Wunderschöne und geräumige Gulf Front Condo mit spektakulärem Blick auf den Golf von zwei privaten Balkonen, nur wenige Schritte vom Strand entfernt! Innen und außen neu renoviert. In Starboard Village - Einheit 224.

*** Sommer- / Frühlingsmieten sind Samstag bis Samstag 16.03.20 bis 10.09.20. Bitte kontaktieren Sie uns für mögliche Ausnahmen je nach Verfügbarkeit. Die Vermietung am 4. Juli erfolgt von Samstag, 27. Juni, bis Sonntag, 5. Juli. Die Woche der Blauen Engel endet am Sonntag, den 07./12. ***

Die Hauptebene verfügt über eine große, voll ausgestattete Küche, einen Essbereich, ein Wohnzimmer, ein WC und einen großen Balkon mit Blick auf den Golf. Der Balkon bleibt tagsüber im Schatten.

Die zweite Ebene verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer mit großen Bädern. Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett und einen Balkon - hören und sehen Sie die Wellen vom Bett aus! Der Meister hat auch einen großen begehbaren Kleiderschrank. Das zweite Schlafzimmer hat ein Queensize-Bett und zwei Einzelbetten. Es gibt auch einen Wäscheschrank mit Waschmaschine und Trockner im Obergeschoss.

Im Wohnzimmer befindet sich ein äußerst bequemes Ausziehsofa mit Queen Memory Foam-Matratze. Gerät schläft 6. Einheit hat auch eine Garage für zwei Autos.

Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in Starboard Village, einem kleineren Komplex direkt am Strand. Die Wohnung befindet sich in den oberen beiden Etagen des Gebäudes, der 3. und 4. Etage. Es gibt einen Swimmingpool mit Sonnendeck. Wir haben vier Liegen, einen Sonnenschirm, Fahrräder, Pool und Strandspielzeug für unsere Gäste zur Verfügung. Wir haben einen Gasgrill und Tandem-Seekajak für unsere Gäste in dieser Wohnung und unsere Wohnung zwei Türen weiter zu benutzen. Wir versuchen, alles zu haben, was unsere Familie brauchen würde und deins. Bitte teilen Sie uns mit, ob Sie jüngere Kinder haben und zusätzliche Ausrüstung benötigen - wir haben sie :)

Perfect stay

We had a wonderful stay in this condo. Everything was perfect. Two balconies with amazing views, a comfortable and big kitchen and water view directly out of the bed. The condo is very cozy and good in shape and the neighborhood was very quiet. Best location right on the beach. The contact to the owner was easy and Brad was very helpful and friendly. Excellence plus!

The vista from the balconies is enough to warrant an excellent rating. The “plus” is in the “extras” that made the condo so enjoyable. Clean, spacious, two large sofas to stretch out on, coffee, many kitchen appliances and additional toiletries that you usually have to replace quickly. The stairs could give pause if climbing is an issue, but well worth the exercise even if stairs might be a consideration.(Two flights to the unit, one flight to the bedrooms.) Fabulous location-updated and welcoming!

Accurate description!

This beautifully decorated/furnished condo overlooks the Gulf of Mexico with views for both sunrise and sunset. Quiet complex with a pool and boardwalks to the beach. We have stayed here before and appreciate the attentiveness of the hosts who are very gracious.

Outstanding VRBO in Pensacola Beach

We had a wonderful stay at this condo in Starboard Village at Pensacola Beach. At the last minute, we contacted the owners Brad and Jill about possibly moving our trip up one day due to the upcoming Hurricane Helene. They were very accommodating in adjusting our reservation at the last minute. The condo exceeded my expectations . It is beautifully decorated, very spacious, clean and the view from the two balconies overlooking the ocean is outstanding. The condo is very well equipped with everything you need. The beach is not crowded and there is a very nice pool area. We had to leave early due to the hurricane and little did we know then that in returning home to Asheville NC, we were actually going to a place that would encounter massive damage from Hurricane Helene. This condo is one of the best I have ever rented and we will definitely be back and hopefully, not be impacted by a hurricane. Thank you for hosting us in your condo.

It has been the nicest condo we’ve stayed in. Right on the emerald waters of Pensacola. Just a few steps from a calm beach. Loved how close all the restaurants are. Very peaceful and beautiful stay.

We had the best stay at Starboard Village 224. Host really new how to stock a condo and great communication. Just as described. Sitting on private ocean front balcony's was the best part. I would stay here anytime. Do have to climb about 24 stairs to access condo so be aware of that if stairs are a issue for you. I rate the condo a 10/10 Mike & Toni

Spacious, quiet, perfect location

After reading all the other glowing reviews I didn’t expect to be surprised, but I was! The spacious condo with every amenity you could think of made for an inviting, relaxing stay. The photos of the balcony don’t do it justice; you are SO CLOSE to the beach. The beach was never crowded, and the whole place was quiet. The owners made sure the place was equipped with everything you could possibly need. Highly recommend!

Amazing trip

This place is perfect, right on the beach made it so much fun to walk the shoreline looking for shells and soaking up the sun. Spent several mornings out on the patio watching the dolphins was overall a fantastic trip for our daughters 21st birthday

Beautiful hidden gem

We were truly spoiled with our stay. We had gorgeous views of the ocean in an updated property. The main level kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to stay in and cook seafood we picked up from the market. The second level had a primary and secondary bedroom with plenty of storage space along with a beautiful full bathroom. The primary bedroom had a massive sliding glass door so we could go to sleep and wake up seeing the ocean. It was minutes away from anything we wanted to do and was in a safe location - which is important to us for our family. The pool was excellent for days we weren’t in the mood for the beach. When we went to the beach (nearly everyday) we didn’t have a long treck over and it was an easy walk by using the walkway - which also had a shower installed to hose off the sand on your way back. The Bartlings also provided beach toys and boogie boards. Shell hunting at this location is amazing. The best part was swimming with stingrays and schools of fish. This property is a hidden gem.

Just too convenient ??

Sits on private area of Beach, perfect. Too easy to move your stuff to the Beach, perfect. Wash up area on foot bridge, perfect. Locked garage, perfect. Clean, Clean, Clean, perfect. Owner supplied toys, bikes, boat, perfect. Walk to Peg Leg's, 2/10 mile, perfect. 2 Story, 2 Bedroom/Bath, 2 Balconies just 2, 2 perfect for long or short stay. We have been in several condos this area and this rates number 1 with us. Brad and Jill are great !!! No one's perfect.

We cannot say enough about the property and the owners. The condo was awesome, the views and location is amazing. Extremely well equipped. We would not even bat and eyelash at staying again. It is without a doubt, the best vacation rental we have ever had.

We are the Bartlings - Jill, Brad, Connell (14), and Riley (12). We are both engineers and met our freshman year at Georgia Tech - Go Jackets! After never living outside of Atlanta (Brad never lived outside the perimeter) we moved to Pensacola in 2013 and quickly fell in love with the City and the beautiful beaches! Our weeks are busy with work and running kids to different activities. On the weekends we enjoy family time at the beach, both on the Gulf and the Sound! We want our guests to have a wonderful beach vacation full of memories to last a lifetime!

Darum fiel die Entscheidung auf diese Unterkunft

Growing up and with our family, we always took our beach vacations further east on the Gulf. We had never been to Pensacola Beach until we moved here; we had been missing out all these years! To us Pensacola Beach was a hidden gem along the Gulf! We love everything the beach has to offer. Who doesn't love the sugar white sand beaches and the beautiful blue and emerald green waters of the Gulf?? But what sets Pensacola Beach apart to us is that the beach is federally protected on both sides; we can go to where the beach is hopping with restaurants, shops, and live music or get away to a peaceful, quieter beach spot.

The location and size of Starboard Village is fantastic! We like being on Fort Pickens Road, away from the high rises and main beach, and having a quieter beach just outside our Unit. The units in Starboard Village are so spacious. We were sold on Unit 224 when we stepped out on the balcony and had an amazing, unobstructed view of the Gulf, and could hear the waves crashing! And then we saw the second balcony in the master - we can enjoy the beach without even leaving the Unit! Our Unit had recently been completely renovated with new flooring, granite counters, stone and tile bathrooms, and so much more!

The Unit is as close to the beach as you can get! With the large sliding glass doors to the balconies, the Unit is full of natural light. You can enjoy your morning coffee, a good book, meals, a family game, or an evening cocktail on the balconies!

Peg Leg Pete's, one of our favorite beach restaurants, is an easy walk from the Unit. You are a short drive (~2 miles) the other restaurants, shops, and night life on the beach. There is a trolley that circles the Island during the peak season with a nearby stop.

We like to ride our bikes around the island. There is a nice walking, running, and biking path all the way down Fort Pickens Road. There are miles of beautiful beaches to explore!
