We enjoyed our stay at this Hollywood location. Great access to the 101 to get around. Best to park on the street, even with a smaller car, the garage is shared and getting out of the car when the neighbour is parked there too, is cumbersome, at the least. The house is semi-detached, so you share a wall with the neighbour opposite. We could only vaguely hear them in the ensuite bathroom once in a while, so it does not take away from the charm of the house. The house met our expectations with generous bedrooms and kitchen area. The biggest issue we had was a loss of heating during our stay, which Alicia did her best to accommodate, but we went without heat for a few days. Not typically a problem in LA, but the week we stayed the house temperature was 58 F/14 C degrees inside, so we snuggled in bed when we were inside, and we tried not to be inside much during our time there. Thankfully, there is plenty to do and the location makes it easy to do it all with relative ease. Griffith Park Observatory, The Ghetty Centre, Santa Monica, Universal Studios, Runyon Canyon, Hollywood/Highland, and even The Grove are all places where you can enjoy the sunshine and WALK.
