Perfect place to stay in Rome

This was our second time to rent this property in Rome. It is a perfect place to stay. The location is right next to the Spanish Steps, shopping, restaurants, etc. with very easy access to all the other major sites. The nice thing is with the great location the apartment itself is very quiet. Barbara is a wonderful host, she or someone from her team meets you when you check in and both times we were there she helped arranged our transportation to and from the airport. Highly recommended for a comfortable stay in Rome.

Great place in Rome!

Barbara is a great host—very helpful in every way! The location of the apartment is excellent—right in the middle of the city. The apartment is very quiet, despite being in the city center. The beds are truly American king-size, a bit on the firmer side. The bedsheets are nice cotton.There are three full bathrooms with amazing showers—very convenient for getting ready quickly in the morning. There is a little store behind the building, which is great for getting milk, eggs, and other basic essentials.The kitchen in the apartment is on the smaller side. It was good enough to prepare breakfast but too small to cook dinner for a family.Apartment is also recently renovated and very clean.The only small downside is that the apartment’s windows faced the courtyard, so there wasn’t much bright sunlight, and we had to use lights even in the morning.

Lovely

The apartment is well located and had perfect amenities, from blowdryer to hair straightener to tea maker etc. We were able to check in early straight from the airport which was very very helpful. The apartment is also 2 min from a taxi stand so convenient to grab a cab to get to the train station for our next stop. The apartment is clean, spacious and lovely.

Great location!

We spent 4 nights at the apartment. It was in a great location just around the corner from the Spanish Steps. It was easy to walk to all the major attractions. The apartment was newly renovated, clean and quiet. Barbara was a terrific host! She provided great information on the area and helped us set up transportation to/from the airport. Quiet space in lively and vibrant neighborhood

Everything about the apartment was exactly as described. Check in was flawless and the owner charming and very helpful. Barbara was very easy to reach when we had questions. Everything worked and was spotlessly clean. The apartment was very quiet and on the rear of the building. The downside was that the apartment was a bit dark and had no views. All in all a very good stay!

Great stay before boarding cruise!

We stayed two nights at Barbara and Fabio's wonderful property before boarding a cruise with friends. The location was absolutely perfect, giving us a wonderful kick-off to our vacation. We could see and do so much by foot, and the surrounding restaurants were amazing. Communication with our hosts was also exceptional. We highly recommend this property.

Perfect Rome Location

Everything about the location, to the intricate attention to detail by the property owners make this the best place to stay in Rome. Very spacious with two equivalent bedrooms, both with king beds, is great for two couples who still want their own space. If you are doing the grueling research trying to decide which place to pick you will be pleased if you choose this place.

Our stay at Frattina Townhouse was wonderful. In the Roman heat it was good to know that we had aircon in every room and a small fridge for daily bits n pieces. We were in the centre of it all, close to shops, supermarkets and public transport. We recommend it highly.

Great stay in Rome.

This apartment is so conveniently located. It’s a 2 minute walk to the Spanish steps on a beautiful street with high end shopping. We asked to the Colosseum, Forum, Pantheon, etc etc. It’s a short can to the Vatican. The host was super communicative prior to check in and throughout our stay. The apartment was clean and well stocked. We had a great tine. Highly recommend.

Beautiful Gem Tucked in a Great Location!

Wow! This is a great property near so much it made getting around so easy. It is nestled on a little street so it's quiet and very safe. Central location to shopping, restaurants, taxis, Metro as well as major sites. It is a lovely townhome with space to relax and spread out; great air conditioning, washer/dryer (although quicker to air dry). Our family of four had been traveling through Switzerland prior to Italy so the washing machine was much need and appreciated. Barbara & Fabio were wonderful hosts. Barbara was our primary contact prior to arrival. Barbara was warm, friendly and quick to reply, answered all my planning questions as well as set up transfers to and from Roma Termini. Fabio greeted us on arrival, checked us in and spent time with us familiarizing us with the townhome as well as getting around since we had early tours scheduled. Our train to Rome had been delayed and Fabio communicated with our transfer driver so when we arrived at the train station our driver was there waiting. Both Fabio and Barbara communicated with us during our stay to ensure we were enjoying our stay. I would definitely stay here again and recommend! Thank you, Barbara and Fabio, for making our stay in Rome a terrific one!

Amazing short stay near Piazza di Spagna

Where do I begin? Barbara is a spectacular host- her communication, helpfulness and flexibility were phenomenal. The place is just as described with all the modern conveniences with historic touches. We loved having an elevator, washer/dryer, 3 full baths, 2 bedrooms plus a living room/ BR so our 2 pre-teen/teen children had their separate space. The flat is in a very upscale part of Rome close to shopping and attractions. The AC was fabulous as it was over 100 degrees outside! The building is secure. Barbara even scheduled a car to meet us at the cruise ship plus allowed us to go in earlier to drop off bags.

Perfect Location!

This apartment is walking distance to great restaurants and shopping! It is spacious, clean and very comfortable. The hosts were more than helpful with booking private transfers from the airport, to our cruise port and then back to the airport! We highly recommend and will probably rent again! :)

Perfect apartment in perfect Rome location

We loved everything about our stay in this apartment. Barbara and Fabio are wonderful hosts and made us feel very welcome, almost as if were old friends of theirs borrowing their home for a few days. If you want to be near Via Condotti and the Spanish Steps, this is the place. We were exactly where we wanted to be, close to restaurants, shopping, and the major sights. The apartment had everything we needed, with laundry and great A/C as a plus. Beds were comfortable and overall it was quiet at night. We highly recommend this Rome apartment and hope we can go back some day!

Amazing apartment in a great neighborhood and walking distance to most of the major sites in Rome

We are a family of four and this apartment was perfect!! The second bedroom can be converted from a king to twin beds. The apartment is located in a great neighborhood with cute shops and great restaurants, yet on a quiet street away from the crowds. The location is just a quick walk to the major sites in Rome (Trevi fountain, Pantheon, Spanish steps). Barbara was the best host we had out of 3 rentals during our trip to Italy, and even booked private transportation to and from the airport (per request). We would definitely stay here again! Don't hesitate -- BOOK IT!
