Schöne moderne freistehende Villa - 180 m2 - auf zwei Ebenen gebaut und verfügt über einen luxuriösen Poolbereich mit Blick auf den Hafen. Der Schlafbereich befindet sich im Erdgeschoss und die Küche und das Wohnzimmer im ersten Stock. Es gibt drei Balkone und eine Dachterrasse mit 360 Blick über Port d'Addaia. Das Haus verfügt über ein Hauptschlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad sowie zwei weitere Doppelschlafzimmer und ein Badezimmer. Alle Schlafzimmer haben Blick auf den Port d'Addaia und viel Stauraum.
Es gibt eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Backofen, Induktionsherd, Toaster, Nespresso-Maschine, Mixer, Mikrowelle, Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine.
Im Wohnzimmer gibt es einen Fernseher 55 "4K und Apple TV und WIFI-Verbindung.
Im neu renovierten Poolbereich befinden sich sechs wunderschöne Sonnenliegen und ein handgefertigter Esstisch mit Platz für acht Personen sowie ein Weber-Grill - alle mit einem Segel bedeckt. Es gibt eine Solardusche am Pool.
Zu den örtlichen Annehmlichkeiten zählen der Yachthafen, die nahe gelegenen Strände von Na Macaret und Arenal D´en Castell, das Tauchzentrum Blue Dive Menorca, der 18-Loch-Golfplatz Son Parc und eine Vielzahl saisonaler Bars, Restaurants und Geschäfte. Addaya liegt in der Nähe des wunderschönen Naturparks S´Albufera des Grau, an dem ein Teil der Cami de Cavalls vorbeiführt. Alaior erreichen Sie mit dem Auto in 10 Minuten und Mao in 17 Minuten.

Schöne Menorca Ferien

Wir haben als Familie sehr schöne Ferien im Haus von Katja gemacht. Die Unterkunft sowie die Umgebung sind hervorragend. Die Beschreibung entspricht zu 100% der Wirklichkeit. Die Reservierung verlief sehr einfach und problemlos. Der Empfang im Haus war sehr herzlich. Katja war immer sehr schnell zu erreichen. Das Haus ist super groß mit 4 Schlafzimmern und 3 Bäder. Der Ausblick aus dem Living ist ein Traum. Den Pool sowie den Außenbereich haben wir sehr genossen . Die Umgebung ist super ruhig und sauber. Ein Lebensmittelgeschäft ist zu Fuß in 3 Minuten zu erreichen. Der Haus empfehlen wir gerne weiter. Liebe Grüsse

Stunning Views!

Firstly, if you are thinking about visiting Menorca it is truly a magical place with crystal clear blue seas, amazing beaches with a wealth of history and culture. Secondly, Addaya is the prefect place to relax with a lovely selection of bars, restaurants and a delightful harbour all within a short walk. We recently spent 2 weeks at 'Nido Cisne' and it was nothing short of fantastic. The property is beautifully presented to a very high standard and the views from the property over the harbour and sea beyond are stunning. We've stayed in several properties in the area over many years and this was by far the best due to the views and level of presentation. Nothing was too much trouble for Katja and Joana (the local managing agent) and both were on hand whenever we needed them. We highly recommend this property and look forward to visiting again.

Wonderful location, fantastic views!

A gem of a property in one of the most lovely (and non-touristy) places in Menorca. The views are outstanding, the air con was a huge blessing, and the housekeeper Joanna was amazing when we had a few bumps along the road.

Maison super équipée avec piscine et vue magnifique sur le port d'Addaia

Nous avons passé 3 semaines extrêmement agréables dans cette maison où nous nous sommes rapidement sentis comme chez nous. La vue depuis le living est une des plus belles que nous ayons jamais eues! La maison est certes un peu inhabituelle (la plupart des chambres sont en bas, la cuisine et le living en haut, ce qui n'est sans doute pas idéal pour des personnes à mobilité réduite), mais nous nous y sommes vite habitués. Et nous avons plutôt apprécié la fraîcheur des chambres du bas lors de la canicule que nous avons connue la dernière semaine de notre séjour, de même que la piscine, qui était à 28/29°. Le village est très calme mais possède néanmoins une supérette, une boutique et quelques restaurants, tous facilement accessibles à pied. Nous ne connaissions pas Minorque, qui fut une véritable découverte (petit coup de coeur pour l'ancienne capitale Ciutadella), mais nous envisageons d'y revenir dans pas trop longtemps!

Maison recente très bien équipée jolie vue belle piscine

Rien ne manque dans cette maison très bien équipée, belle piscine jolie vue. Ideal pour une famille. C’etait notre premier sejour sur Minorque. Addaia étant un peu excentré, il nous a fallu quelques jours pour prendre nos marques, trouver une plage à proximité, savoir ou faire ses courses, comment acceder aux plus beaux endroits de Minorque, anticiper les coins très fréquentés. Avec une voiture, on est a 1/2 heures de tous les centres d’intérêt de l’ile. On reviendra

One of many visits to Addaya

The house was perfect for our needs;contemporary, comfortable with the addrd bonus of breathtaking views. My husband really liked the privacy of the pool area which is not always the case in holiday villas. The hosts were super helpful with any queries we had and very welcoming. Perfect!

We have been visiting Menorca quite a lot times by now, but this house at this location was the most convenient by far. The view on the Addaia islands is like a painting, esp. from the living room with its enormous window facing the islands. Best view ever! A special bonus to this house are the well equipped small supermarket (8:00-21:00 7 days a week) and the nice and friendly restaurants, all within a 5 minutes walk. We don't have to search for another accommodation on Menorca in the future. Perfect!

Another lovely holiday and Fantastic view

The previous reviewer has pretty much covered everything already! We have stayed in Addaya a number of times because we like to play golf and the golf course is nearby. Addaya has a handful of good places to eat and the little mini market is open everyday and is well stocked. There is a bigger supermarket in Alaior. If you want quieter beaches head to the north coast. The walk on the Cami between Cala Tirant and Binimel La is lovely. The house is roomy and very light and sunny and well stocked. And the views over the port and out to sea are wonderful. Much time spent idly gazing and counting boats! Our only additional comment is that moving around the house/pool and house/street involves steps so anyone with mobility issues should be aware of this.

Fantastic views over paradise

This is a fantastically well-equipped villa. There are three balconies and a roof terrace with mesmerising views. The outdoor dining table ensures breathtaking evening meals (often made with your high-spec Weber BBQ). You are a two-minute walk to the Marina, which has arguably the best restaurant in Addaia and access to kayak, paddle-board, boat and speedboat hire. You can walk a short distance to the village centre where there are three main restaurants (Corner Bar is reasonably high-end Spanish), Don Carlos is Italian/Spanish and Es Castillo is British (but still nice!). In the middle of those restaurants is a well-equipped Spar supermarket and a tourist shop selling all the inflatables, newspapers, snorkeling equipment, and touristy stuff. Mahon, Es Grau and Fornells are all 10-15 minutes away (for those that do not know the island - these are the coastal non-resort areas in the West/NW of the island). I would suggest this villa best suits a family or group of 6 looking to get out on the water - Menorca's great asset. We hired a boat from Barbarroja.net, kayaks from the Addaia marina and sailboats/windsurfers from Wind Fornells (who are fantastic). The nearest sandy beach is 5 minutes away at Na Macaret. It is a beautiful natural sandy beach and great for lounging or building sandcastles (no sun loungers there). The bigger resort style beaches are Arenal d'en Castell and Son Parc, which are great if that's what you are looking for. The villa is also next to the start of the Addaia to Favaritx section of the Cami de Cavalls. We took a 2k walk to the salt planes in the S'albufera where the nature is so protected you are not allowed to wear red clothing! It is abolutely incredible and you are unlikely to do better walks anywhere else - you can see flamingos, tortoises etc. There is also a footpath that takes you along the coast from the Marina around to Cala Moli and this is also gorgeous. Should you wish to get out of the sun, they have a (must be) 50in high-spec TV with Apple TV. I recommend you sign up to Now TV via an Apple account and then you just log in when you get there. Shamelessly, we enjoyed watching our chosen team win twice whilst we were out there on Sky Sports. And Man Utd lost twice too. Thanks to Katja and Kevin for having us.

Beautiful property Fantastic View

Beautiful villa, fantastic pool area with wonderful view as do the many balconies. Villa has everything you need for your holiday. Katja and Kevin are fantastic hosts and have thought of just about everything you need for your stay. 5 min walk to supermarket and restaurants. We had a fabulous time and hopefully we will return. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your home.

Magic Place!

Menorca is a beautiful island with kind people. The north and east are more quiet and less tourists. El Puerto Addaia is perfect for family who wants calm and nature. We all enjoy our stay in the house of Katja and Kevin because it is very well located. The pool is also perfect. We go often outside to have lunch or dinner to enjoy a maximum Menorca. The kitchen should be downstairs to be easier. We will come back again for sure.

In the summer 2017 we went to Menorca for the first time and fell in love immediately. We lived in Addaia and enjoyed diving and exploring the beautiful island. One evening we went for a walk and saw El nido del cisne and that was the beginning of a new fairytale in our life. We have done a total refurbishment of the pool area. We love being in the Swan´s nest and in Addaia because this is a place where you feel welcome and relaxed.

The view is absolutely amazing and everyday the sea and the light changes - you never get tired of that view! Being so close to the water means a lot to us because we love diving and being on the water. People are so friendly and the island is really protected for getting too many tourists.
