Unsere geräumige Villa bietet einen atemberaubenden Meerblick von der Insel Lanai bis zur Insel Molokai. Unsere Villa wurde komplett renoviert und professionell eingerichtet, um den 'Gold Standards' zu entsprechen.

Unsere Golfvilla wird professionell gereinigt und gewartet, um Ihren Komfort und Sauberkeit zu gewährleisten. Unser Manager auf der Insel kann Ihnen helfen, wenn Sie irgendwelche Bedürfnisse haben. Unsere Villa befindet sich an der Spitze der Golf Villen. Es ist leicht zu erreichen und befindet sich auf der Straßenebene. Unser reservierter überdachter Parkplatz ist nur 35 Schritte von unserer Haustür entfernt. Es ist friedlich und ruhig und fern von den frühen Morgengeräuschen der Rasenmäher auf dem Golfplatz.

Das Wohnzimmer ist schön eingerichtet und dekoriert. Es gibt einen Breitbild-Fernseher und Blu-ray-Player für Ihr Vergnügen. Die Küche verfügt über Granit. Haushaltsgeräte umfassen; Herd, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Geschirrspüler, Kaffeemaschine, Mixer, Toaster und Reiskocher. Das große Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein sehr komfortables NEUES Kingsize-Bett. Sowohl das Wohnzimmer als auch das Schlafzimmer haben Schiebetüren zu unserer doppelt breiten privaten Veranda, die einen fantastischen, unverbauten Meerblick bietet. Die Böden sind gefliest und im Wohn- und Schlafbereich mit Teppichboden ausgelegt. Die Villa ist ca. 1338 Quadratmeter groß, einschließlich der extra großen privaten Veranda. Unsere Villa ist ebenerdig und befindet sich auf einer Ebene. Es sind keine Treppen zu erklimmen. Wir haben einen Verfügbarkeitskalender für Sie zusammengestellt. Paradise

This Golf villa condo was very clean and very well appointed. Beautifully decorated, plenty of towels, paper products and beach gear. (There were a few quirky things like an amazing number of throw pillows on the bed, sofas and chairs with spares in the drawers of the dresser!) The kitchen was stocked with everything you could imagine needing. Would stay here again.

One of the best golf villas!

We had an amazing stay at Eddie and Melissa's place. This was our second time staying here and we were really impressed with the updates that had been done to the kitchen and how clean the unit felt. Fantastic location with great views from the lanai - perfect for whale watching. Small touches like the box of chocolates don't go unnoticed :) If you manage to find this place available for your dates, you can't go wrong with booking here. We can't wait to come back!

Lovely villa

The villa is centrally located in Kapalua with beautiful views and everything you could need. It’s nicely furnished and kitchen is stocked through the roof. Melissa is quick to respond and easy to communicate with. We had a blast and will definitely look for an opportunity to book this again, two thumbs up from us

Fantastic place to stay

Beautiful one bedroom, with an almost unbeatable sunset view. Has two bathrooms which makes getting ready easier for two. Has laundry in unit. Kapuli beach is a short walk away (although walking back is straight up hill). Can’t recommend this place enough.

Marvelous Maui Moments

This is the best little treasure tucked into the quiet & peaceful location on west Maui. The kitchen has everything you could ever need, the views are stunning, the condo is beyond clean, there isn’t anything you should need or want. Eddie and Melissa were excellent host and were very responsive to our questions or advice on what to do in the area. Let’s try Kapalua

We’ve always stayed down in Wailea but wanted to try Lahaina area. Found this condo for a week and fell in love with Kapalua. Overall, the condo, area, and manager are wonderful. Views are amazing. Bed is comfortable. We had trouble with the stove and called the manager right away. She was so helpful and responsive. Emailed them as well with a couple of questions and they are very responsive to questions. The appliances are older but they work. They were planning on replacing them after we left. Despite the older appliances, this was a wonderful place to stay. We look forward to coming back again and staying longer next time.

Tranquil Paradise setting

Beautiful location, views are lovely and nice and quiet. The kitchen is fully equipped but does need updating. Host has everything you need to visit the beach. Plenty of towels too!

Good value

Great location and a good complex. Buildings are naturally starting to show their age, but the property itself is in decent condition. Great view from the deck and quite spacious. Unit has all the necessities, but does not have the fully stocked kitchen that you would find in some other units. Some minor issues around one of the stove burners not working and the shower curtain. However, for the price it's a good stay. There was a water leak in the bedroom ceiling from the unit above during our stay (could have happened anywhere and out of the control of our unit). Yes it was a bit of a pain at the time, but the owner was very quick to respond and generously compensated us for the small inconvenience.

Beautiful villa with a heavenly view!

I cannot quite describe in words how much we loved staying at Melissa's beautiful condo/villa. You have to experience it for yourself! Staying in Kapalua was the best decision we made. You get to enjoy the luxury, quiet, well-maintained golf villas away from all of the tourist congestion, yet only minutes away from the activities in Kaanapali and Lahaina etc. I loved the beautiful walk through the community to my favorite spot in Napili Bay past the Sea House Restaurant where I walk along the rocks towards the point and Kapalua Coastal Trail. At first, I had trepidation that we weren't staying directly on the ocean... but when you sit on the huge terrace with your glass of wine and experience the breathtaking view of the pool, golf course, birds, trees and ocean, you won't regret it. My favorite evening was sitting on the terrace when a full rainbow went from one side of the ocean to the other. It was literally breathtaking and "Heaven on Earth." I will be back!

My wife and I first visited Maui in 2011. We fell in love with the Kapalua area: the outdoor beauty, the peaceful surroundings, the ideal weather and so many things to do and places to visit. We have returned many times since and finally in 2021 we decided to purchase our second home in our vacation paradise at Kapalua. We are happy to share paradise with you.
