Dies ist ein 3-Bett-2. 5-Bad-Einheit, die am größten in der Anlage ist. Es wurde komplett von Fußböden, Türen, Verkleidungen und Kronen bis hin zu Beleuchtung und Möbeln in allen Räumen umgebaut.

LAGE: "Flip Flops" Condo ist eine von vielen Eigenschaften in den Horizon South Properties, die aus drei (3) Phasen bestehen. 'Flip Flops' befindet sich auf der Südseite des Anwesens und ermöglicht einen der schnellsten Spaziergänge zum Strand (nur 2 Minuten). Gehen Sie einfach direkt aus der Haustür (keine Wartezeit von 10 Minuten auf einen Aufzug in einer Strandwohnung)! Alle drei Phasen haben Zugang zu allen großen Erholungsgebieten, in denen Sie Hufeisen, Basketball, Tennis, Shuffleboard, Minigolf und ein Spielzimmer spielen können. Es gibt einen Whirlpool, vier (4) große Pools, einen Babypool und zwei (2) Wildpavillons. Es gibt ein Clubhaus, das für große Familien-, Kirchen- oder Sportveranstaltungen gegen eine separate Gebühr gemietet werden kann. Das muss direkt mit Horizon South Property abgestimmt werden. Es ist ungefähr 1,5 km westlich von Pier Park, wo sich unzählige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und andere Aktivitäten befinden (Miracle Strip, Movies, Dave und Busters usw.).

SCHLAFZIMMER / DEN: Jedes Zimmer verfügt über einen Flachbildfernseher mit WLAN-Streaming (Netflix, VUDU usw.).

FAMILIENZIMMER: Mit zwei Sofas, einem Stuhl, Beistelltischen, einem Couchtisch und einem großen 50-Zoll-Flachbildfernseher. Es gibt auch einen Küchentisch für 4 Personen und eine Küchenbar mit 4 Hockern für zusätzliche Sitzgelegenheiten.

KÜCHE: Alle Geräte (Herd, Backofen, Kühlschrank, Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle) sind aus Edelstahl-Whirlpool und sind mit allen Utensilien und Zubehör für die Zubereitung von Mahlzeiten für 8 Personen ausgestattet. Ebenfalls enthalten ist eine 12-Tassen-Kaffeemaschine.

Hauptschlafzimmer: Ein (1) König mit 2 großen Schränken, Flachbildfernseher und Balkon.

MASTER BAD: Doppelwaschtisch mit maßgefertigter Shacker-Möbel und begehbarer Fliesendusche.

SCHLAFZIMMER: Zwei (2) Etagenbetten, die ausreichend Platz für große Kinder oder junge Erwachsene bieten, sowie einen Flachbildfernseher.

GÄSTE-BADEZIMMER: Komplett renovierte Dusche / Wannen-Kombination mit Waschtisch.

Gästezimmer: Ein (1) Queensize-Bett mit Schlafsofa (Bett) und Wohnung

Disappointed is an understatement

We have stayed in the Horizon South Condo's for the last 8 years. Never had this type of experience before. The cons outweigh the pros by far. I will say that the Owner was good to deal with and listened to our complaints and was very apologetic. Some things may seem piddly, but when you pay this much for a vacation that you look forward to for months, even the piddly things seem big. To start this unit had 4 TV's. Only one worked in the smallest bedroom. All of the remotes did not have batteries. We had to by batteries. Every towel and linen had bleach spots on them. Cookware for guest to use was in very poor condition. Handles were loose and just to boil water was a challenge. Outside patio was in terrible condition with trash from what looked like a roofing job was piled up in the corner and a piece of plywood was leaning up against the fence wall. there were weeds and other debris with rusted furniture and it was not even fit to enjoy. Bars stools were all broken and living room furniture had big rips and tears in the love seat. Sleep sofa was a mangled mess and most definitely needs to be replaced. Our guest could not get one good night of rest the entire 7 days we were there. The pros were that it was a quick walk to beach and the air condition worked. I will add again that the Owner was apologetic and kind.

Not as expected

The location was nice. We have stayed at horizon south for years. For the price, the condo was nasty. I took pictures upon arrival. There were bugs in the kitchen when I was trying to cook breakfast. The entire condo was left filthy. Not sure if the cleaning ladies never showed up, but we had to clean the condo ourselves upon arrival. The cookware was terrible. The beds slept terrible and mattresses were filthy and stained. There were not enough towels, and the towels provided, were thin and cheap and worn. The back yard area was disgusting and grown up. We weren’t able to grill out back as listed in the pictures when we booked. The communication with the owner was great. Quick responses. Compared to the condos surrounding this one, it was the worst. We go to PCB at least 6-8 times a year, and I’ve never seen such filth. Hopefully these things will be corrected for future guests.

Great Vacation

Check in was a breeze. Owner messaged us on our way the rental was ready. Overall the property was nice. Back porch area wasn’t quite as described but we still used it. Very comfortable size for us and the teenagers. Loved the pools, super short walk to the beach, quiet location. We much prefer the resorts of this type over the big high rise condos. Definitely would book here again. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your vacation home.

Needs a Deep Cleaning

The size of the condo and layout was nice for four adults and four children ages 1 to 9 years old. The condo is a short walk to the beach. We were very disappointed with the condition of the condo. First, the living room furniture was absolutely filthy with gross stains and torn upholstery. We ended up covering the furniture with sheets. Second, the main patio area was nothing like the picture shows. It was overgrown and not cleaned up. The patio chairs and table were broken, rusted and sharp. The cushions were filthy and torn apart. There was a Weber charcoal grill (stuffed with takeout containers and a chared hamburger) that we used after cleaning it out. Other than for grilling, the patio was unusable. In addition, floors were dirty throughout, there was mold in both showers, mold in the washer, cockroaches on the kitchen counter, the balcony was dirty with garbage left behind. We ended up purchasing cleaning supplies so we could mop the floor and clean surfaces. There were no extra garbage bags, paper towels or toilet paper. I contacted the owner about the condition of the condo and he did give us a partial refund. We appreciated that but really would have rather had a nice clean condo in good repair.

Spring Break 2021

This is our third trip to a Horizon South...first time at this condo. location is excellent (one block from public access to beach), several amenities for all family members, etc. The owner was excellent to work with and allowed us early access to unit. This unit came with beach umbrella, putters for mini golf, and some beach toys for younger kids. As with all units we’ve stayed in the cleaning isn’t perfect, and expect the kitchen to be somewhat disorganized by previous tenants. A gas grill would have been better than the charcoal. Nice to have yard space for games, etc. Overall had a great vacation and would definitely stay here again.

Great Location

We have been coming to Panama City for four years. This is the best place we have stayed yet. There is plenty to do in the gated community. We were only a five minute walk to the beach even with six kids. Garrett was great with response and easy to work with.

Needs a deep cleaning

Pros: decor was cute and modern, beds and sheets were comfortable, had nearly all dishes/cookware you would need, walk to beach not bad at all with beach wagon to carry supplies Cons: needed a DEEP cleaning- maybe it has been booked all summer long or they just have shoddy cleaning people- however a solid inch of dust on master ceiling fan, master shower needed a good cleaning as there was mildew all in grout cracks, the walls are very light color and appeared very dirty throughout house, fronts of cabinets in kitchen and bathrooms were dirty, used Q-tips and crumpled up paper in master bath upon our arrival; Neighborhood in general was much shadier than I expected- outsides of buildings were dated and in need of repair, not as family-friendly as expected- people outside playing beer-pong at 9 pm; Most condos I've rented in the past come with at least a roll of paper towels, toilet paper, and single use laundry detergent to get you started, this place had none of that so be prepared to go get groceries as soon as you arrive; Couldn't find a dust pan or vacuum so we just had to live with a week's-worth of sand on the floor while we were there. Also, most condos I've rented had beach towels, this condo did not so be sure to bring your own.

Nice place, could have been much cleaner.

Nice and very spacious for our family of 7, my only complaints were the cleanliness of the property, and the fact that grill was pretty well non functional. The owner did what he could to help with our problems. With the cost of the cleaning fee, I would expect it to be clean upon arrival, instead I had to clean it as best as I could. Cleaning supplies were limited (there wasn't even a dustpan) my kids feet were black from just walking around condo. We made do and overall had a great time. Walk to the beach was short and easy even with 5 kids, 2 being small.

Great 3 bedroom condo

This is a great 3 bedroom 3 bath condo that would serve a family or a girls/guys trip well. We had some maintenance issues when we checked in, but the owner had the complex maintenance people out to address the issues immediately. Thanks Mr. Brown!!

Beautiful Home

This place was very spacious and was close to the beach. Beautiful home for sure. There were 8 of us; 4 adults, 4 children....easily could have included two more people. Close to many attractions as well. Only two points that could be improved upon....(not a reflection of the owner, more on the cleaning team). We took photos that we'll share with owner if requested. 1. My wife stated that the place could have been cleaner upon arrival, 2. the back patio area could have been cleaned up ready for entertaining. All in all, a very fine place for a large family or two smaller families to enjoy. Many pots, pans, dishes, cups, coffee pot, hair dryer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, etc! Beautiful Townhome!

This is in a very nice family oriented community, away from all of the chaos. Although close enough to go if you choose. The beach is literally a 2 minute walk. Garrett’s home is beautiful with tile floors through out. 2 balconies and a patio. Everyone has enough room to spread out. Lower level was handicap accessible for us. We found the owner pleasant and helpful with any questions we had. Would love to stay again!

Perfect for our 4th of July getaway

Quiet, roomy and convenient!

The Townhome is approx 200 yards from the sand! We only had 2 adults and a child but this property could accomodate double that easily. Very tastefully decorated and super close to shopping and restaurants but not too close to be noisey. We will definitely return to flip flops again!

Absolutely love this property!

We enjoyed our mini vacation here so much! The property had plenty of room for our group of eight. The gas grill and outdoor space was very nice. The upstairs area where the rooms are, had two additional outdoor areas. The decor of the property is refreshing and we found ample things to do within the gated community. There are several pools, hot tub, miniature golf course, shuffleboard and also a clubhouse. The clubhouse had a gym and a pool table and other areas that we didn’t explore. The unit itself is also pretty close to the beach. Lastly, the property owner is incredibly friendly and helpful. He was truly a pleasure to deal with and very accessible should you have any issues. We will definitely stay here again and again!

Beautiful inside and perfect location

I have nothing but great things to say about this property! So spacious,everyone had such a fabulous time and Mr.Brown made it completely feel like I was at home... I recommend anyone to stay at this property ..The many amenities were great...Many pools to choose from and the beach steps away...The inside was updated and very nice ...Thanks Mr.Brown for everything and saving my fall break!

Great location, spacious, clean, comfortable!

Condo had a nice neighborhood feel with access to three pools, miniature golf, tennis courts, basketball goals, and lots of open space for kids to play. The unit was very comfortable with plenty of space; very peaceful and little to no noise. The beach was a short walk across the street and the water was clear and beautiful. Short distance to restaurants and entertainment. Loved it! Thank you!!!
