7 Villa Laguna ist eine private Villa mit 3 Schlafzimmern, einer privaten Dachterrasse und einem Swimmingpool, 20 Fuß von der Haustür entfernt
Es ist ein Gemeinschaftspool und die Villa befindet sich in einem geschlossenen Bereich für zusätzliche Sicherheit.
Die Villa ist komplett ausgestattet mit Klimaanlage, voll ausgestatteter Küche, Grill, 55-Zoll-Fernseher, WLAN und über 100 Fernsehkanälen. Die Villa verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten und ein brandneues Sofa, das zu einem Doppelbett ausgezogen werden kann und somit Platz für bis zu 8 Personen bietet Insgesamt gibt es auch ein Reisebett für ein Baby. Wir haben gerade eine brandneue Dusche und ein neues Badezimmer bekommen und Fiber Internet hat auch eine Abkühlungsdusche auf der Dachterrasse. Wenn Sie also heißes Sonnenbaden haben, müssen Sie nicht die Treppe hinunter zum Pool gehen, um sich abzukühlen
Sie haben auch eine private Dachterrasse, auf der Sie den Sonnenuntergang über 2 riesigen Seen beobachten können
Le Mata ist der nächste Strand ca. 3-4 Meilen, aber in meiner Nähe
Guardamar ist viel besser und es ist etwa 9 Meilen entfernt, es gibt auch einen Wasserpark ca. 2 Meilen vom Haus entfernt

El anuncio no corresponde a la realidad

Me gustaría enviarles un vídeo con las condiciones del lugar. La limpieza brilla por su ausencia. El cepillo media 10 cm más de las pelusas que tenía por cada lado. La fregona negra. Los utensilios de cocina de vergüenza. He tenido que comprar una fregona, un cepillo con su palo, una cafetera y, al menos una sartén para poder cocinar algo. No había ni una cacerola para poder cocer unos spsghettis. La ducha del ático no le llegaba el agua, no se podía utilizar. El caudal de agua en el aseo de abajo bien, cuando subías al baño de la primera planta el caudal era la mitad y no arrastraba nada de lo que hubiera en el water. La habitación del ático calurosa está echa de aluminio, le da el sol y con un ventilador pequeñito como si nada. El sumidero de la ducha de arriba tapado con piedras. Los armarios inutilizables, lo tienen lleno de cosa de ellos y además las puertas no cerraban. La ropa la hemos tenido que tener en la habitación pequeña en las maletas encima de las camas. Aire acondicionado solo en habitacion principal y salón. La cocina llena de porquería. Por detrás de la lavadora era un vertedero. En las fotografías se veía un frigorífico alto. Nos encontramos un frigorífico pequeño dónde no cabía casi nada. El patio lleno de hojas sin barrer. La barbacoa con restos de comida en las parrillas y dentro con mucha porquería. Vamos que si lo utilizas te contagias con el cólera. Los sillones, tanto los de arriba como los de abajo llenos de manchas. Ni siquiera los hemos utilizado. Al sofá grande del patio teníamos que poner unas toallas para poder sentarnos. No hay una mesa dentro donde poder comer sin sufrir el calor que hace fuera. Me puse en contacto con el tal Andrew, ya que no estaba contento y le importo tres narices, me dijo que si quería me devolvía el dinero que tenía mucha gente esperando. Cómo ven educación y saber tratar al cliente ninguna. No sé si les interesa tener en su cartera alguien como este señor. La publicidad es engañosa y es denunciable. Me gustaría me mandará una dirección de correo para poder mandar un vídeo realizado por mi para que vean que no me invento nada. El año pasado en Oliva genial y así lo puse en la reseña, pero este año, lo siento pero ha sido nefasto.

Tuvimos que esperar mas de média Hora, pa que nos entregue las llaves,perdimos mais de un dia y médio linpiando la Cocina y nevera que sera suciedad y olia mal,aparte la ducha se estancaba el agua,la télévision estuvimos dos dias sin tele,no tenian créo contratado el câble.

Accommodation, facilities and location met all our expectations and we really enjoyed our stay.

The villa is in a lovely location tucked away with a fabulous shared pool right on the doorstep. The facilities were as stated and we appreciated the option of using either the room off the roof terrace or the sofa bed in the lounge as there were 6 of us staying. We had a small drama ( of our own making) at the beginning of the stay and Andrew was completely brilliant - coming straight back to us when we contacted him and sorting things out without any fuss. Overall it was excellent value for money and the location for us was ideal. We really enjoyed our stay and I wouldn’t hesitate booking again if we return to the area in the future.

quiet and peaceful

The villa was beautiful, very comfortable and we absolutely loved it, it had all the amenities you could wish for with great wifi and UK tv channels if you wished. the pool was spotless, & warm and we used it a lot (everyday). the villa is in a very convenient location, which we wanted so we could explore this area of the costa blanca, the beach was 5 min drive away with some bars and restaurants dotted around. all in all we had a fantastic time here and would definatley stay again.

Bon séjour globalement

Nous avons eu une petite mésaventure de clef ce qui a un peu entachée notre premiere demaine mais Andrew est super, très réactif, très a l'écoute de ses locataires, il n y a pas beaucoup de proprietaire comme lui, encore metci Andrew !je conseille vivement cette maison elle est super et idéalement bien placée.

Beautiful and quiet villa and massive pool

just booked the villa for a quick break after a stressful month at home the villa was very well kept i did not want for anything home from home super fast internet fully fitted kitchen with washing machine and a large screen tv with at least 100 channels in english and to top it off a stunning roof terrace to watch the sun go down it was very quiet and chilled at the villa and around the pool perfect for the break we wanted i would happily stay there again the owner andrew was very helpful and accommodating with every thing that was needed the villa also feels very safe as it has a sercurity gate which was a added bonus keep up the good work and thank you for a loverly stay and look forward to coming back again

Great location in a complex but quite & secluded. Clean, tidy & well-kept Villa with lovely pool.

We booked our holiday rather late hence we were nervous as to why the property was still available. No need, it met all our expectations. We are a family of four, & found the space more than adequate; in addition to space inside, there in a lovely private patio to the front & a roof-top terrace. An unexpected addition to our party was the resident cat; who turned out to be a real pleasure to have around. The pool is well kept and we found never really busy; always there for a swim when the need to cool off arose! The AC's (in the main lounge & master bedroom) worked well & were quiet. There are fans elsewhere. The kids found the TV setup really very good, with lots to watch. As a parent maybe a negative (not really)! Andrew Farr, the owner, has organised everything well; from means of access to support if needed during the stay (we didn't need it, but we knew it was there if required). On arrival the numbering system of the street confused us a little but we soon found our bearings. The parking is more than adequate - always plenty. The Villa is well located for all local amenities - shops, supermarkets & restaurants. Torrevieja (with its pink lake!) the nearest town is 10 minutes' drive from the Villa - a lovely place to walk around with lots of restaurants. Further afield, but due to the excellent roads in Spain quite near, there is Alicante, Santa Pola & Cartagena with a wealth of things to do & see; & not forgetting lovely beaches within easy reach. In conclusion we really enjoyed our holiday with our 'home from home' meeting every expectation and very good value for money.

Excellentes vacances en famille

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à la villa Laguna. Nous étions 4 adultes et 4 enfants et rien ne manquait à notre confort. Le propriétaire est vraiment sympa et est à l'écoute de nos besoins. L'endroit est très bien situé, près de toutes commodités. Je recommande vraiment ce logement pour passer un agréable séjour en famille ou entre amis.

Quirky property set on 3 floors with a great roof terrace to watch the sun go down over salt lakes

Booked this last minute just for 4 days with my girlfriend property is clean and up together it has everything you need from 55inch TV to a fully fitted kitchen not like most holiday lets with just a couple of hobs and not much more. Hightlight of the holiday was the Huge swimming pool 10ft from the front of the house and also the roof terrace to watch the sun go down across the lakes there was only 2 of us here but this property could easily sleep 6-8 with ease I did not get to meet Andrew but was in full communication via email and telephone very easy to deal with smooth sailing all the way we will defiantly being staying again in the near future Thank you for a very special holiday
