It really was a terrific week for us. The house was in great shape and we had no real difficulties. We loved the community, with the pool and hot tub and the activity center. We will definitely be back.

Great place to stay!!!

This place was wonderful! The location was great and spacious enough to host our entire family. Check in was smooth and communication with the host was good. The kitchen was huge and had plenty of dishes, pots and pans for everyone. Pool and spa were a highlight for us, everyone really enjoyed it. We paid the 250.00 for the pool/spa heat and the spa would not get hot. We notified the host/maintenance and they got it working on the evening of day 2. Would have been nice to get partial compensation for the days we weren't able to use it but the host never offered so we didn't ask. This particular home is within walking distance of the clubhouse that had a huge pool, water park for the kids, gym, and bar. We spent many days there and every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again. FYI...Please please please make sure you lock your car doors!!! We forgot one night and someone broke into our car. There were quite a few car break-ins in the neighborhood.

FF Family Vacation

Perfect size for our family, and pool was a great hit with my grand kids. Water park, arcade, and lazy man river in resort was also convenient. Beds for all were comfortable and no complaints. Only negative comment would be that couches in living area are extremely uncomfortable and need upgrading.

It was fantastic! .

The home is well maintained. We did pay the fee for a heated pool and use of the bbq. All 15 of us fit well into the layout. The king beds for the parents and ensuites was nice. Kids were all close by. The kitchen was well stocked with cups, plates, etc. I appreciated the amount of seating outdoors. It’s hard to find a property that sleeps 15 but also has dining space for 15 outside. We used the playpens and high chairs. The removable fence around the pool was important and used often since we have a few toddlers. April responded quickly and was helpful. The lazy river and play structure at the clubhouse was a hit with the kids. The perk of a free arcade was also appreciated. We would rent this property again!

This house was very spacious. We really liked the open kitchen/living room/dining room area. The large patio and pool were great. The kids swam every night. A few things to consider…:there were very limited towels to use in the bathrooms. Although there was a washer and dryer, we were having to wash often just to have clean towels daily. The kitchen could have a few more utensils and glasses. The AC upstairs was set at 71 but it never really felt like it. It was always much cooler downstairs so it wasn’t as comfortable sleeping upstairs. The living room furniture needs to be updated. The 2 sofas were very worn and not as comfortable. The picture on your site shows multiple pillows on the sofa, an area rug and 2 side chairs. There were no extra pillows, no area rug and only 1 chair. The tile floors could use a deep cleaning throw out the house. Overall it’s a very nice place and we felt very safe. We would stay here again.

Great House For The Family

Everything was exactly as described. The house was clean and we had plenty of room for the 12 of us. It was awesome that pool towels were provided. We were within 30 minutes from everything we wanted to do. Walmart, Target, and Publix were all within 15 minutes. We would definitely stay again!

Perfect Home for Orlando Vacation

This home was perfect for our extended family’s Orlando vacation. We had plenty of space for 8 adults and 3 children and didn’t even use 3 of the bedrooms. April was wonderful to deal with and quick to respond to questions about the home, neighborhood and surrounding area. It was about a 10-20 minute drive to the Disney parks, and the neighborhood was quiet and safe with several stores and restaurants within a 5-10 minute drive. We’ll definitely stay here again the next time we’re in Orlando.

We are a family of 16 plus two infants and this home worked perfectly. The cribs and two pack and plays were a plus. The additional strollers and boosters seats were appreciated as well. Communication with property management was outstanding.

Let me start off by saying that I was really looking forward to staying at this house. From the pics and the reviews, I knew for sure I had picked a great house. However, my family and I was unable to stay here. The day before our stay, I received a call from the host stating that the A/C was broke and would not be fixed before we came. She stated that she had another house in the same neighborhood that we could stay in. She kept reiterating that this house “cost more”. However we ran into a slew of things that were wrong with the new house. First, we entered the house, the AC wasnt working upstairs, the ceiling fan and lights were not working in one of the bedrooms, and the tv in another bedroom was not working. Someone came to fix the AC shortly after we arrived so that was handled. The property had a roach and mouse infestation, which the property managers had to be aware of because there were mouse traps set up and the screen was patched up where the mice were entering, however there were 2 new holes in the screen that the mice chewed thru. We seen several mice during our stay, along with many roaches in the kitchen. Last but not least, since we were still in the same neighborhood , I decided to take a stroll by the original house we were suppose to stay in. I was totally shocked that there was a family staying there when we were told that the AC was down and we could not stay. It feels as though the host double booked and made us stay in the infested house. In the months leading to our stay, the host kept asking me to cancel my VRBO reservation and book thru her, which seemed a little flaky to me so I wanted to stay with VRBO. What Im thinking happened is that someone booked thru her without VRBO and she decided to let that family stay at this location. I didnt want to leave this message under this location but when I went to search the location that we actually stayed at, I couldnt find it, which was also odd. Just wanted to warn others to beware of the host.

Lovely home

Upon arrival, we realized we had been given directions to the wrong house. Initially we were offered a night in that house, but we refused, as it only accommodated 16 people and there were 18 of us. Besides, we had paid for the larger house. We eventually made our way to this house and were very happy with it. It's a beautiful house and everyone had plenty of room to sleep and move around comfortably. It's well equipped, although I do feel with a house this size, there should be more toilet paper and kitchen garbage bags provided, as well as larger dishwasher and dish detergents available. The laundry room became extremely hot while using the dryer until my husband discovered that the dryer vent was disconnected. After reattaching it, it was much cooler in the room. Having a W&D was very convenient with a family of 18! Everyone loved the Windsor pool, especially the kids. We spend many hours there. April was in touch several times throughout our stay to make sure everything was running smoothly and to see if we needed anything. If you have a big family, I would definitely recommend this house.

Wonderful Stay!

We really enjoyed staying at this property. April was always fast to answer any questions we had. The property is beautiful, the community has so much to offer, both kids and adults had so much fun! Parking was not an issue. We loved that every room in the home looked beautifully decorated, we’ve rented vacation homes in the past and the master is the only one that looks cozy. We really enjoyed the home! One of our favorite properties we’ve rented!

Great Family Vacation

We had so much fun on our vacation! The house was amazing and the public pool was great too! There were a couple of things that could be updated, like the pots and pans and providing some cleaning stuff to clean the house during the week. Otherwise, we would definitely stay here again!

The entire process was smooth. From check in to check out. The place was nicely furnished and clean. I would recommend it to families and groups.

Wonderful stay!!

We had four families, 15 of us all together stay here and had a great time! Plenty of room to spread out without feeling like we were on top of each other. The house is gorgeous. Great location to the clubhouse and lazy river and complex. All enjoyed the pool and hot tub at the house as well. Universal and Disney within 30 minutes. Would recommend this to anyone.
