Das Hotel liegt im Süden von Maui im Zentrum von Kihe, am nördlichen Ende der Halama Straße. Diese 1 Schlafzimmer 1 Bad Einheit verfügt über eine voll ausgestattete Küche und Badezimmer. Gemütlich ruhig, ideal für Paare und kleine Familien. Es gibt einen Ausziehsofa im Wohnzimmer, mit Blick auf den Ozean mit einer kleinen Terrasse. Ein Glas-Esstisch im Inneren sowie ein Tisch im Freien für zwei für draußen zu sehen oder zu essen. Es gibt einen größeren Picknicktisch und einen Gasgrill für den Gebrauch zusammen mit Liegestühlen für Sonnenuntergänge und Liegestühle zum Sonnenbaden oder einfach nur zum Entspannen. Der Strand ist etwa 300 Meter vom Gebäude entfernt, mit einem großen Garten mit grünem Gras und Palmen, die zum scheinbar privaten Strand führen. Genießen Sie die erstaunlichen Meeresschildkröten, die sich am Sandstrand ausruhen und schnorcheln, Kajak fahren, Stehpaddeln, Wind- und Kitesurfen, Pfahlfischen, Beschuss und vieles mehr. Vergessen Sie nicht, die vorbeikommenden Wale im Auge zu behalten. Zentral gelegen in der Nähe von Banken, Postfilialen, medizinischen Kliniken, Supermärkten, Restaurants und vielem mehr. The greatest view in Hawai'i

This is an truly spectacular location. Book this place if only for the incredible view you get and the nightly magical sunsets you get to experience. It is also very well located, within walking distance of the Kihei center. The apartment itself is very comfortable and clean. Will stay here again next time we are in town.

Incredible Stay on Maui

We absolutely loved our stay here. Mike was the best host and made sure we had everything we needed! He had great local recommendations and truly went above and beyond to make our stay in Maui memorable. The apartment was very clean and had the most incredible view! The AC in both the living area and close to the bed worked wonderfully.Our favorite part was the secluded beach directly out front of the property. Though it wasn’t a private beach, it very much felt that way, as we had it mostly to ourselves! We were not ready to leave and hope to return soon! Mahalo, Mike, for an incredible experience.

Unexpected great place

Michael was awesome. The location was perfect. I will stay there again when on Maui. You can't go wrong with this property. With immediate beach access in the heart of town you feel far away from the grind. Best sunsets in town!

Best place on Maui to stay. Quiet neighborhood, and the views on the back lawn are incredible. Michael is such a great host and always has suggestions of where to eat and what to do on the island. Super nice guy.

Wonderful cottage

This spot is great! Short walk on grass to the beach. Tons of turtles in the water. Mike is wonderful to chat with and has a ton of suggestions. Good for couples to while families. Definitely coming back!

Can’t wait to go back!

We had an absolutely lovely stay, and Mike went above and beyond to give us great recommendations and make us feel welcome. We mostly used it as a home base for adventuring (very convenient!), but kind of wish we would have taken more advantage of the beautiful property - can’t beat the outdoor area going right out to the beach. Loved this place!

Everything was great here! The biggest draw was being right on the beach in Kihei so we could walk on the beach and swim right there. We had everything we needed for our week stay. Mike went above and beyond to recommend restaurants and a gym. Would definitely return!

Almost perfect

Location is 2nd to none. Right in front of beach and quiet neighbors. Beach is very calm and you get to see sea turtle and even whale passing by if you are lucky.Now, as a landlord myself, I would definitely upgrade furniture and fix the area where termite was affected.Nit the turn off of the property but would be good to have are; spoons, shampoo, and other condiments (salt/pepper/cooking oil/etc.). I know Michael would have given condiments if asked but we already bought them before I got to talk to him. We arrived late and didn't want to bother at late hours.This brings next topic. He is mich better with call then text. If you need his attention right away, call instead text.Michael, I also suggest you to make a pdf file for all your trip suggestions and email to future renters instead of sending same text messages to renters.He is very helpful and wants you to enjoy your stay. Just needs some updates and better methods.

Quiet and beautiful

The unit is at the dead end of a quiet residential street, right on the ocean. Although everything you need is nearby, the unit feels secluded from the busyness of the area. Plenty of space in the 1 bedroom unit with a full kitchen and living area. The deep yard leads to the beach, which you pretty much have to yourself. It was a very tranquil setting, which we hope to someday come back to. Thank you Michael for everything!

Quick Sightseeing Around Maui

Apartment had so many perks: excellent location right off the beach, super clean, great air conditioning, quiet, lots of equipment available for beach activities, and a top tier host. Mike greeted us when we arrived and was excited to hear about or interests. We were only staying 4 days and it was our first time in Maui. Mike gave so many great recommendations for day-trip activities such as hikes, sightseeing, and restaurants. He also alerted us to characteristics of the beach nearby, such as being sure to watch for turtles and whales. We had a wonderful time thanks to Mike covering everything we needed.

Save some time and stop looking. Book this place.

I'm hard pressed to imagine a better vacation rental. RIGHT on the water in Kihei, the sunniest part of Maui. A large manicured lawn scattered with palm trees separates this unit from a semi-private beach. The owner Maui Mike is super friendly and accommodating, very laid back. True aloha spirit. BBQ, chaise lounges, picnic tables, beach chairs - this listing has it all. Several locals that visited me asked for the information so they could have it as a reference when family/friends visit the island. I am tempted to leave a horrible review so that I can have this place all to myself! Instead I will share, and dream of my return.

It was great!

This place was perfect for us. Michael the owner was great he was super friendly and welcoming. We felt like it was a home away from home. Awesome accomodations and Stupendous Beach Sunsets!

We would highly recommend you stay here. There are five apartments so they can accommodate 2 - 16 people. You will love it. The beach is right outside the back door and there is so much to see in the area.
