95 Felsen bietet ein einzigartiges Urlaubserlebnis Killington. Es ist schwer zu sagen, welche Jahreszeit am besten geeignet für diese abgelegenen Haus, das auf mehr als 3 privaten Morgen mit einem in den Boden einge neuen Whirlpool Pool und Marke sitzt. Unsere perfekt gelegene Wohnung ist 10 Minuten entfernt der Killington Ski Area und die Zufahrtsstraße mit tollen Restaurants und Nachtleben, 10 Minuten von Pico und 5 Minuten von der Green Mountain National Golf Course. sowohl die Privatsphäre und die Möglichkeit zu haben, um einfach und schnell auf die Base Lodge erhalten oder einen Goombay Smash The Lookout greifen ist schwer zu bekommen!

Wir kauften vor kurzem dieses Haus im Februar 2016 so das gesamte Haus ist neu eingerichtet und dekoriert. (Einschließlich unserer neuen 5 '5 "Kettensäge tragen, dass Sie begrüßt, wenn man das Hotel betritt). Wir haben Mietwohnungen mit großen Gruppen oft in der Gegend Killington und hat alles, was wir aus diesen Erfahrungen gelernt hatte, bei der Gestaltung und dieses Hauptlieferung. Unser Hauptziel ist eine komfortable und Spaß für jeden Geschmack etwas in großen Gruppen werden mit, indem sie sicher, es gibt genügend Betten, Sitzgelegenheiten und Platz für jeden Gast. Das große Haus verfügt über 5 Schlafzimmer und 3 1/2 Bäder und bietet ausreichend Platz für 13 Betten. Dieses Haus bietet auch einen Speisesaal, die genug Platz für die ganze Gruppe hat! Keine Notwendigkeit für das Abendessen in Schichten oder in getrennten Bereichen zu essen - jeder hat eine Mahlzeit am Ende des Tages zusammen am Kamin genießen können.

Unser Haus ist perfekt für Unterhaltung und genießen Sie Ihre Familie und Freunde mit einem neu renovierten Wohnküche mit einem Wolf ausgestattet 6-Flammen Gasherd und viele verschiedene Sitzecken mit Ihrer Gruppe zu hängen. Die Küche öffnet sich in einen Wohnbereich, der einen 50-Zoll-LED-Smart-TV hat, die in Veranda, um die fabelhafte abgeschirmten verbindet. Es gibt auch eine Höhle, die einen 50-Zoll-LED-Smart-TV hat, wie gut und komplett renoviert Keller! Der Keller hat einen 60-Zoll-LED-Smart-TV mit Bose Surround mit einer Couch klingen, die bequem bis 13 Personen Platz bietet, Kamin, Billardtisch und einen Fitnessraum.

Great Ski House

We had an excellent time at 95 Rock. The house was comfortable for three families with plenty of entertainment for the kids. Kitchen was particularly well stocked. Great location near Killington that made getting back and forth to the mountain convenient. Owners were responsive and friendly.

Perfect ski getaway

We had a great week for skiing! The place was more than enough room for two families of 4 (4 adults, 4 kids). Very well equipped for basic needs and entertainment. Very reasonable to access Killington/Pico. Hosts very communicative. Would highly recommend and return!

Absolutely Wonderful

My family rents a house every year for a family ski weekend. This was by far the best house we have rented so far! It was roomy, functional & very clean. Great chefs kitchen stocked with spices and misc. items. The dining room plenty big enough for my entire family to enjoy meals, and the small table in the kitchen great for game play! The beds were comfortable and cozy. The play room was great for the little ones! We will definitely be back!

Great for a group

Our extended family stayed at this great house for a long weekend in Killington. It’s an easy drive to the mountain and is situated on a beautiful property. The bedrooms are spacious - especially the primary, and there are 3 1/2 bathrooms. The dining room table is HUGE and perfect for your whole group to be able to enjoy a meal together. There are heated mats leading to the hot tub which were great so we didn’t have to shovel a path after it snowed. Check-in was painless and the hosts were very easy to communicate with before and during our stay. We would definitely recommend this property for a stay in Killington!

Great Year-Round Property!

The house was a perfect space for my family to gather together, ages ranged from infant through adults and everyone had a great time! The pool and hottub were both amazing and in great shape, the fully stocked kitchen and tons of extra towells made things so easy to feel right at home. I can’t say enough positives about Greg as a host, super responsive and beey helpful for any information about the house / area.

We adored the spaciousness and homey atmosphere of this property. Moreover, we have never enjoyed abundance of space and provisions in the kitchen and enormous dining room. The pool was a bonus, the beds were comfy and having two laundries was beyond the pale. Checkin was easy; commnication was effortless. There were a few small issues/repairs—all readily correctable—discussed with owners.

Perfect place for a getaway!

My large group stayed in July and the heated pool and hot tub both provided the perfect entertainment! The house is very well stocked (TP, kitchen has pots/pans/plates/cups/ utensils, trash bags, tinfoil, DW soap, all bathrooms had shampoo and conditioner and plenty of shower and hand towels etc...). The house was very spacious and thoughtfully designed. Plenty of privacy and nice quiet dirt roads, which were great for a nature walk or run. The hosts were quick to respond and check in was a breeze. The appliances are top notch, and the bonus beer fridge in the kitchen was a great touch. Excellent house and location, and we hope to stay there again!

Wonderful week in the mountains

We loved our week at this house. It is in the middle of the woods and a peaceful retreat. The heated private in ground pool was relaxing, and all of the family, 2 legged and 4 legged loved the screened in porch. The house literally has everything you could need, from bath products to tissues and food storage bags! Best stocked house we have ever stayed at. We also loved the extensive assortment of fans, which kept the house cool and comfortable without air conditioning. Killington is 15 minutes away and we enjoyed the adventure park they have at the mountain. Just bring your clothes and food and enjoy a restful vacation!

Relaxing spot - great for a big group!

We had a great time at Greg and Danielle's place! It is remote enough to feel disconnected yet close to everything you need. The pool is fantastic, we spent every afternoon lounging there. The yard is beautiful and the surrounding woods a dream for 4 kids under the age of 10. Owners were extremely responsive and accessible with any questions we had. We would love to go back in the winter too! Thank you for your hospitality!

Cute, Cozy & Convenient Winter Getaway

Danielle & Greg were the most amazing host! Their beautiful home was the perfect set up for my friends and I to enjoy a ski weekend! The house was in a perfect spot and close to town allowing us to do some exploring. Due to some severely cold temperatures, Danielle & Greg were very generous & flexible with check in/out allowing us to maximum our getaway! Absolutely Perfect House (And Great Owners Too)!

We booked this house to go skiing in February. The house is spacious, extremely well-equipped, and packed with great features like the hot tub and billiard table. The dining room table is fantastic for larger groups. Proximity to the mountain and town are very close - it took us about 10 minutes to get to the mountain. Everyone in our group commented on how great the house was and how perfect it was for everyone -- we had parents, children, and grandparents with us and everyone had fun. Terrific owners as well -- extremely easy to communicate with. If you are planning a winter ski trip or a summer trip to Killington you should absolutely book this house - it will exceed your expectations.

Lots of space in the heart of Killington

Our group of 12 (six kids and six adults) really enjoyed our week-long stay in Killington. The home was very spacious with several seating areas, five bedrooms, a huge dining table, and a private front and back yard. The furnishings were comfortable, modern, and in good condition. Communication with the hosts was excellent; they responded quickly to our texts. The pool heater was unfortunately broken throughout our trip and the hosts were responsive, sending workers out to troubleshoot the issue several times. We enjoyed using the jacuzzi and the fire pit on cooler evenings. One thing to note for future renters is that the Fire Sticks were temperamental, but since we traveled with our Apple TV, it wasn't an issue for us. All in all, we would recommend this home for a winter or summer getaway!

We loved how this home was quiet and secluded but also very close to skiing, restaurants and nightlife (You can only see one home during the winter and none in the summer). We also loved how much space this home gave us to work with. When designing this home, we not only wanted to accommodate a large group, but we wanted it to be comfortable for everyone.
