Dies ist absolut eines der besten Häuser für den perfekten Familienurlaub!

Dieses kürzlich renovierte Strandhaus befindet sich in den Wohnungen von Rio Del Mar und ist buchstäblich 5 Minuten zu Fuß vom Strand entfernt.

Die Küche, Badezimmer, Schlafzimmer und alle kürzlich renoviert wurden (siehe Bilder). Es gibt Holzböden im ganzen Haus. Das Obergeschoss verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett mit einem Fernseher an der Wand montiert. Es gibt 2 Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss, die 1 französisches Bett, 2 volle Betten umfassen. Es gibt 2 Badezimmer und ein 1/2 Bad.

Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über einen 60-Zoll-Flachbildfernseher, der über dem Kamin mit Kabel inklusive DVR & HBO montiert ist. High-Speed-Internet ist auch im ganzen Haus zur Verfügung. Jedes Zimmer hat seinen eigenen TV.

In der Garage gibt es einen regulären Billardtisch mit einem 50-Zoll-TV, um alle zu unterhalten. Es gibt auch Liegestühle, Sonnenschirme, ein Wagen und ein Mais-Loch-Spiel.

Die Dach-Deck verfügt über einen Panoramablick auf den Rio Del Mar Bereich zusammen mit einer Spitze des Ozeans.

Die Gäste werden die Lage dieses Hauses lieben - Cafe Rio ist nur auf der Straße zusammen mit dem berühmten Pixies Deli. Spazieren Sie am Strand entlang in Richtung Zementboot. Die Gäste können die Außentreppe zum Parkplatz des Staates hochgehen, der nur wenige Blocks von Manual's entfernt ist (ein ausgezeichnetes mexikanisches Restaurant mit außergewöhnlichen Margaritas).

Aptos Grill ist nur auf der Straße aus dem Haus und hat eine phänomenale Auswahl an lokalen Bieren mit erstklassigen Fleisch & Salate (Sie vielleicht sogar einen lokalen Blues-Band an einem Sonntag Abend zu fangen können). Darüber hinaus gibt es eine große Weinbar über die Straße von Aptos BBQ.

Das kürzlich eröffnete Hideout Restaurant ist ein Genuss und ist nur ein bisschen weiter unten in der Soquel Straße.

Wenn Sie ein bisschen mehr zu wagen wollen, Capitola ist nur ein paar Meilen die Straße und verfügt über ausgezeichnete Boutiquen und mehrere Restaurants am Strand entlang. Darüber hinaus ist der Santa Cruz Boardwalk eine sehr kurze Fahrt und hat Unterhaltung für alle (Fahrten, Spiele, Surfen, Radfahren, Wandern, Angeln, Kajak, Tauchen, etc).

Monterey Bay mit dem bekannten Aquarium und Cannery Row ist nur 40 Minuten südlich. Wenn Sie für eine schöne Fahrt bereit sind, fahren Sie in Richtung Norden auf die malerische Autobahn 1 und besuchen Sie San Francisco.

The pool table was a huge bonus and we all enjoyed having that ! Our older mom stayed with us so the downstairs tub was not ideal for her but otherwise we enjoyed the house and all the amenities. Family vacation

This is a wonderful house! We had a great stay with everything we needed. The house is well stocked. The garage has everything you need for the beach, wagons, chairs, umbrellas, and beach toys for the kids. Along with the pool table and a corn hole game for the backyard. Just a short walk to beach. The crows nest on the roof was icing on the cake. The upstairs got a little warm in the afternoon on our 85degree day, but there was plenty of fans to cool down. The downstairs bedrooms do hear noise from people walking upstairs. But the tri levels allow alot of privacy. I still give this house 5 stars and highly recommend it!

A very nice Beach House

We rented this beach house to spend some time with my daughter and her family. The house is located a short walk from a very nice beach. There is a small creek that empties into the ocean at the beach, and my grandsons really enjoyed playing both on the beach and in the creek. The house is quite nice. There are a lot of stairs, so anyone who is infirm would do well to look elsewhere, but we enjoyed the views and the privacy that having multiple floors afforded. The garage is loaded with beach accessories (chairs, boogie boards, kites, assorted pails, shovels, and other sand toys), and a pool table. The house is located on a one-way street, and there is no on-street parking, but plenty of room for a couple of cars in the driveway. Suggestions: 1) It would be helpful to label the cabinets and drawers in the kitchen. 2) There was a sign in the kitchen, and a note in the property guide that stated that there is no off-street parking. I found this a bit confusing, as there was also verbiage that said that we should park in the driveway, which by definition is "off-street". Since there was no available space to park on the street, we assumed that the no off-street parking sign was an error. 3) House policy is that those staying in the house when garbage is collected should put the various bins out on the opposite side of the street on pick-up day. We found this a bit confusing, as the opposite side of the street was packed with parked cars. In our area, the bins need to be spaced apart on the street to allow a truck with an automated pick-up arm to empty them. We found that we could place our bins in front of other bins across the street, and apparently it wasn't a problem. We enjoyed our stay very much, and would not hesitate to recommend this property to others.

Great beach getaway

This property location is great, quiet but near the beach. Everything you could want for a beach vacation and a pool table! Great if you want to cook your own meals or bbq, but also nearby some good restaurants.

Perfect Beach Getaway

What more could you want in a vacation? An uncrowded beach just a short all away, beach wagons filled with sand toys, a well-equipped kitchen, a lovely backyard for foggy morning play and restaurants of every ethnicity a short drive away. Thank you for a great stay. We’ll definitely be back!!

Excellent Home, but...

This home is super clean, great space for family, with wonderful features and a short walk to the beach. Perfect location, but... ...the first thing you will notice is a tight parking situation. Second, when you put your head down to rest at night, Treasure Island Drive (along backyard fence) is problematic.
