Ok, fast ein Strandhäuschen :) So nah wie Sie nach Isle of Palms bekommen kann, ohne auf der Insel zu sein. Kommen Sie und entdecken Sie diesen schönen, frisch renovierten Strand, der sich in einer ruhigen Wohngegend befindet. Nicht nur der Strand ist nur wenige Minuten entfernt, sondern Sie sind umgeben von über 20 der besten Restaurants, Boutiquen, Duell Piano Bar, Kinos und mehr. Downtown Charleston ist nur eine kurze Fahrt über die Ravenel Brücke ...

Der Meister hat ein König und anderen Zimmer haben eine Königin und eine volle Betten, und es gibt zwei Badezimmer. (einzelne Matratze verfügbar, wenn nötig)
Offener Grundriss bietet viel Licht und einfache Unterhaltung. Ein großer offener Wohnbereich mit Kamin sowie ein Familienzimmer für zusätzlichen Platz zum Lesen mit, Unterhaltung, Spiele, etc. Zur Ausstattung gehören Schöne neue Böden, Granit und Edelstahl-Geräte in der Küche. Große zurück Doppelveranda mit Blick auf den privaten Hinterhof Hof ist ausgezeichnet zum Entspannen mit Sitzgelegenheiten für viele und einen Grill bereit zum Anzünden.
Es ist alles eine Veranda / Deck über die gesamte Länge der Rückseite des Hauses und es gibt einen Hof auf beiden Seiten des Hauses .... Dies ist auch mein persönlicher Wohnsitz während der meisten des Winters, so dass Sie es dekoriert und finden werden mehr als die meisten Häuser ernannt.

Ich habe gerade beide Terrassen dekoriert, um im Sommer mehr Sitzgelegenheiten zu bieten, wenn auf der offeneren eine warme ist, so dass es schön ist und am Ende beschattet wird, um die Sonne zu verlassen .. STANDORT; STANDORT; STANDORT; Dies ist nicht nur ein wunderschönes Zuhause, sondern es befindet sich in einer großartigen und bequemen Lage zu allen Annehmlichkeiten der Strände von Isle of Palms, Sullivan's Island, Mt Pleasant und der Innenstadt von Charleston ....

Gut ausgestattet, wir haben versucht, an alles zu denken, was Sie für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigen. Preislich weniger als 2 Hotelzimmer auf der anderen Straßenseite ... Leicht für 6 Personen und wir lieben Hunde, so fragen Sie einfach. Tut mir leid wegen familiärer Allergien können wir keine Katzen hosten.

Loved our stay! I had a family member visit from out of town, so I booked this home. Very cute, super clean, loved the fenced in yard and the property manager was so accommodating for my dogs! She was quick to respond to messages and super easy to work with. Perfect location for beach and Shem Creek visits. Would stay here again!

Home away from home

The house and backyard was perfect for my family of four plus my two large fur babies. The home was super clean . The kitchen was fully stocked with any appliance and plate setting you may need . Roomy bedrooms and bathrooms. The backyard is a beautiful shady place for you and your pets . Cindy makes sure you feel comfortable in the house . She has supplied a lot of bath towels , bedding , beach towels , chairs , and a little bit of this and that in case you forget your toiletries .

We were So happy when we walked in and were Greeted with charm, cleanliness and more room Than we thought. I’d definitely come back. It was perfect for me and my husband, 2 Kids, my Mom and our dog. Nice, quiet retreat

We were in from out of state to attend a Med School graduation weekend with other family members. We were able to stay with our two small dogs who really enjoyed the neighborhood and well fenced in back yard/patio area. Since we had events to go to, we didn't cook much there, but there was everything you would need and nearby grocery stores.

Great house and location

We were attending a wedding in Mount Pleasant but also wanted to do sightseeing on Isle of Palms and Charleston. This property was perfectly located! Cutely decorated and had everything we needed for a 5 day stay. The back patio is very Private with lots of plants and foliage. We would definitely stay here again.

Family Beach Hideaway

Perfect location/Lovely home!

Communication with Cindy was a breeze, she was very helpful with our questions about the area, since we had never been there previously. The home had everything we needed, the kitchen was well appointed. Though we mostly sampled the grand variety of restaurants in the area. The washer/dryer and iron were helpful, plus much more! This is a great location for going to beaches, so close, that we were able to catch a couple of sunrises on the beach and the beaches are gorgeous! It is close to downtown Charleston, and many historic sites. We felt very comfortable and it was great for our furry pal too! (We appreciated the vacuum cleaner so we could do a little tidy up before we left.) We loved our stay! Thanks a million for offering this lovely vacation home! There is so much to take in, we couldn't do it all, and would love to come back!

Stayed there because of the location and the fact that we could bring our dog. Adequate house. Very clean and well stocked. Thought the price was very high for what we got, but that may just be the time of year and supply and demand. We were very comfortable there.

Great location..convenient to the beach and downtown Charleston

Fully stocked home for entertaining family and friends, quiet neighborhood and only 15 minute to Isle of Palms beach and just 20 minutes to downtown Charleston. The home has comfortable furniture and beds and beautiful outdoor space with a fully fenced yard to allow our dog to join us… would definitely recommend this home if you are bringing your pet.

Great Location!! Beaches only 5 minutes away and easy access to Downtown Charleston.

We really enjoyed staying at this property. We brought our golden retriever, so being close to the beach was important. Very dog friendly town. Great Restaurants. Easy accessible to Downtown Charleston. Hostess was very helpful.

Everything you need and more!

This house was perfect for us. A nice sized back yard is fully fenced so our pup could roam freely. The house is cozy, comfortable and stylishly decorated. Super comfy beds and a couch you don’t want to get up from. They provide everything you need for a stress free vacation. To say we were excited that they even had a French Press coffee pot is an understatement!! They even had a bucket of goodies for us to enjoy while we were there. The owner is responsive and kind. We had an unfortunate incident with our puppy and the door frame. No harsh words or attitude, just understanding and appreciation that we’d brought it to her attention. If you need somewhere that’s close to the beach and Charleston, peaceful and comfy, this is the place!!!

I am a local real estate agent in Charleston with Agent Owned Realty on Isle of Palms.. I love what I do and the benefit of being able to work with great families that soon become friends. Dog rescue is a passion in many different ways.
I walk my dog's on Sullivan's every morning and have missed very few morning over my 18 years of living here. Going over the Isle of Palms bridge every morning and seeing the ocean takes my breath away. Raised 3 wonderful children in the Mount Pleasant area and now out and about enjoying life. My 4 legged children now rule the roost and keep me entertained. We are originally from Vail, Colorado but traded skiing for the beach year's ago.

If you are looking for something close to the beach with out the price tag, this home could be the closest one available. No traffic to deal with!!! Save money !!! Close to so many of the restaurants with 20 plus fabulous choices all within 1/2 mile you will be able to afford to eat out more:). Shopping and entertainment are also so close. Downtown is a quick 10-15 minutes away. Mount Pleasant has a large assortment of antique and eclectic find shop's for those ready for a day away from the sun and fun. So much to do, so little time!!!!
Our vacation home is open, light and cheery . A great outdoor private yard. Because we all enjoy cottage-like atmospheres, we chose our home in a funky, quiet and rather eccentric small neighborhood where locals as well as vacationers can revel and relax in its casual vibe.

This home has a living room with TV and a family room with a TV. A long porch connects 2 yards, one shaded for the pooches and one patio style for entertaining. Everything in the house has a unique story...and is decorated with quality. I think when our guest arrive they drive in wondering where they are ...and then the biggest compliment is how much they love the house and then by the time they leave .....can't believe how convenient it is to everything.
