It is impossible to be positive about this accommodation and the customer service. It started with us waiting for over a half an hour to enter the property – the Owner failed to give us a code to the gate and nobody was available to open it when we arrived. Multiple attempts to call the Owner to gain access ended with the person on the other end of the line hanging up on us. After we finally got the code and entered the property, we learned that the apartment assigned to us was on the ground level, facing the garages – so much for the beautiful view of the mountains we saw on the pictures. When we asked about availability of rooms with a “view”, we were informed that these were reserved for guests renting full week (our rental was for six nights) – I wished we knew about this little detail when we were renting the apartment. The location of the apartment was as disappointing as the interior of it. While I did not measure the apartment, I am sure that it did not have the advertised 45 m2. The apartment lacked a “living room” area (listed under General, in the property description). This left the kitchen as the only space when one could sit during the day, albeit very uncomfortably (the bedroom, with an extra bed we did not need and did not ask for, did not have any space to sit). The bedroom window was to the common area, forcing us to keep the shutters closed most of the time to provide some level of privacy. The kitchen had no food preparation area (no countertops) and no wall cabinets. The storage closet was used for brooms, buckets, dishes, pots, silverware, all together, in one space. The tub in the bathroom had a shower head, but there was no shower curtain. A stool was used as a nightstand. All furniture, appliances, decorations, etc. looked like from a second-hand shop or used earlier by the Owner and later put in the rental property (e.g., towel was bearing Owner’s husband’s embroidered first name). This apartment was so unpleasant that we cut our stay and left a day earlier. Summarizing, substandard quality, poor customer service, and misleading and inaccurate description of the property.
