Dies ist ein schönes Haus mit drei Schlafzimmern und zwei Bädern in der ruhigen Gemeinde von Sunridge Woods. Diese Gemeinde ist nur wenige Minuten von der I-4, Themenparks, Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und mehr.

Tolles Zuhause auf einem großen Grundstück und reichlich Pooldeck bietet den perfekten Rahmen für Ihr Zuhause weg von Zuhause. Im Inneren finden Sie einen großen offenen Konzept Grundriss mit Wohnräumen, voll ausgestattete Wohnküche.

Das erste Schlafzimmer hat zwei Einzelbetten mit einem Flachbild-Fernseher.

Das zweite Schlafzimmer hat ein französisches Bett mit einem Flachbild-Fernseher.

Dazwischen liegt das erste gemeinsame Badezimmer.

Drittes Schlafzimmer ist ein großes Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett, Kommode und Flachbild-TV. Das en-suite Bad bietet auch Zugang zum Pool-sehr bequem zum Abtrocknen nach dem Schwimmen.

Das sehr komfortable Familienzimmer wurde mit einem Sofa, einem Sessel und einem großen Flachbildfernseher ausgestattet, um Ihre Lieblings-Shows während Ihres Urlaubs zu genießen.

Nice Extended Stay

We just completed a ten week stay at this house. Overall the house was neat and clean when we arrived. We had a pool heat problem when we arrived that was quickly resolved by the owner and everything worked fine during our entire stay. As with any rental there are a few minor maintenance issues such as the vertical blinds need replacement and a toilet that would run often. The beds are comfy with the exception of the twin beds that were kind of noisy. The downside of staying at this property is the traffic noise off of the street in front of the development. After a few weeks we got tired of all the emergency vehicles going past the development. If you have never stayed in the Orlando area before, you should be aware of the traffic. It is awful!!!! You really have to plan ahead.

Overall it was a great place to stay for the price/amenities it offers and the location. I was however pretty disappointed in the cleanliness of the property, especially since we are in the middle of a pandemic. The floors including the rugs and showers were so dirty that the second day we all wore flip flops. We also decided to use all our own stuff that we bought because of the cleanliness. That’s the only negative thing I have to say about our stay, I’d still stay again and recommend it to everyone!

Great location

We were traveling for basketball and this property gave us a perfect getaway from Resort hustle and bustle. The location is terrific. There is plenty of grocery locations, gas stations and access to activities. Highly recommend if you are looking for something relaxing but close to things.

nice place to stay

We enjoyed our stay and overall the property was a nice place to stay. The amenities where a little scarce when it came to towels and there was only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom. The cleanliness left a little to be desired and we had to rewashed all the dishes before use. We also had to share the one bathroom with a bunch of ants.

Nous avons passé 19 jours a cet endroit ,la maison est bien situé tout est parfaitement propre ,par le passé nous avons déja loué des maison ou nous devions marcher avec des sandales car le plancher restait sale. Great house!

This was a cute house in a nice, quiet, friendly neighborhood! We had absolutely no issues whatsoever and everything was as expected. The house was clean. I also thought it was a nice touch that lights were left on for us upon our arrival. The pool area was perfect and the pool heat made the water perfect for our March visit. The location was good too...the closest grocery store was less than 5 minutes away, Disney was 15-20 minutes, legoland was about 30 minutes...and it was in an area where you really could avoid getting on crazy interstate 4. I have nothing but good things to say about this property and our stay!

The best place I’ve stayed In Florida!

Everything in house was very clean and neat, we felt like we were at home in Minnesota, Except weather of course, I would for sure stay here again! Great location to both cocoa beach and Clearwater beach, both sides of Florida.

A great property!

We rented the house for 28 days and couldn't have been more pleased. It is in a quiet neighborhood but close to everything. The house is very well updated and the kitchen was well stocked with dishware, cookware, silverware and utensils. All new appliances including washer and dryer. The living room furniture was new and very comfortable. All of the bedroom furniture was new and the beds were very comfortable to us. The pool was the crowning jewel. We used it everyday several hours a day. We paid for the pool heat and that allowed us to use it earlier in the day as well as at night. We will rent this house again if we stay in Florida next year.

Very clean and comfortable

Very nice home. Everything was as promised. Would definitely stay here again. The only downside was the location next to a main thoroughfare. At times the traffic and noise was heavier than anticipated.

Wonderful experience

House was very clean and stocked to satisfaction, the only negative and it wasn't really was no extra toilet paper so just bring a few rolls, the house was great though all the amenities offered made it an excellent stay would recommend to anyone

Nice place!

Home was nice and clean. Quiet neighborhood. Beds are extremely comfortable! Loved having the washer and dryer. Plenty of room for our family of four. The only disappoint was we called Sue upon our arrival to have a grill delivered. We were told it would be there the next day. We had gotten back from a days adventure and was looking forward to grilling by the pool. The grill didn’t get delivered. Our card was charged. We contacted Sue and apparently another company was to deliver it. We just told her to forget it. We have yet to receive our refund.

Lovely home with great location

The home was CLEAN! No smoking or pets allowed which was great for allergic individuals. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen had just about everything we needed. Terrific appliances. TV had lots of channels (a channel guide would've been helpful). Appreciated that there were no stairs to climb -- all is on one level. Located between Orlando and Lakeland, close to freeway, and not far from beaches on either coast. Good shopping and restaurants nearby. Nice quiet area. The pool area was great -- too bad the weather was too cool for swimming. I would recommend this property! Two suggestions: a larger trash container in kitchen, and some plastic cups for use in pool area since you ask no glass be used.

Lovely home

My family and I enjoyed our stay in this lovely Sunridge Woods home. Aside from needing a few more coffee mugs it has all the conveniences of home! All of the rooms were exceptionally clean upon our arrival and very spacious. The property is conveniently located but the interstate traffic is quite something and needs to be taken into consideration when commuting to local sites. Overall highly recommend this rental.
