as much as we did.

Great property and experience
It was a clean unit with close access to the beach and tons of restaurants. There were chairs and boogie boards available for use and easy keyless entry. Overall we had a wonderful experience and would go back!

We had a great stay and loved the extremely comfy beds as well as the view. We didn’t hear any of the other three neighbors while staying and street parking wasn’t easy but it was manageable. Amazing amazing location.

Parking problem
Loved the property and it’s proximity to the beach. Other tenants got reserved parking space, we did not. Parking was a nightmare as it was on the street and many visitors to the beach park there as well. It’s also under an airport approach so it could be quite noisy. But we got used to that. I would return again but would insist on a parking space.

Wonderful place! Walking distance to everything you may need.
We had a great time at this property. We were able to walk to get groceries, coffee, beach, shop, really everything we needed was right there. The property is beautiful, and we had no issues with our stay. Comfortable beds, plenty of towels, pleasant neighbors. We would definitely book again.

Gorgeous Beach Cottage💙
We had the BEST time staying here all week! Our daughter and her friends had space to roam the beach and adjacent park, the sound of the waves lulls you to sleep you’re so close. The lifeguards are on point which is great because the waves can get rough. The cottage is beautiful and contemporary, clean and well-stocked. The street parking wasn’t an issue for us because we loved walking around Ocean Beach! Kira was an amazing host and we will definitely be coming back!!

Perfect Location
This was a great place for my husband, myself, our adult daughter and her 22 month old. Very Clean and spacious, right next to the beach, tide pools, and local community stores, restaurants, farmers market and quaint neighborhood. It had a high chair, and a pak and play for our grand daughter to sleep in. We enjoyed our time there.

Great location for relaxing at the beach, walking on the pier, shopping or going out to the local restaurants. Close to the tidepools and Sunset Cliffs. The best location for swimming, boogie boarding or surfing just steps from the house. We are close to Sea World, The San Diego Zoo, Gaslamp Quarter, Old Town San Diego, Cabrillo National Monument and more. There are lots of activities that you can take advantage of in the area, paragliding, sportfishing, hiking and more.

Ocean Beach Cottages... Fun to Do:
1. Check out the TIDEPOOLS, there are great tide pools under the pier at low tide. If you want a little more adventure tide pooling walk along the seawall and under the pier, follow the path past the white fence to the stairs that lead to the cliffs. Walk along the cliffs, check out the tide pools, the views and end up at a beach that can only be accessed from the cliffs.2.Drive along SUNSET CLIFFS NATURAL PARK go to Sunset Cliffs Blvd and go south (right) drive along the cliffs and park at any of the parking lots, stroll along the path or drive to the end of the road (stay right at the fork in the road). Park at the end of the street to walk down a staircase that leads to great tidepools, views and a beach only accessed by the cliffs! Worth the walk down the stairs! 3.Have a BONFIRE ON THE BEACH grab some firewood from the market, grocery store or gas station and head to the one of the fire pits on the beach. Great way to relax and watch the sunset, roast some hotdogs and make some s’mores! 4.Try a SURF LESSON there are lots of great places to surf in San Diego, learn how right on this beach! Check out Ocean Beach Surf School, they are right around the corner and offer private, semi private and group lessons, they have rentals as well.
5. WALK OUT ON THE PIER enjoy the views, watch the fishermen, the surfers and the birds fly by. Or try fishing! There is a café with good food and great views. This is the west coasts longest concrete pier and just celebrated 50 years!
6. On Wednesday’s check out the FARMERS MARKET local farmers, restaurants, bakeries, musicians and more!
7. RENT A BIKE and cruise around.
8. SHOP ALONG NEWPORT AVE. there are lots of unique shops along Newport Ave.
9. Take a drive to CABRILLO NATIONAL PARK beautiful drive on top of Ocean Beach/Point Loma to the end of the peninsula. Stunning views of the San Diego Harbor, Downtown
